The car was exactly what they stated it was. The only issue is they have a dealer prep fee, which really allows them to sell the car for less, but is added to it at the end. It’s a marketing ploy but the price overall was still very competitive. Very positive experience. Car was detailed to perfection.

Very dishonest dealer. They put special price on website. And the price will only apply if you finance the car with them. If you choose to do the other way, the price will be $10000 more. Also the car was listed having 31000 miles but actually it is almost 36000 mile which I would never consider if I saw it.

I was told after test driving the car that price advertised did not include their “market adjustment” and their fees. The actual price was almost $5000 more than advertised!. Thats 25% higher than advertised on the $20k car I was looking at……Despicable.
The actual salesperson was pleasant the rest of the experience was insulting, and a waste of my time. Dealerships like this are exactly why people hate dealerships.

Opportunist organization. Taking advantage of current situation with chip shortage. Price gouging. They are no different than people selling toilet paper or hand sanitizer at outrageous prices at the beginning of pandemic. Selling a car $5000 above MSRP is immoral, unprofessional and damaging consumer trust.

Friendly and responsive. Very clear in their communication and seem very easy to do business with. All the information exchanged about the car was accurate.
I can't imagine a more frustrating experience. I would not recommend this dealership to friends or family.
I had had every possible piece of paperwork/documentation required walking into my appointment. Despite presenting documents such as my pre-qualification and updated
insurance, it took 4+ hours to have financing proposed. The financing offer was well above my pre-qualified rate, and the proposed amount financed was far greater than
anticipated. This was because there was a $3,500 dealership warranty applied, in addition to their "dealership fees" (also "non-negotiable). This was VERY different than the
$362 warranty mentioned just a measly few hours beforehand by "Scott." The financing offer, which seemingly took hours to prepare, was corrected in about 5 minutes. Upon
signing and agreeing, "Scott" utters "there's a lot of technology in that car, would be a shame if anything were to happen." I am very much hoping that this is the "worst" of it
and my car will run fine.
I went in with cash on hand to make a deal on this truck. It came down to two things. The salesman was controlling my purchase by lowering how much money I could put down. I wanted to put down 15,000 and he said, “No, 10,000”
The second problem was they charge 895.00 dealership fee when their competitors charge 400.00 or nothing in some places. My information was collected to do a credit check which is really good on top of that. Didn’t hear from anyone but I wouldn’t do business with this salesman!
I don’t want to say names because sometimes it takes a manager or another salesman to make a deal happen. Customer service depends on the salesman’s professionalism.
The dealership was very clean the cars were very clean they took care of it very well as far as upkeep is concerned and it was very easy to find. The reasoning for my two star review is simply this. I went there trying to see if I can trade out of my vehicle into one that I wanted. Now my credit is messed up I know it is I already looked at it I know it was messed up and I basically express that to the associate I was working with. Long story short he came back to me and said something quite rude and offensive"U F'd every single bank". I was a little taken back by this in addition to that it's just not true. I think the manager really needs to speak to the staff on how to address customers in a lot more professional way and not like they're on the street talkin to the one of their friends.

very helpful staff, very prompt , did not have to wait for test drive.
I drove from Queens NY to see and drive the car, Ed convinced me to leave a deposit and six days later they sold the car. They did call three days after I was there but upon leaving a deposit I didn't call back until a few days later thinking I had the car. Ed never called to tell me they sold the car and didn't communicate when I came for my refund, would never recommend this dealership
Stay away from Rockland Hyundai. They charge a dealership prep fee of $975.00 What are they prepping? Sales associate Trish never returned calls or emails. Talked to general sales Manager Fausto and he told me to read the fine print in the internet ad. Anyone who has to tell you to look at the fine print is more concerned with taking as much money as they can from you. If they want more money for the car raise the price, don't try and charge the customer a bogus fee, $975.00 for dealership prep fee. Stay away from Rockland Hyundai.
I’ve never been embarrassed in my life especially when I had my mother with me two managers that were just so disrespectful to me and my mother. The head finance manager asked me why I needed the car if it was for luxury purposes,is there a father present, then one of the salesman was having a conversation talking about are you going to buy the car in cash. Which was the car that I test drive and wanted to finance. Then they tell me that I have to wait for my check in the mail from the deposit that I put down witch was in cash. NOT only that but the head of finance manager was hitting on my Mother and saying inappropriate stuff witch was sexual harassment. because that was just disgusting and dissed tasteful. then he proceeds to ask my mom if we took transportation which I have no problem of saying if I did, but he only said that because of the color of my skin. Yes I am African American. he only asked because of what I look like. Never going back again 0%

Not Good. Had a 10am appointment ....salesperson wasn't there.... another
salesperson went to find car (took 10 minutes) when it arrived up front he was
driving it with a flat tire (discovered by my wife). Upon inspection the driver side
front 1/4 panel had significant damage (not shown in photos or described). Had
I known this I would not have driven 40 min. Overall NOT a good way to do business and
they won't see me again that's for sure.

I didn't bite on their bait and switch tactic. Had a new 2018 car listed $11k below MSRP. Reached out and told me it was a discrepancy but than sent me a similar new 2017 (one model year old) and said that was the one with the lower price. Only had stock photos so asked them to send me actual photos and the out the door price. Delayed in getting back to me for over a week and than said that vehicle sold.

Lies lies and more lies went in ready to buy and then they thought they could get more money off me and jacked the price up even more than what they posted. Had a bad feeling about them about 10 mins after talking to one of there sales men. I did find the car I wanted at another dealership and very happy with it. Please remember to do your homework on these dealerships they are very sneaky, definitely this one. Goodluck!!

I call this dealer yestday eving to ask 2015 tahoe price 28445$ to confirm I tell her am leaving long island I drive 50 mile spend 20$ on toll to see that truck when I reach there they race price 10.000 more r u kidding me unprofessional waste of time I waste my day and money don't make people fool showing fake thing plz don't go in this dealer u guys gonna waste time

Rockland Hyundai became aware of this pricing issue on 11-7 and notified as many customers as could be identified who showed interest in this car. The original sale price of this vehicle was incorrectly posted at$10,000 less then the correct price. While the price was corrected immediately internally and on our own website it can take up to 48 hours for the pricing to update on 3rd party sites. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Friendly service ,I brought my car from this dealer, I felt that he intentionally stalled so that I could not use my own bank for financing, there was a long wait to conclude business.
