The Clinton Family Ford dealership has been a staple in the Rock Hill community for over three decades. Joey, the salesman, was wonderful! He kept me informed and answered all questions
quickly. We bought the car, sight unseen (other than pictures) and it was delivered today.
Good experience.
They were very quick to contact me. Unfortunately, the car was not the price it was
advertised for due to several incentives for which I did not qualify. That part was
frustrating, but I guess that is all part of the game to lure people in. The salesman was
very nice! I ended up purchasing elsewhere that was more straightforward on price.

My experience with this dealership was superb!!! Xavier was the best. I couldnt ask for a better salesperson. He answered all my questions in a timely matter and made sure that my car was delivered on the day that they promised!!! I recommend this dealership to anyone for your next ride!
They were terrible. I had to email them three times to get a response and then the car I wanted to look at they delivered it to another location even though my first contact was before the other party contacted them to deliver location. I will never use that location again

Terrible experience, ill never be back. Sold the
truck from out under me.Tried to buy the truck
for cash on a Saturday they said they had a
deposit after still listed. Told me if it fell
through they would call Monday, they called
said it fell through i said ill take it, 45 min later
they text me said they sold it. Absolutely
ridiculous.

Salesmen Daniel and Jamel were absolutely wonderful to deal with and would recommend them to anyone but the used car manager (Darren) needs to find another occupation. I would’ve never bought a vehicle from him due to his attitude and overall demeanor. The detailer (Greg, owner of An Eye for Detail) went above and beyond to help me with my purchase by removing some scratches that I found and took out some he found as well! I only gave 3 stars due to the fact that I have yet to receive an antenna for the truck but Daniel has assured me he will handle this matter. I will update by raising the stars if said part arrives.

Great dealership. I had a great experience from first contact to purchase and beyond. I flew from South Florida to Rock Hill SC to get this vehicle. First class all the way. Car was ready paperwork was ready and even the owner came out to greet me. Best car buying experience I’ve had in 20 years of car buying.

Great experience provided by the Clinton Family Ford dealership team. Salesman, Curt Smith was very quick to respond, very professional and easy to do busy with. Would rate lower if I could. Was told price on cargurus was wrong. That they
sell Gt 350s for $10,000 over sticker. Guy was a total jerk. I bought one the
same day and got a small discount from sticker. A lot better than $10,000
over MSRP. Run from this dealer

I had an appointment with Clinton Family Ford to look at a Mustang for two days. The morning of they called me 20 minutes prior and asked if I was still coming, when I arrived they told me it had just been sold. Horrible service.

I feel they misrepresented their truck... I
drove an hour n half and the truck was a
price of junk
Dave Simpson was the salesman I dealt with. He represented
the vehicle accurately over the phone, and when I arrived at the
dealership, he was honest and to the point. I purchased the
vehicle in about an hour and was out the door. I would
recommend dealing with Dave Simpson. I didn't meet the
sales manager but didn't feel it was necessary. Dave ensured
the vehicle was ready to go.

Their procedures list cars that are coming in on trade, before they have been evaluated The car I was interested in was going to auction, according to a salesman I talked to. But I'm satisfied with my experience with them.
