The used vehicle (interior/exterior) quality, pictures, mileage, and price were exactly as the dealer had described and displayed on CarGurus.
The used vehicle was fully serviced and cleaned by their service department before they put it on their sales lot.
At this dealer, the salesperson and managers for the used vehicle that I purchased were excellent and very professional throughout the entire process. That's why I would recommend this dealer for a used vehicle.
Also, their sales process was very quick and efficient.
I never felt any pressure.
I did not finance this vehicle, but gave them a certified check for the entire purchased amount.
Also, I found CarGurus to be the BEST search engine to assist me in finding the used vehicle that I purchased in the Atlanta, GA metro area (6 million residents).

Could not be happier with the service Caleb Jackson and Steve Fricks provided, there was absolutely ZERO pressure and I got the best deal in the market.
Told me to buy the car and sign on a number without seeing the car. Then after I said I needed a car and that it was the only day I had to get a car. The general manager told me after 4 hours that I could not even test drive the car until 2 days from now. So I wasted my only day off getting led on and tricked by this company. Who wouldn’t budge on price and told me infact to get over the price and they would not even let me see the car. I don’t know about you but I’m not going to sign on a car I have not seen and definitely am not going to “get over the price” when I was only asking for $500 less.
They do not like for you to have your own financing, if you do they don’t work with you to make it convenient for you to use. I live over an 1 1/2 hr away from this location, and they did not work to help create a seamless/stress free process for me. They refused to let me have the bank overnight the check for my purchase, I ended up having to take off work to bring the check to them, as they kept calling saying the car might be gone but the time I arrived. I got there and the Mazda cx5 wouldn’t even start. The battery was dead and the check engine light was on. Instead of trying to see if they could identify any internal problems, they wanted to try and jump the car off and have me drive it off the lot, without actually fixing the problem. I ended up cancelling the transaction and requesting my den payment back.The customer service I experienced was truly discouraging, I also never heard back from the General Manager for this location after leaving a message. Buyer beware :-(

Do not trust this group. Tried to buy the 2002 Tahoe last Friday when it was advertised for $6,991 + TTL and a $799 doc fee. Wouldn't sell
over the phone, Marcellus said had to do it face to face, so I drove 3.5hours the next morning. Drove the truck and although there are lots of
issues, agreed to buy as is. He brought out the extensive "as-is" statement, saying nothing had been fixed nor would be repaired, sold
completely as pre-auction. He then produced the Bill of Sale with an extra $899 reconditioning fee, which didn't corrolate with the previous
"as-is" with no repairs/pre-auction. He agreed to remove, then Steve Fricks(Sales Manager) came back to tell me that they couldn't sell me the
Tahoe due to the fact that the person who traded it had not cleared their loan department. Next day it was listed $6000 higher and Fricks gave
me the same story on Monday. Complete lie.

We had financing done and over with price was perfect…… we received the buyers order telling us an extra $2,495 and and extra $900 for reconditioning. Then I explained we don’t need any of that, because of it being an almost new car with 50k miles on it. I was told they will not take that off and that’s a culture thing lol…. So a really bad review for a really bad scheme they tried to throw into the price of the car. This is the reason people buy online now because of crooked dealers like this one. Buyers beware and make sure you check your buyers order because it happens everyday for no reason. Just sad.

Would definitely recommend this dealer. Very professional, gave more than a fair trade in offer, walked out with a monthly payment lower than we had hoped for…plus warranty and roadside assist that weren’t expected nor had to pay for!

Had a bad tail light (coming off and on) before leaving the dealership. Salesman said to bring it in the morning since he could see what it was doing and we had not left the lot yet. Next morning after waiting over an hour they said nothing was wrong and we left. Next day I pulled it apart myself and saw all the corrosion and bad bulbs, they had never even look at it, much less pulled any bulbs out like they said. They had our money (as is) so why try to actually fix anything? They could’ve said “sorry we’re not going to look at it, it’s on you”, but the lying and wasting our time is what was wrong and only served to solidify dealers bad reputation over all.
Very nice atmosphere. Thorough customer service and knowledgeable finance person! Adrian was helpful and polite. Bongchoi took the time to make sure I got the very best financing. I'm working on my credit so that was so valuable to me. I highly recommend them.

This people are crooked they know all the loop wholes I purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa CVT it was malfunctioning from the first day called then they claim a manager was going to call me back waited nobody call me the sales agent name Steve lie to his guts that nothing wrong with the car after I drove out their lot they do not care I almost got into an accident because the car needs a new transmission mind you I just paid $4315 dollars for this car they refuse to help in a way they just want their commission the car is in my driveway useless now I have to pay over $ 2000 for a transmission they are crooks if you buy from them be wary they will scam you in a heart beat.

Very pleasant experience. I chose to not buy at this time and received zero pressure or pitch to buy. My sales person was cool with the whole deal. If I choose to look at Caddys in the future I’ll stop here first.
These people will work with you. They are a business so...in other words they are trying to
make money, yet they are completely aware that people want and need good deals. They
have ton to select from. The dealership is super clean on the inside. I live 45 minutes
away and I had the car delivered to me. Veronica was really nice. Negotiations were not
hostile or uncomfortable at all, which is extremely important to me.

Was lied to about the car being available when it already sold. I called them several times about my car purchase only for them to tell me they would call me back. Which they never did call me back. They kept telling me the car was still for sale and they would check on my paperwork and call me back. This went on for 4 days and no I didn't purchase a car. This was the worst experience at trying to buy a car that I've ever had. I finally called one last time and then I was told the car was sold in a text message. The sales man wanted me to drive 6 hours to look at a car he no longer owned. This is a awful way to do business.

Dealer still has this car online and I went to see it. When I got there I Was told by multiple people that it was sold several days ago...which is after I sent the original inquiry. they just use this car to get people to the dealership.

Terrible bait and switch price experience. Advertised one price, but
tried to collect $599 documentation fee plus an $899 processing fee in
addition to other small registration fees. I understand dealers imposing
a documentation fee which seems to be common now in the industry,
but it should be reasonable. The sales manager, after a great waste of
my time, imposed the old stall tactics, could not explain the need for
the processing fee. Very unscrupulous. I would never consider
returning to this or any of their other dealerships.

Good price on Promaster van ($21,790), and dealer responded quickly.
But found out they wanted over $900 in dealer & doc fees (+ title tax), so
out-the-door price was $24,500. Whoa. I had an appointment to see it on
Friday, and negotiate a deal, but my Sales Rep told the van was already
in process of being sold. Turns out it wasn't, so rep called back... she
said it was the wrong car. I then spoke to a Sales Manager on Fri night,
he said their best price "out the door" was $24,400. My original budget
was $23k, and I went up to $23,500. I was then told to come in Saturday
as the best deals were done "on the floor". Turns out they weren't. After
talking with 4 different people, and waiting over an hour, the lowest they
would go is $24,300, and only if I used their financing -- so pretty much
their internet list price + all dealer fees and taxes, less $200. Then they
raised the online price of the van from $21,7k to $22,7k, because
apparently there was now "activity" on it, and it was priced "too low"
before. Really??! I understand they don't want to lose money, but was
disappointed in these tactics -- unreasonable "doc stamp" fees, raised
the internet price on the van while I'm sitting there at the dealer, and
wasted my Saturday to come to their lot only to find out they weren't
willing to deal/negotiate at all. I have since found several other
Promasters for less, and from dealers who have no or minimal "doc
stamp" fees.

This dealership does not honor their internet sales!! I'm in Louisiana
and
we made a deal by phone. I gave them my credit card info to hold
the car
and, as agreed to, I overnighted the cashier's check. The next
morning
the salesman called and told me they'd sold the car to somebody
else.
The sales manager told me they don't hold used cars
and the first customer to pay gets the car. I was at a disadvantage
the
whole time because I was out of state. They wouldn't even
reimburse the
$30 I spent to overnight the check!!! Don't waste your time with Rick
Case. Give your business to an honest dealership.
