First let me say I did not make an appointment to see the truck. But I did arrive at the car lot 1hr 30mins before scheduled closing time. I was really excited to see the Cadillac Escalade and told myself IF it rides smooth I was going to buy it!! But when I got there I only saw other customers looking at cars, I asked one of them if they had seen the dealer and they replied "They said they sold 3 cars today and they are DONE." I thought this was pretty odd, so I called the number listed on the window. A guy answered and I told asked if there was a way he could come in and give me a test drive casue I really want to buy the Cadillac. He replied "NO, we are closed and did you have an appointment?" I stated I did not BUT I drove from Columbus and I really will buy this truck IF it is good. He said he was NOT going to come back...at that moment I expected him to set a time/date so I could come back, but he didn't. He was rude and Im glad he still hasn't sold it!

Never responded to my inquiry about the truck. So I called and they stated it was sold.

I traveled 50 miles to look at a Dodge truck. Rick was very arrogant and rude to me and my family. He acted like we were bothering him by being there. Took truck for a test drive and it had a miss in the engine, and he said that he would have it fixed and would call me when it was ready. Two days later I find out that he sold it out from under me. Would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. It will be a cold day in hell before I will do any business with Rick again.

Good person. Sells cars "as is basis" maybe asking a little more than book but all were good trucks. Good experience

They had just what I was looking for and the price was fair. They were helpful and friendly. It's a nice clean car dealer with a good selection.

They have contacted me a couple of times about the 2000 F350 and I'm still in debate over it. The good thing is they are not pressuring me.

I called Coty on Saturday, late in the day. He was extremely courteous, answered my questions about tbe truck I was intetested in, and reccommended I come in and test drive it. I explained that I couldn't make it, and asked if they were open on Sunday. He explained that they are not open on Sunday, but I can come by and look over the truck. I did go after close on Sat. On Monday morning he called to see if I had come by, and if I was interested. I wad unavailable so he left a message. My wife and I drove 50 miles late on Monday, test drive the vehicle, and made an offer. He met me half way on my offer, and we did the deal. I managed to meet the owner of the dealership as well. Everyone was extremely professional and the process of purchasing a vehicle was a pleasant experience. I highly roccommend Rick's R&R Wholesale. Good honest people. Thanks Coty.

So far I have only asked questions about the truck and I was pleased with them returning an answer. Hopefully, planning a trip to see the truck and talk with them in person.

Called the day before I drove 2 hours to look at this truck. He said it was in good shape and drove great. When I got there it was obvious that they spray painted over the rusty areas and the head lights were full of water. Terrible condition. Waisted my time. I got a great deal later that day elswere. Everything at this lot appeared to be beat up and over priced for the condition.

They were slow to answer emails and did not answer my emails about questions I had about the vehicle. Did not seem willing to help when I did speak with them on the phone. When I went to look at it I knew why they ignored the questions. Don't waste your time.

They lie about the condition of their trucks, I called ahead to ask about a truck because I had a 4 hour drive to get there. I told the guy it had to be reliable highway worthy while towing a trailer basically good condition all around. He told me that it was with out a doubt. When I got there the interior was mangled and cracked it crab walked down the road and had nearly 40 degrees of play in the wheel before it would even think about turning. It wasn't even worth buying as a farm truck. I wasted 8 hours driving round trip because they lied. Don't trust them, avoid them at any cost you won't find what you are looking for.

Answered their phone but did not send me the requested CarFax for a truck on their website.

Dealer responded to my inquiry so I went to looks at some vehicles on their lot. Their prices are low for a reason, their trucks were pretty beat up. If you are looking for a nice truck without a bunch of scratches and dents and without rust go elsewhere!

dealer never replied to email sent over weekend, we called him on monday.. he said he had someone with an appointment coming at 5 to look at car but if we could get there before 5, we could buy if we wanted.. not knowing if that was actually the case, i rushed almost 1 hour (after having called him again telling him i wouldn't be able to get there until about 4:45 and confirming if I should make the trip.. he said yes) got there and indeed the 5:00 buyer was there early and purchased the vehicle. This is a poor way to do business. If I had indeed gotten there b4 him, I would not have pulled that from under him since he had appt. Dealer should have had me wait to come if car was still available. I wasn't sure if he actually had an appointment if he was just trying to get me down as soon as possible. VERY IRRIATATED.. Very poor way to do business..
