I'm a single father of 3 lovely girls was in desperate need of a truck to get to work, I have some bad credit but was putting up a very good down payment of 14,000 thousand on a truck that was only 31,000 thousand. they put me off for over a week just to say no and not even try to make a deal with more money down. the worst experience in my entire life , i have bought 9 new cars and trucks since 1993 so a little advise to people with any kind of bad credit Pass this dealership and go to another, save your time and keep peace of mind.

I went to several other dealerships around the Lafayette area to find a nice used truck and every place tried to take advantage of me. I found a truck online and Went to Robin ford to look at It and possibly trade in my car. The carfax on my car had some mileage discrepancies and Marc and Tyler made sure to get it taken care of. After that they offered me a fair price for my car and worked with me on the price of the truck. I asked them to check a few things on the truck and they got it fixed ASAP. I’m really happy with my purchase and I couldn’t thank the guys at Robin Ford enough for the kind and courteous service I received. It beats going to the bigger dealerships and getting screwed over. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Salesperson was very nice but had to go through Mr. Robin for every decision. I felt like I either buy the vehicle or they'll sell it to someone else. They didn't drop a dollar off the price. Then when I asked for something that should have come with the car any way. I had to threaten to never go back to get it.
