Arrived early, so another associate took me other than the associate I was supposed to get she was very informative, but since leaving, I’ve been contacted by three different associates on the same phone number asking all sorts of different questions it would be easier just dealing with the one associate that took care of me

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we just couldn't seem to get the paperwork I needed to fill out in time.
Wouldn't purchase from them ever again.
Rip off. Tried to get me to pay an additional $6745 dollars for the vehicle when it was listed online for $6430. Yet marked it up to $6999 after i gave them $4000 dollar down payment and additional $281.04 for warranty. Vehicle didn't have heat, no fluids under the hood. Making a loud sound when driving. I purchased it on Sat the 29th to return it back to them on Dec 1st.

I was looking to buy this car and then Trent Jones contacted me. Later in the afternoon, I called to see if the car was still available, but he didn’t pick up or answer any of the text that I sent him. I was paying with cash. I didn’t want to get there and there be no car there for me to get as I live 2 hours away. I was willing to work on other vehicles since all I’ve bought is Nissan. but he never picked up any of my calls or answered my texts which is incredibly unprofessional. When I called the dealership, they finally answered and said he was there working and available but after he found out that it was me calling him, The guy said that Trent had “stepped out”
I bought a new 2024 Camry from a dealership in Florida. Don’t waste your time here.

I would never buy a car from this dealership.
I asked for a cash out the door price and for a car listed for $12,995 they offered me $16,645
Out the door. Which included $1,000 charge for paying cash and $1,500 charge for pre owner detailing??
Never have I been discriminated against for paying cash!!

Typical big dealer experience. Weren’t rude people but you can tell they just try to get one over on people and think people won’t notice. The lowest offer I got was $550 a month. Went to a different place, same style car and got it for over $100 less than that $550 offer at Rock Hill Nissan. I could also tell the sales manager was frustrated with me for not accepting his continuous bad offers.

I feel that everyone at this dealership who I dealt with dropped the ball. I submitted every document that was requested, drive 2 hours to the dealership, waited 2 hours and still left without a vehicle. They didn’t follow up as promised and I had to reach out to them. Just felt all around shady from the online salesperson, the person I dealt with face to face and the finance department. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had a great experience and bought this car but they did add some fees on top of the price but they were things that were additional like LoJack and other items instead of just “fees” to the dealership.

We had a great experience buying our gently used Audi A3. Did everything go perfectly, no, but they handled everything in a professional manner. When we had questions and or concerns they took care of them. It is a 1.5 hr drive to this dealership from our home and we wish they were closer. We would happily do business here again. Called on Friday 8/14 to make an
appointment to see a 22 pathfinder.
Appointment was set for 10:30 am
Saturday. I was told the keys would be
waiting for me with a sales rep to drive
since I was coming from 2 hours away.
Packed all the kids and the wife in the
car and drove the 2 hours from Sumter
to Rock Hill only to find out the car had
been sold Friday night. Not one person
bothered to call me and let me know
that it had sold. When I made the
appointment I referenced the specific
stock number as it was the only one in
stock with the features my wife wanted.
I immediately left. 4 hours later the sales
manager called me asking if I missed
my appointment and needed to
reschedule. I explained what happened
and that I would not be giving Rock Hill
Nissan my business then or ever.
Communication is very poor even
among personnel within the dealer
itself. Ended up purchasing an SL
instead of an SV model Friday evening
from another dealer.
Don’t buy from this dealership! I had a terrible experience. The car that I picked out virtually, with the salesperson assuring me it was in great shape, had some bad problems and was even squeaking and squealing when he drove up in it. It was a 2 year old car. I believe it had been rear ended and didn’t show up on the car fax. I declined it and asked for my $500 dollars back and was told it would take 5 to 7 days to return the money to my debit card. I needed it to buy a car from somewhere else and they refused to return it sooner. They are definite scam artists. Go anywhere else to buy a car!

I bought this truck and was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. After being contacted the sales
person was standing outside waiting on my arrival. I was test driving the truck in less than 5 minutes of getting
there. I would use CarGurus again and buy from this dealer again.

Dealer was great with answering questions, got approved for financing however sold the vehicle before I got there. They will only hold a vehicle for you if you put down payment.
The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we inquired about. He had the vehicle waiting for us at the front when we got there. The vehicle was clean and ready for us to test drive. We brought the vehicle that night! The entire process was very quick and efficient! Great experience from the salesperson to the finance personnel.

Very quick to reply. The truck was not there yet and it took a week to get in. That was the only negative. Kia the sales rep stayed in contact with me the whole time and as soon as the truck arrived she sent pictures and a video. Sale went very smooth and I am very happy with my new truck.

I found a Jeep that I was interested in and reached out to the dealership through cargurus. I received a email immediately and was contacted by a sales rep (Mike Therrell) and set up an appointment to come by. A few minutes later he sent me a video recording of the Jeep showing the inside and outside. I was sold on the vehicle and drove 4hrs from Georgia to South Carolina to see it. The Jeep was great as we test drove it on the interstate. The purchasing process was easy and smooth. They have it once last wash and detail and even recharged the AC and a fresh oil change. That’s true customer service!!

I worked with a Mr. Blue. He has been amazing.
The price shown online was not accurate. Dealer had ‘added’ items to the vehicle raising the price but this was not stated until after the test drive. The ‘Final’ price
shown on line did not include the extras that were added therefore it was NOT the final price. When I questioned this, the salesman immediately started describing
the features that were added and did not address why this was not spelled out up front. He then went on to say that NIssan does not allow the to post the real
prices and they have no control over this. The whole experience felt very shady.

Bought the vehicle on March 15th, and was given only one key to the vehicle. Was told by the salesman that arrangements could be made to get an additional key. As of April 16th have not heard anything from them. I guess after the sale was final, customer service was final also. Have made arrangements myself the Ford dealership to get another key. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Worst experience I ever had. The manager was very rude. Literally told me to leave when I mentioned that another dealership had a better offer on the vehicle he was showing me.

Friendly sales staff. Not pushy. Be sure and look at your numbers if you buy the lifetime warranty and GAP insurance. We started to buy it until my husband did his own calculations and it just didn’t seem to add up correctly long term. Cancelled that part of the purchase and just bought the car. Finance guy was very upbeat until we cancelled all the extra protections. He became very “matter of fact” at that point. Not rude, but not as friendly as before. We felt lije we did get a good deal on the new car.

KIa was our sales woman, she made our offer happen. We were treated with great respect and quick responses to our long distance transaction. We bought this car online and are having the car shipped from South Carolina to Las Vegas, NV. We are very happy with this online deal. We've previously purchased cars online and have had them shipped, which can be a bit nerve racking but at the same time had positive results enough for us to repeat the process. Sales agents like KIa are a pleasure to deal with and she made this online process comfortable and easy for us and we'd highly recommend her to all that are in the market to buy a Nissan. Her best quality in our opinion, is communication. She was always available and quick to respond to our questions. The dealership offered us a clean car, clean carfax and a complimentary lifetime warranty which just adds to the comfort level. We found our perfect car at Rock Hill Nissan in South Carolina!!

Car was listed for $45K on CarGurus but when I contacted the dealer, they
said the price was $55K. I believe they intentionally mislead people just to
get them to contact them so that they can try their high pressure sales pitch.
I'd definitely stay away from Rock Hill Nissan.

Can I give a dealer 0 stars. If I could I would.
1st contact - No one could find the used car I
called about. I requested
a car fax and never got it. I left my number for a
return call for when
they located it. Didn’t get one.
2nd contact - Called again. Spoke with “Crank”
Asked for CARFAX
again was told I’d get it. He never sent it nor did
he follow up.
3rd contact - 3 days after “Crank” was supposed
to get back to me and
didn’t I went to the sales manager. He had Larry
reach out to me. Larry was responsive but there
were issues. The vehicle had twice
the amount of miles on it than it was advertised
as having. I found this
out looking at the CARFAX I was so persistent
about. When I asked for
numbers the gave me a price $3100 higher than
what it was advertised
online for. They also had sales tax as 2.5 times
higher than the average
county rate. At that point I walked. I refuse to do
business with a
company that is either unethical or pays that little
attention to detail
when there are plenty of other dealers out there
that conduct
themselves professionally.

Drove 40 minutes to get to the dealership, only for them to tell me the vehicle has not been through the shop and is not running, as week as that it's not been through inspection and may not pass safety. I figured while I was there I would see if they had anything else available, and that was even a worse experience. They showed me everything I didn't want to see, and then didn't know the prices and couldn't find the keys. Unless they are giving away cars for free, I won't be going back there.

Absolutely terrible! I asked them for an emailed quote on the
car prior to going to look at it. I explained that I would most
likely buy it if it was in good condition and they could get to a
number they verbally agreed to. After promising the email
they continued to jerk me around for several days without
sending the email. It all ended with their sales manager
calling me and telling me he would not send an email and I
had to come in to the store. No good reason and extremely
rude about it. My guess is the car had already been sold and
they were merely trying to get me in the door to try and switch
me to a different car but I have not tried to verify this as fact.
I would be happy to share texts and other discussions I had

The salesman was nice and the owner also. He let me drive several trucks but did not have anything I was interested in at the time. It was late afternoon and hot so I believe everyone was exhausted. I believe if I had been interested in anything they had, they would have treated me right on a deal.

I spoke to a representative on the telephone and he was very helpful in informing me about what he had available. He contacted me several times and appeared to be very interested in assisting me. In doing my homework, information he gave was helpful. After much research, I have concluded that if I am to get a used car that is reliable, I would need to deal with a dealership that can certify my purchase. Only Toyota Dealers can certify Toyota cars. This is for safety reasons only. I have not been to this dealership in person. so these are only thoughts from telephone conversations.

The salesman and sales manager were very nice but the owner was very condescending and the final price was $100 more than was agreed upon. Of course, I didn't find that out until sitting down with the finance person, who was also very nice. Overall I got a good deal but the owner should support his employees, not override their decision. The car had a broken front bumper that you couldn't see in pictures so I asked for an adjustment. The sales manager agreed and then the owner rescinded it. After saying that my offer was accepted, I get to finance only to find they had added $100. Owner said he was losing money. I will not do business there again, but I bought a Subaru, not a Nissan so that may be the difference.
