Based on my exp.,a no nonsense dealer that is very responsive, honest, willing to negotiate, will go the extra like bringing a car to see 50 miles, able to do all paperwork at my home, followed up as needed. I would trust what they say. A smaller town business that treats the customer in a hometown way.
