I bought a2021 Buick encore gx.from this dealer,service was good as soon as I test drive the car I noticed the engine light was on,I was told it was due to being parked for a while and it needed gas;I trusted the sales man word and took it home,and in a couple of days the light came back on!!!I took it back to the dealer to find out what was the problem;they took it back in to their shop,I spend 4 hours for them to fix the problem and was told to run it for two hundred miles and everything should be reset it to normal!!a couple of days later the light came back on again!?going back tomorrow…if the issue is not fixed I wonder if they are going to give me another car ?or my money back.?is not fun spending hours at the dealer on my day off when the car should be in good condition.Not happy at all..by the way this happened two weeks ago.
Best experience you can ever ask for at a car dealership. Listening, understanding customer needs, and knowledgeable at every step of the buying process. I totally recommend. If you're fed up with aggressive talks, arrogant tries to squeeze some "fees" into the price, come to them. They have none of that. Only real human-business talk in pleasant atmosphere.

Dealership confirmed appointment 3 hours prior to us getting there and told us they sold the car when we arrived. Really shady vibe and unprofessional people that didn't even want to get up from their chair to help. Ended up getting a brand new 2017 elsewhere. Save your time and go to a legit Subaru dealership.

dealer and got 5000. I soon I walked into the dealership I was
uncomfortable.
