The vehicle advanced has major hail damage and that’s why they discounted it in their ad, but they don’t disclose the damage in the ad. I’m out of state and couldn’t see the vehicle in person, so after speaking with Maria, the salesperson, I spent $179 for an inspection company to inspect the vehicle. It was after I made the non refundable inspection payment that Johnny, the inventory manager, told me about the damage. The inspection showed that in addition to the hail damage the vehicle wasn’t the prime dollar vehicle they advertised and communications with them did not seem like those of merchants trying to sell merchandise.

The dealership promptly responded to me. I never responded back because I started waffling on rather I wanted to buy a vehicle yet. It sold quickly. It was a very good price so it’s no surprise. I appreciate the service though.

I liked that they did not try to sell me any extras. I do wished they would have shared with me that the car had been in an accident and tires were badly worn before I drove to the dealership. I still bought the car and haven’t had any issues yet but we’ve only driven it a couple hundred miles.
