Update: I was contacted by Rod Hatefield and was told everything was explained which is a LIE. I was told on the phone what my payment would be and it was more after I arrived which was WAS not explained. They are making me the bad guy here. I trusted them and now they are calling me making out like this is what I was told. Sorry for the rant but I swear on my life nothing was the way it was supposed to be. I regret ever contacting and dealing with them. I'm not going to slander in any way just feel betrayed if trust.

Excellent service - attentive and quick to reply. No pressure, no games. The entire process was done remotely and took no more than an hour total over the period of one day. Sean the salesman and Alec the finance guy are two of the best I have ever worked with, and I have bought many cars over the years. If the opportunity comes up again, I will go out of my way to work with these guys.

I would give it a negative -5 stars if that was possible! The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. There is nothing about this company that is professional! I do mean nothing. To start I live an hour and a half away. I called checking on the vehicle, and was told that it was available. I doubled checked right before I left work to make the trip down. I spoke to a sales person and he confirmed and assured me that the vehicle was there. Five minutes to my arrival at the dealership I got a call from Tiffany wanting to know if I was still going to be making it down. Once I arrive they introduced me to the sales manager that they had set the appointment up with another sales person came over which was the one I spoke to on the phone and no one can find the keys to this vehicle. Now keep in mind, I have spoke to three different people concerning this vehicle and all three knew that I was coming and all three understood that I was coming and hour and a half away. The was sold!!

I worked with Logan to purchase a 2019 Chevy Colorado ZR2 over the phone from 3hrs away - couldn't be happier with the help he provided .. If I was just rating my experience with Logan, then it would be 5-star. Reason for the 2-star is because the brand new vehicle I paid almost $43,000 for after taxes has a chip/scratch in the center of the front lip of the hood that is going to require repairing/painting. We pointed it out to Logan thinking it would be raised to the Sales Manager, who would offer some sort of reduction to cover what we will have to pay to fix it (we live 3-hours from this dealership, so having them fix it isn't an option) - but nothing was said to us. I brought it up again to the lady that did the paperwork when she was trying to sell us some package that would cover repairing door dings, dents, etc, and once again nothing was said about fixing it. It looks like touchup paint on a spot beside this one, so I feel like they knew about it before. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

It started off good but it then went to crap. First it was like they didn’t even want to talk to me. Then we came to a deal and put a down deposit on the truck. While the next day I talk to the about who the I should get the check made out to and the said amount at we agreed on has changed. So I had to try to get my deposit back and after almost a week I got it back. So if you like deal with a bunch is of idiots then go there but I won’t ever deal with them again.

I was so impressed with my experience at Rod Hatfield and genuinely enjoyed working with Marquita and Geno! When I went to test drive the vehicle I had concerns about a noise and they had it in their service department the very next day and stuck to our deal even after fixing the problem! I would recommend Rod Hatfield to anyone if they are looking for an honest place to get a good deal! I felt like they really were not interested in just making a quick sale but wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied without the pressure you typically hear about getting from most used car dealerships!

They contacted me and said they would get back to me with a few more questions about exactly what I was looking for, but I haven't heard from anyone at the dealership since they originally contacted me, but they did contact me the first time, nothing since.

Great place to buy a new vehicle. Jay was my salesman and he made every effort to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted and happy with the deal. He convinced the bank to lower my interest rate over 1%. I highly recommend Rod Hatfield Chevrolet for anybody in the market for a new vehicle. Be sure and ask for Jay.

Worst ExperienceEver we Drove 6 hours to buy this honda listed price $5999. Isn't possible for purchase. They tack on sooo many fees. After waiting were they figure of $8000. They tell us the price is $6999 because we wanted to pay cash. So the total price is $8000 with tax and paper work. And because we not trading in a vehicle. There was no way to get this car off their lot for the advertised price of $5999. They Lies on the price.

Listed price of $5500 isn’t possible for purchase. They tack on sooo many fees. We asked for a cash price to purchase for our daughter who had just been in a terrible accident and after waiting 45 minutes were given a figure of $7498. Yes. $7498. They tried to charge us $2000 because we wanted to pay cash. They required a $1000 fee for not trading in a vehicle and a $1000 fee for not financing. But, you get charged a $1000 fee if you do as well. This is the shadiest, bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with. There was no way to get this car off their lot for the advertised price of $5500. I dare you to try it.

I got a call from this dealer stating they wanted to move their old inventory. So I left the car lot I was at to look at this Jeep needless to say Charles tried giving me the wrong Carfax 3 different times. The Jeep looks better in pictures than in person I offered 20,000 cash he walks away. So I bought a Jeep from another dealer for 21000 and it had 30,000 less miles on it. I wouldn’t recommend this carlot to no one until Charles is gone

This company is lies to the costumers that’s for sure all sellers that work for the company are making the costumer feel good for just to one other costumer shows 10 minuets earlier the car you won’t to by and you got deal for with, has gone sold on other person no promises so ever from you all,however the costumer call for known if his car or truck is still evaluable the answer is on the phone from dealer and manager what you call for van no for truck this game happens to to many pople over and over wan the car or truck you called for is sold they’re saying you woting van no truck no car ‘all that just because moany comes there before you,then is to late for someone driving 3 hours to get to there to by the particular truck he like is sold

Very poor. Did not answer basic questions. Advertised price does not state all stipulations. Does state that you will need to have a trade in and will need to finance with the dealer. Other requirements are NOT stated. I am eligible for GM Family and Friends discount. I request the sales price minus GM discount several times though email, NEVER received a price that included or disclosed the GM discount amount. As of November 25, 2017, this Camaro convertible has been in inventory for 477 days.

Pleasant people. Typical dealership sales though, I contacted them with one question, they kept contacting me to come in and look. I got 3 or 4 calls and emails from them, after just one question from me. I never went in to look at anything. Personally, I really do not like to be "sold" anything.

Had to wait for them to go get the van on another lot. It was missing, ac didnt work, rusted and looked and smelled of new paint. Offered to lower the price. The van on inside was perfect condition.

Awful. I called and scheduled an appt to buy a Durango from their lot. I live over an hour away. On the way the guy called me a couple of times to make sure I was still going to make the appt. I told him yes. When I got he told me he sold the vehicle 5 mins prior and wanted me to apply for credit to see what else he could get me in. Such a bad way to do a person.

I asked for the bottom dollar, out the door price and told them they had one shot. He came back with a line that the retail was $19200 but would sell it to me for $17,988. The same price they ahead it listed for. When I said no thanks then he said we could talk about numbers. I don't think they want to deal!

They did not have the vehicle I wanted at the time, but Randy T. called another dealership that had some in stock. He also followed up when Rod Hatfield got the type of vehicle I was looking for, but even though it was only a few days later, I had already purchased another vehicle. I felt they were very helpful.
