Very attentive, fast response and very easy to work with. Paul Leopold my sale representative was very helpful and helped me throughout the process. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Made contact a number of times, received one generic response with no name of an associate to contact. I asked for availability, I submitted an offer. This was a truck I have been specifically looking and trying to move on it very quickly. They might be a decent dealership, but their website/internet department failed them.

They did respond within a reasonable time, but we were not able to reach a good price.

The person was great but in overall he didn't want to tell the information that I wanted to know about the truck on why it was in shop and telling me the bill was going to be $1500 and I just wanted to because if I was going to get it I have to know on why it was in the shop.

Terrible experience. Drove 3 hours when salesman said he would have vehicle ready. Another salesman sold the truck in front of us. Wasted day and energy. They play games. Will not recommend to my neighbors! Karma!!

They responded with a generic email not answering my initial questions basically wanting me to call them. I wrote back as that was my preferred method and got a response. about a week later I emailed again with more questions but no response, the next day I got another generic email stating something like they have tried to contact me several times and if they don’t hear back they will assume I am not interested in the car anymore. I emailed a response to that email stating I was waiting for a response to my questions that I had sent the day before but have never heard back from them!! I was/am very interested in this car but I guess they don’t want to sell it or at least not to me! So based on my experience I would not recommend this dealer to anyone!

The salesman that we worked with his name was Ben, and he was most helpful , very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. If I ever buy again from Rockdale Country Ford, it will be through the salesman Ben. He made it a wonderful experience, my wife and I both agree on it.
