I inquired about shipping a vehicle and was told "We do not ship vehicles in any capacity but will work with YOUR provided shipper. Let me know if you have any questions"

Replied quick, had a few vehicles to choose from as the one I requested to check out had sold already. Ian was the sales guy, very laid back, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. Overall good experience.

Bad experience w/dealer. Contacted them via web & Zach responded to me. I spoke to him thru email asking for pics of select areas of the truck I was interested in. Once received I asked to speak to a sales mgr & asked on how to put a deposit down to hold the truck. I was told I could & they would follow up the next day. When I didn’t hear back I reached out again asking to put a deposit down. I was again told to I could & they would be in touch. When I asked again later that day I was now told that someone may be there now looking at the vehicle I was interested in & may be putting a deposit down & awaiting financing approval. I was furious as I asked multiple times to put a deposit down & was a cash buyer. I called the dealer & asked for a manager, Ted. I explained what happened & he said he would look into it; he said later the truck was now sold. He offered a deal on any vehicle they had; picked another & when he got back to me it was already sold but never removed from website!

Very responsive. Vehicle was ready when I arrived to see it. Salesman was honest, friendly and not pushy at all! Best experience so far in my car shopping experience!

I was pre- qualified when I contacted them . I never got a straight answer as to whether or not they did business with Capital One ... They implied that they did but could find me a better rate . They tried to get me to drive 3 1/2 hours one way knowing that my pre-qualification meant nothing ... Scumbags .

Absolute best car buying experience. Don’t hesitate to go. Karen took such good care of us. The pickup we wanted was extremely difficult to find. Karen got it to us ahead of time expected and at a very good price. This dealership is an award winner and I can see why .
