I could not be happier with Rides Unlimited and 2 outstanding young gentleman Jason and Steven. They were both so courteous, knowledgeable, patient, polite, no pressure and highest integrity.
They both had my cell number. They both could have bugged me to death. Yet that never happened. I was happy to talk to them when they called or did text.
They are the whole reason I went ahead with the purchase. I recommend Rides Unlimited and Jason and Steven. To all Thank men. I will talk about you to everyone.

I bought this vehicle, very very pleased with the vehicle and the dealership actually came home and research the vehicle found. I actually purchased a vehicle below MSRP wonderful, wonderful dealership. I recommend them highly and the staff was well above board, helpful, pleasant and easy to work with straight upfront with pricing and everything.

Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. Bought a vehicle from Rides Unlimited and it needed $3,800 in repairs within the first week of owning it - issues it definitely had when we purchased it and we were just unaware of. Huge mistake on our part for not doing a pre-purchase inspection by a mechanic. Hard to believe they didn’t know these problems existed when they sold it to us. Our first red flag to not buy should have been the fact that our salesman Karl’s response to almost all of our questions about the vehicle were “I don’t know”. We contacted the dealership immediately about the issues (we live out of state and were 20 miles over the dealership warranty at this point) and they made it seem like they wanted to come to some arrangement to make it right. We have been promised several calls back by the staff and have heard absolutely nothing for weeks now. Save yourself the trouble and shop at a more reputable dealership.

Sales staff had great communication. Car sold before I could check it out.
The guy I talked to on the phone (Jason) used an unappealing tone of voice. I explained my
circumstances and asked for help and alternatives. Everything was met with a "no." I truly got the
feeling Jason didn't want to try to help me and that he didn't really want to sell me the car. His
customer service skills were very poor in my opinion. I would not recommend Rides Unlimited to
anyone looking for a used car. The car was WAY overpriced anyway!

Clowns. Sent two emails that were canned and made no reference to what I asked for initially or after their first canned email.
Was pretty prompt in getting back. Issue was car was approx $500 over price and vehicle had high miles "without good maintenance records" so I was willing to take same day if negotiable to drop price by $1000 (in anyway we could figure out) but no interest even after weeks later vehicle still not sold. I'm sure if was a bit more negotiable or creative, we could have made a deal, but not much interest so I moved on. This was a car I was willing to buy as I have am a Sienna Enthusiast but I am also a realist and know that not much history mean surprises.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! Did not stand behind the quality of the vehicles. On March 17 I purchased a Subaru Forrester for $7200 cash. On April 8 as I was driving home With my eight-year-old daughter the vehicle burst into flames. Thankfully I was able to quickly get my child out of the vehicle and And away from the interstate to safety. ( Not that that prevented her from having nightmares for weeks). I’m grateful that after calling 911 the fire trucks and police officers arrived on the scene quickly to put out the fire. I called rides unlimited and I was Given an apology and told that they would be sending a tow truck to grab my vehicle and bring it up to the shop to have it looked at. I was trying to include the details of all the interaction that I had with the company, but unfortunately I’m only allowed so many words on here. I did not Receive a message from the owner till April 27.Many broken promises and 53 days Im still without a vehicle and over $4000 in repairs.

I’m widowed & 6 weeks after my husband passed I purchased from Rides Unlimited. I just made 2nd car payment & car needs $1800 worth of safety repairs to drive it. Brakes are bad, ball joints are bad, steering wheel vibrates. I don’t believe any servicing was done by dealership prior to selling me the vehicle. The salesman was very nice & assured me if there were issues it would be addressed. After multiple attempts to contact him, he is still unavailable for comment! Save your $$$ & don’t do business with this dealership.

A great experience with the dealership, and more specifically with Jason. I purchased a car from out of state...Jason was professional, timely, and worked hard to keep me informed from the time I made the purchase, to transport pickup and thru delivery. Will definitely consider Rides Unlimited in the future.

I called the dealer to inquire about the truck and was told that the truck was in the shop for some front end work. They told me to call the next day to make sure that the truck was available for a test drive. I did not follow up until 2 days later and was informed that the truck was sold. They were very courteous and polite.

It was a smooth transaction! I asked Karl to hold the vehicle until we could see it. No problem! We got there, and he showed us one fault light and approx cost to fix it. Very up front. He allowed us to take our time test driving it. There was no pressure to buy it, but we thought it was a good deal. Vehicle was clean and ready to drive. It was exactly as described. Purchasing was very quick! I would recommend this dealer.

It was a great experience
They contacted me and got me the carfax
history but I had asked if the pistons and rings
had been done on this car and they never
answered that. The B8 A4 was known to have an
oil consumption problem and Audi actually had a
class action lawsuit filed against it for any 09-11
A4. They tend to burn alot of oil when they
approach 60k miles or sooner. The piston ring
supplier to Audi packed the wrong size ring
when Audi was building the motors.

2nd purchase with rides unlimited. Nice to work with.
I drove 2 hrs to purchase my car. Before I went, I asked what the "out-the-door" price would be. I only had $4500 from insurance to purchase one, I wrecked my car a week before my father died. So I obviously didn't need the run around.
The price quoted over the phone was almost exactly what I paid.
It's not a flashy car lot, not a huge staff. But I found the owner friendly, and straightforward. I wasn't hounded to purchase anything, which I appreciate not being followed and pressured.. I went in, test drove the car I wanted, paid and was out the door.
Ive driven it through a rainstorm and today a snowstorm, it handles great.. I love my car

They have a very "we don't need your business" attitude.
Kind of off the beaten path, the building lies in kind of an industrial
alleyway.
I had a poor experience, I drove 150 miles away to purchase a car and
they were not able to handle the paperwork from my personal bank and my
bank did everything they could to get things closed.
Furthermore upon calling before picking up the car which I had
presumed to be a closed deal I learned they sold the car to someone else
a day before I told them I would be there to pick it up.
This is poor business ethic as all they needed to do to address any
concerns is call me at the number they had on file as well as the loan
officers number which they also had on file.
I would not recommend working with them as they do not put forth the
effort to work with you.
They have a very "we don't need your business" attitude.

Marty was pushy and a liar. He confirmed that the car van would be
ready to go then when it was time to drive 2 hours north to view the
car it was not ready. The last straw was when Marty told me I could
kiss his ###. He then went on to text me and justify his remark to me
saying, "I am 50+ years old and if I feel the customer is deserving
enough I will say whatever I wants to that costumer." He included in
the text that the van which did not have a working door because he
ordered the wrong part to fix it, was still available if I were interested.
This man needs fired and prayed over.

The salesman was very good he was helpful and was great to work with. I then was contacted by another individual two weeks later from rides unlimited I thought about asking me about my experience was he was a jerk rides unlimited must have lost the copy of my drivers licsense an insurance card because they did not forward it to the lender. So they did not have all the paperwork in order no big deal right well this person started off very arrogant and pushy saying if I didnt get him the information right away he was coming to get the car mind you this was in the middle of the day while I was at work so Im not able to just comply with his demands and he was not very willing to contact my insurance to resolve the matter so I contacted my insurance later explained the situation and the they took care of it from there but I guess that is the service you can expect from a rinky dink used car lot who thinks they are bigger then they are I will never go back to rides unlimited again good deal or not.

Don't buy a car there.
The test drive went OK.
When I got the car shipped the check engine light was on when I got it,
the shipper confirmed it was on when he picked it up.
After we checked the code we realized there was something wrong. The
engine has a serious problem and needs to be completely rebuilt.
I bought the car as-is but didn't get it as-it-was when I bought it.
I checked with the dealer and they told me at first they would help me.
After a while I realized that was all talk and I am on my own.

They stayed late to help us out, we were coming from 2 hours south.
Answered all our questions, worked quickly and efficiently. I did not feel
rushed even though it was late. The car is great and extremely clean. He
immediately pulled up carfax and contacted the previous owner when we
had questions that he couldn't answer. All around, Dennis was extremely
polite, easy to work with and we walked away with exactly what we wanted.

Total scam dealership. At first
glance it looks like a 3rd hand
dealership you shouldn't trust
(should have listened to my
instinct) but the employees will
make you feel welcome. I
purchased a conversion van from
them 2 weeks ago. Before even
accepting the vehicle they had to
repair the bench seat motor in the
back and the car battery as well.
On my drive home the brakes
were rapidly pulsating. I took it
directly to a mechanic who told
me the brakes were so worn
down that the rotors were ruined
from using brakes with no pads.
600 dollars later after replacing
the brakes, hoses, calipers, and a
lube, I figured the car would be
good to go....Not but two days
later the starter went out on me,
at first I thought it could be the
battery and I had it tested at
autozone, they saw a crack on
the battery and told me it failed
their battery test. I then took the
van to the chevy dealership and
they "highly" recommended that I
replace the serpentine belt and
shocks since they were both
unserviceable. So after a grand
total of 1600 dollars later I now
have a safe and working vehicle
to drive. Do NOT buy from this
dealership!
