All around good. Good truck, fair price, reliable inspection, no pressure
I was purchasing an older, used car for my son, so I expected a lot of hassle and disappointment in general.
Not with Joe & team! They were transparent about what needed to be fixed on the car (and took care of it),
and with their fees and the process. They were reasonable with negotiating a deal, and not pushing for an
upsell of stuff I didn't want or need. They operated as an honest business and made an ordinarily difficult
experience into an easy one. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future & highly
recommend you give them a call!

We had a great experience here. Fran helped up get great financing and was straight forward with everything.
Put a deposit on this vehicle. It was a very nice vehicle that rode and handled beautifully. There was a light and lens housing replaced in the rear, which led to water in the rear gate. They said they would fix it and contact us when it was repaired. They later contacted us and said there were too many mechanical issues and didn't want to sell it to US. We were told they would put the deposit back on our card and charged us a second deposit. Ultimately the deposits were returned.

I drove an hour and a half to this dealer on 11/13/21 and was told the car was sold. That was my fault for not checking. But it was still active on cargurus, their website and other car sale sites. 11/16, it's still active, I email them through cargurus, they say again nope its sold but here are other options. They are now very aware this is still listed everywhere. Its now 11/22, over a week later and it's still listed. Not a good practice for a car sales company unless they are trying for bait and switch. I'm specifically looking for this car in this color so it keeps popping up in my searches, so frustrating.

I was interested in this 2014 Passat but it was going to be a couple of hour drive to
get there so I wanted to be sure they still had it. I called Saturday morning. They
had it and I told them I would be there around 2:30 since it was over a 2 hour drive
from NJ. It took longer than I thought to get there, so I called and said I was running
late. When I got there, the car was ready and waiting even though someone who
showed up without an appointment, drove it and was interested too. They held the
car for me to try despite the fact I was later than I initially said. The car was exactly
as described on the website and was pristine. I ended up buying the car and driving
it home. Their closing time is listed as 5 pm on Saturday, but they stayed late so we
could finish up the deal. Fran, Joe, and Keith at Ride Smart were really helpful and
super easy to deal with - not what people think of as your typical "car salesman." I
would definitely recommend RideSmart to anyone!

They contacted us very quickly to let us know that the car we wanted to buy had just sold. They seemed to be very professional.
Joseph was very nice to us, here responded fast and from the beginning on the phone, he was very informative and
willing to help, and let us know waht we could expoect, even if we were not looking for the most expensive car in the
lot. He took his time and made us feel as important as any other client.
The place is nice, well organized and he kept sure to keep all surfaces clean and disinfected, very important these
days.
Personal circumstances and the type of car made difficult for us to get a loan approved, but Joseph was very patient
and worked his best until we arrived at a solution that was convenient for everyone, and we could leave the dealership
with the car on the same day. The warranty offered gives us a lot of peace of mind. Will be happy to do business with
them in the future.

Enjoyable conversation with Henry, unfortunately the car already had a hold on it.
From the moment I had first spoken with Henry over the phone, it was quite evident that he was the type of person I wanted to deal with. Polite, professional, and a genuinely good, easygoing guy, Henry made the sales process run as smoothly as one could possibly hope. Joe, the sales manager (and owner...maybe?), was equally accommodating. Their office space, and bathroom, is super clean, which certainly displays their pride in what they do and their attention to detail. Consequently, I now own a Chevy 3500 van, and highly recommend checking out what the folks at RideSmart have to offer.

Wish they had the extended length of the expedition I was looking at. Henry really seems like a genuine person. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for full disclosure before buying a vehicle. Sadly it didn’t work out for buying from them but I wish more dealerships were like this one.

Joe was quick to respond, great to work with. He told me exactly what he had, and explained his pricing (which was below other Dealers), he gave me a reasonable trade-in price, and gave me their loan rate when dealing with finance (most places add a few percentage points to their bottom line). When I arrived, a thunderstorm had just passed through. He had the vehicle inside, out of the weather, so I could get a good look at everything. Joe and staff answered all my questions. The test drive allowed me to feel how the vehicle handled. I felt no pressure and everyone was very accommodating. I will certainly be back when looking to replace my wife's car. Looking at websites. A lot of information I felt was not in there and the different facts of what the city and highway mpg was. I called probably a second time wanting them to hold the vehicle and I was coming the next day
When I did not hear from them. I called the next day only to be told that the vehicle was sold. Why didn't anybody call me that day? I was disappointed because I like the exterior and interior and wanted that car. Ooh well the search continues.

Dealer contacted me, but I was concerned on the history of this car when I ran the vin number. He assured me it did not have any issues, however I was not convinced as I had seen pictures of where this exact car on another web site prior to him buying the car to resell and it appeared to be sitting on some sort of salvage lot and looked awful in the pictures. This was a turning point to go seek out another car similar to which I have now placed a deposit on and will purchasing the car this week. Buyers when you are looking for a used car I STRONGLY suggest copying and pasting the Vin number on a vehicle you have interest on. This is a great way to follow the history on a car and can bring up cars where they may have come from. This car was a perfect example as the selling cannot typically hide past history on a car especially when pictures show up and reveal where the car has been. Also always use a carfax history check on a car this also gives you a great lineage look how a car was maintained, if it was in a accident, and repairs for specific things were done to the vehicle that could be hidden or not disclosed by a seller.

me the rundown on the car and all the
history of the vehicle. i was buying
the car from a long distance in florida

They contacted me immediately when they received my email. In fact, I told them to hold the vehicle for me till I get and they did. When I got there, they listen to my needs and gave me a fair deal. The process was so easy and quick such that it took them roughly 10 minuets and I drove home my vehicle without any issues at all. I recommend them and I will buy from them again.

Everyone at Ride Smart was great. Joe, Henry and Fran were as very friendly and helpful. I dealt directly with Henry and he was top notch. He was very attentive and responsive. He takes pride in the cars he sells. I had a small problem with my car the day after I bought it and they took care of the problem immediately. I really see they go above and beyond it felt good that the owner actually contacted me on a Sunday which as we know is a day off usually for Dealerships it showed they where serious about there job and he even explained that they where a little understaffed that day and they even bought the vehicle to me and my family so they could see it now if we get this deal done I'll give them 5 stars but for now it's 4 stats

These guys are awesome . Henry worked me through financing and found me an awesome interest rate. What impressed me about RideSmart was that I told them that I couldn't come up to their lot during the week to test drive that I was interested in, they offered to bring me the car to test drive at a convenient spot. Very happy with the service and the car from RideSmart. It is a small. but very clean and well-equipped lot with friendly and knowledgeable people. Henry and Joe were forthright and thorough. They had answer for my questions with absolutely no pressure. I recommend RideSmart without any hesitation.

Very easy to deal with. The 2015 blue kia sedona we looked at was not in
great shape, I'm not sure how they did not notice that the back seats were not
locking in after being folded down or that the AC on the drivers side was not
working or that a button was missing on the driver side for adjusting the seat.
It was a bit strange when the owner told us that maybe the back seats were
supposed to work that way. He had a white one available that was much nicer
and took some off the sticker price to help us fit our budget.
I didn't find out until after we signed everything that there was only 1 key
available for the car we purchased. I would have liked some cash off had I
known because the dealer wants to charge us $400 for a new key. Also the
sticker containing the fcc id on the key fob is ripped and not readable so there
is not much hope for me replacing it on my own from ebay or something like
that.
Overall it was not a bad experience but just make sure you look over the cars
thoroughly before you buy one and ask about a key because they were not up
front about what was wrong with the car or the missing keys.

everything that needed to be done to have the vehicle in tip-top
shape, including some mechanical items that I hadn't noticed,
because they wanted everything to be right. Joe and Henry were
friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would most
certainly come back to Ride Smart again.

Someone promptly responded to my email. Person followed up the following day letting me know the vehicle was sold. Received one final email a few days later asking if they could help me look for another vehicle. Communication was excellent which is all I could rate hence the 5 stars.
