Logan followed up with my inquire on a 2007 wrangler that was in my price range. He was very
helpful offering to start the process to ensure I didn't miss out on the vehicle. Unfortunately I just
wasn't going to be able to make it to the dealership to check it out let alone purchase it. Logan is
a professional rep and helped me up to the point I couldn't really be helped any longer. This was
a pleasant experience and I will certainly contact them when I am more ready to make a
purchase.

I came to this dealership with my financing already approved and knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted. Instead of a straightforward sales
process, I was met with delay tactics and pressure to use their banks for financing.
Two different employees gave me excuses — saying the advertised price might only apply with their financing, or that it could take 3 weeks
for my bank to send a check — rather than simply helping me purchase the vehicle. At no point did anyone just say, “Yes, come on in.”
This is not how a dealership that values customers should operate. If you already have your financing in order, be aware that they will push
hard for you to use their lenders instead. I would advise caution before doing business here.

Terrible dealership. Typical salesman trying to make as much money as possible by being shady. Lowest price around till you find out you have to pay an extra $2000 - $2500 for a paint chip repair, tire hazard, and key replacement package. Then they tell you they can beat all other interest rates but then offer you 8.8% interest. This dealership isn't interested in selling vehicles. Don't be the person that falls for their scams.

I was an out of state buyer and was ready to purchase the initial day I found it. I spoke to them and informed them my brother in law would be going there to look at it while I was driving in from out of town and they said cool.
Well, he gets there and they tell him the car isn’t at the dealership and it needed some maintenance (which was news to me). They told him and myself they weren’t sure when the car would be ready or when it would be back….I’m about 3 hrs into my 5 hr drive at this point….
I was more concerned about buying the car and not when I can actually pick it up. So, I give him all the info he needed as far as my trade was concerned and he said he would get back with me with the numbers….Long story short, he said he got busy and forgot. He took until till mid afternoon the next day to get back to me. Anytime I texted him, atleast 2 hrs before a response if at all.
If you don’t have to buy here, I wouldn’t. Save yourself the time and the headache…..

This dealership has a Club Plus add on pack for almost $2000.00 that Car Gurus doesn't show the price. So its a leader. Designed to get you
to contact them and get into the dealership and then all of the sudden if you are not paying attention your price has gone up almost $2000.00.
I contacted the dealership and IT IS NOT an option to do without this add on. Padding the price as most items like this are marked up 150%.
Plus the experience that I have had with Chrysler service departments is the worst in the industry.

Beware**Scheduled an appointment for 1hour later and when I got to the dealer the car was already sold. Dealer had confirmed earlier that it was still available. Drove 40 minutes to get there and it was already sold.

Terrible experience. Bait & Hook thing they tried to play. Said the car I took off work for and drove 2 hours in the rain to go buy preapproved for needed a new battery. I was there for almost 3 hours and never saw the car I came for. I was told the day before they had several just like it. No that wasn't correct. All they tried to do was put me in a more expensive vehicle and give me the run around. I ended up just walking out.

I drove over an hour to this dealership to look at a

the sales rep walked back and forth pretending to
look for the vehicle. They came back and told me it

They responded quickly via email and I had questions about the vehicle. I asked what size was
the lift kit and the rep told me 6 inches. That was too high of a lift for my family so I had to pass.
Then I got another email from a different rep stating the lift was 2 inches. I went to look at the
vehicle on a Sunday and it was sold by Monday. If I was given the correct information initially, I
could have put an offer on it. Not sure the internet reps are that familiar with the vehicles on
their lot. Very confusing for the customer to receive multiple replies from different reps.
Terrible , they messed me over twice i had gotten approved for this 2015 and what did they do? Sell it the day i went to go finally get it and didnt even tell me , i then tried getting the 2016 model they had and the same thing happened but worse , had me waiting in the morning saying “we are working on it” till eventually they also told me they sold it, they value money more than anything else terrible business practices , not only that but once i was working with someone to get the car they started showing some other guy the car too! Ridiculous !

I had things in writing and on tape of something I wanted fixed . After the paperwork was started it wasn’t honored . I did get to take to my mechanic before making a final decision at least . The finance manager was the best one of the bunch . I have to replace the struts but because the price was low I kept it . Still crossing my fingers I made the right choice . This was stressful

Worst experience that I have had in 60 years of buying cars! They would not honor advertised terms and it took nearly 3 hours to get to the point that I tore up the check that I had written to purchase the car! They ran a credit report without my permission and I was paying cash for the car.

I was contacted by the dealetship after enquiring about a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab that was listed on the internet. I agreed to come in to view this vehicle only to be told multiple stories. I was first told that the truck wasn't on the lot, next I was told that it was on the lot but they can't find the keys, after asking if I could just see the vehicle after driving 40 miles that night, I was told the vehicle was looked up because it was being inspected bevuase it was new in the inventory. I was then show a truck 2 years older with the same miles for more money. I would not recommend anyone shop this dealership. I gave them a single star because that's as low as you can go.

Bait Cars. It would be wise to not trust
anything they tell you. They use bait cars. 2010
Challenger RT 54,000 miles for 16,490. Drove
out to get the car. They claim it was sold
already and tried hard to get me to get another
car that had more miles on it but was almost
7,000 dollars more then the car they had that
they claim had less miles. After dealing with
them I had a friend of mine call and inquire
about the car as well. They kept reassuring
them that the car was there. Even said they
where looking at it. Drove out and the same
game was played. BAD DEALER. Don't buy
from them.

LV Elder (sale guy) provided outstanding customer service, he
was more into getting me the car I want than the sales/profit.
Mr.Deno Moore, sales manager was very transparent, calm and
cordial. Best experience ever at any dealership. I am one happy
Chevy Malibu owner.

Avoid this dealer! Made me drive 30 miles for nothing.
I emailed them to make sure they
still had the car I wanted. They
said yes. I scheduled a time to
come see it. and drove 30 miles. After a lot of wasted time
they admitted the car wasn't
there and tried to sell me a newer
one for over $6000 more. It
looked like a good deal and I
would have bought it anyway
except on further inspection I
found the salesman was
"mistaken" about the year model
and mileage. The "bait" car was
listed on Cargurus for $2400
under book value. The "switch"
car was $6000 more and spot on
book value. No deal even close
to comperable to the one I came
for.

We bought this truck over the
phone, but the GM of Used Sales
wouldn't talk with me and let a
woman who only had been there
3 months handle the sale & she
didn't know anyhing. She said the
vehicle would be ready that
Saturday by noon (purchased on
Wed eve) and it was nowhere
near close & my husband drove 4
hours to get it and there were
more scratches that she ever
mentioned (I specifically asked
about all minor dents and
scratches). They are suppose to
deliver it today for free, we shall
see!

Dealer refused to sell me the car due to extra time required for
paperwork. I am currently deployed with the military to Afghanistan
and they were unwilling to send the paperwork via registered mail
for me to sign even though I had financing already arranged. NOT
MILITARY FRIENDLY. I do not recommend.

Used car area had a nice BMW posted and went to look at it. The car was hard to start and shook violently. I was told that's OK it was being picked up by the BMW shop to fix. The staff was very young and not knowledgeable about the cars at all, wondering if these were cheap summer hires? I won't be looking at cars from them again, don't trust them at all.

Dealer placed an ad online with a false price. Contacted dealer, who
then took the ad down, and confirmed actual price, double what the
ad said. When I confronted them they said it was a simple mistake
but when I told them I wasn't interested in the vehicle they re posted
the same exact ad under the original wrong price.....bait and hook
much?

Although we selected a jeep at another dealership, the sales manager and his team at Richardson were very friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealership.
