Bought an suv from them and was very unsatisfied with the responsiveness and communication to get the deal done. Unresponsive on request for pics and details about the vehicle. The entire process took over 2 weeks plus 4 days to schedule transportation. Once I received it, the interior was dirty after they said they cleaned it and smelled like Axe body spray. Vehicle had rust which was painted over with black paint. Very unsatisfied and still have not received a title a month later.

Great folks to do business with. Quoted me a fair price for my car over the phone just seeing pictures. Paperwork was a breeze. We really love the car. Would recommend them.

Franki,Collin, and the staff are amazing people who really listen to what you are looking for. My wife and I purchased a 2009 Tahoe and they even delivered it to us. I will be doing more business with them. I highly recommend them to anyone. They also discounted the cost of the vehicle because of my 12 yrs of military service. Oh I loved this black beauty, and I almost bought it. But because of a settlement issue that is taking longer to get settled I regrettably had to pass on this FJ but once its in my bank I'll be back to see if its still available! Would like to thank everyone at Rocky Top Motors, for putting together the video of the vehicle & its undercarriage for me. They did everything possible to promote this sale however due to my own issues I need to wait. : ( but I'll be back.
