They answered all my questions, but I decided to buy a car instead. If I could see the truck on the lot, I could give five stars. As it is, the business itself is difficult to find and looks like a lot full of junk parts at first. That probably scares away some business.

The gentleman did meet me on a Saturday and that is how this dealer got one star. There were two men there that afternoon..the one that was helping me knew very little about cars/ engines. The other gentleman immediately spoke to my daughter’s boyfriend rather than this female car buyer. Not a great experience

The sales rep backed out of negotiations with lowball $ for trade. They offered 1/2 price of Edmunds trade and about $1,000 less than car fax. Thanks but no thanks. I know dealers can be insulting with regard to trade in vehicles but based on market they would/could have doubled there money on just the trade in vehicle. Does not seem like good business practices to me. Save some frustrations and look elsewhere.

Dima was very helpful. My daughter goes to college in Springfield and In need of a better vehicle. I told her to look around and call when she found something she likes. The fusion wasn’t the right car but talking to Dima I feel he’s going to find her the right vehicle. I told her he’s someone we could trust and he would find you what you want in next couple of weeks.
