Straight to the point. No BS.
Staff were very friendly and professional.
Transaction was smooth with no pressure.
Lastly, they gave me a free car wash and and a full tank of gas. Fantastic!!

Very helpful
Dealership sales staff gave the traditional "you being
here at the dealership gives you leverage" over the
phone. I didn't particularly care for sales staff
switching in between who I worked with over phone
and who I worked with in person. Then the pricing,
it's $2-3k over what actual dealership of that
particular vehicle sell them for. I only visited
because I prefer the color they had on the lot. It's
been there over 2 mo this and they weren't very
accommodating, nor did my presence give any
"leverage". I must say however, Monica in sales was
geniune, gave me a sense of comfort. But sales
staff aren't who give thumbs up/down on
transactions. So I'm left with mixed feelings for this
dealership.

Do not buy this car way over price there's a reason why its been there for 80 days was going to put down 7 or 8000 still they had it at 40 and dropped to 39 dirty seats front lip needs to be fixed brakes all rusty its just chilling in the open needs work for the price it's a rip off I left and got a 2021 for 35000 the same day do not waste your time and this dealership

Let me help you save $/Time an aggravation of buying a car. I’m 68. F&I I hate worse then the car negotiation. Christopher christopher was great easy,fast a this guy makes it fun. See him an tell him you saw this review

Riverside Hyundai responded very quickly. We were in negotiations and in the final stages when we got all of the costs. We were able to get a better deal from another dealer. They were farther away but it was a significant difference. So no reflection on responsiveness of dealer just on the $$$

These people were so easy to deal with I ended up buying my dream car here, even though it was not a Mazda they helped me each step of the way and were patient and understanding of my circumstance.

Our saleman, "Shack", and Veronica Smith in finance did a very
nice job with this sale. Hopefully I don't regret these comments in
the future. You just never know.
