Quick response from the dealership. Set up a test drive without problem. Met me on time with the car ready to go. I found something wrong with the car (the retractable running boards did not retract) They said they would fix it. Pushed a little to try and make a deal that day, which I was not willing to do until the problem was fixed (broken running boards can be a real problem to fix in my experience). They did follow up a couple days later to see if I was still interested, at that point the problem still had not been fixed. Then they sold it a couple days later. Don’t know if that problem was ever fixed. But overall a good experience, no complaints.

I cant stop singing praises for Bob Allen Frankfort CDJR. I haven't made a decision about purchasing a new vehicle yet, but they have responded to questions and respected my time. I will definitely purchase my next Ram from their store. I currently have 2014 Ram that gets serviced there and they always get me in and out don't try to up sell me or make up reasons to spend more money, unlike other dealerships in Lexington, Shelbyville and Louisville.

Great on excuses low on results! Contacted them on a Thursday about a Ram truck that didn't
have any pictures online. They got back with me within a few hours and said they would get
me pictures and they did get them to me the next day. We spoke and I asked to make an
appointment for Saturday morning to come see it. The salesman did make me an appointment
but for late afternoon instead of the morning. After that he quit returning my calls, emails and
texts to verify which dealership location to come to until after the time he scheduled for me.
Never received an apology for the mix up on time or him not calling me back. Always had an
excuse and when I asked how he was going to handle the inconvenience of having me come
look at a vehicle to purchase late on a Saturday after dark and his response was he wasn't
going to do anything and started making more excuses. We never make the trip due and
emailed the dealer as to why. We never heard a response back from them either.

Richard was a pleasure to work with. This day and age it’s rare to find sales people who treat the customer like they want your business. So many other car dealerships I spoke with and sales people acted like they could care less if you purchased from them. Your dealership still has that personal touch that says “We’re here to serve you. We want your business.”

The price was a bait and switch in my opinion. The salesman said he would send me an email with he price and I had to ask again about 22 hour later to get him to send me the price they would sell it for. I feel when the ad says dealer price that would be the price of the vehicle.

Great staff. Best auto purchasing experience. Dale Edwards is the best salesman hands down. If you’re in the market for a new or Preowned vehicle give them a call and they will have you in your new vehicle in no time. Even if you’re over 600 miles away (like me) they’ll have your vehicle at your front door in the blink of an eye.

Brit was nice. But the deal was wrong for me. The car was on cargurus for 10900. And after I was Supposed to put 3000$ down my finance amount was 10,800 and I declined The deal. Idk why they thought that car was worth over 13000.00 with75000 Mile’s on it. If it had been priced on car guru for 13000. I’d of never looked at it at all. ☹️ I was Very disappointed.
