I was told to meet a sales person. I went to see him. He seemed surprised about this appointment. I suspect that the administrative person never informed him. The confirmation of the appointment included a checking out and a test drive. No test drive happened.

Terrible. The vehicle had a broken undercarriage and a missing window button. The car should've never been on the lot until it was actually ready for sale.

Everyone was welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in to the building at the last hour or so! (Me being a last minute shopper) Great people I worked with Shan, Ginger and Tom whom made the whole process of buying the Pacifica that night fast and easy. The dealership is very family friendly as there was a designated play area for the kids. Overall the deal was completed and everyone part ways happy!

I contacted them through car gurus about a day later I got a text message from a sales person by the name of Ryan, asking me if I had any questions regarding the vehicle which is a 92 Camaro RS. I immediately text him back yes can you provide me with more pictures of the engine and underneath the car to see if there's any rust. 2 days go by I did not get a response so I text him again with a ??. He responded by saying the classic shop was closed up and to text him tomorrow morning. It Quite obvious that he's not interested in selling a vehicle or he's trying to hide something. With customer service like that I wouldn't want to do business with them.

Tried to steal my trade, offered me $57K on my car when I showed them Manheim auction comparables at well over $78K. So with current wholesale pricing more than 20% higher than what they offered on my trade either they are not doing trades (which if they told me I would understand) or they are just trying to steal my trade.

No complaints, and Shan Marfani was super easy to work with. The car (used) was super clean and parked right out front when I arrived. I was even trying to make a work meeting in the afternoon, and they had all the paperwork done, etc. right in time for me to make my payment and walk upstairs to the lounge and join the call. Single women buying cars often get typed right in the door, and I was originally trying to avoid a typical dealership because of this/ previous experience. I didn’t end up getting that vibe, so glad I ended up at Rich Morton.

Lots of issues here from listed phone numbers that don't work, to emails from unmonitored or incorrect addresses, to lost keys. Was ready to test drive a vehicle but they didn't seem to have their "stuff" together. I'm looking elsewhere.

My salesman was great, but the advertised price was not even close to the actual price. The dealer added another 2400 dollars for reconditioning to advertised price. They also advertised an engine warranty, is not available on this truck.

Hard to contact sales staff by phone and finally reached a sales manager. I found this gentleman to be short and somewhat rude when I asked if he would consider an offer of $20,000. He made no attempt to make a counter offer and simply stated " you won't get this one for $20k ". Because of his tone and attitude I chose not to pursue the matter further. I assure you I was polite in my attempt to negotiate a fair price, but he didn't seem to be interested in discussing anything. Must have been having a bad day.

Dealt with salesman named mike. Started off with great communication but later was terrible. If it wasn't for another salesman named Mr. Dawson I would have went somewhere else. Currently I'm still awaiting a call back on the other key fob. This establishment needs to do some serious customer service training. Do not use them for internet sales.

Deceptive, illusive - not trustworthy. They actually tried to add additional costs over and above listed price to pay for items that were included in the advertisement as capabilities. And then they wanted outrageous extra costs for the state inspection and "dealer prep". We couldn't wait to leave. My advice - stay away and buyer beware!

Poorest rating possible. Two salesman Dwight antd Eddie don’t know his last name promised to buy my 2000 Lincoln town car that I have for sale on auto trader so they could make deal on the 2017 Lincoln as I told them I could not deal without selling my car that I was asking $17,500 for so they said they would buyer it from me. Yea right scam job. Very poor salesman ship. Dwight checked auto trader ad And came back and said we will buy your car and I said For the $17,500 and Dwight said yes they would cut a check For $17,500 When they pick up the car and will get the title to my trade in. They knew I would not make a deal for the 2017 without selling my car so To make a deal they said they would buy my car. Called and spoke to Manager, Don, when they didn’t show. Called back and said Dwight never said that Believe me Dwight told a bold face lie. Can’t believe that car dealerships have people That are dishonest and scam people to make a deal.

Bill was our salesman, very responsive to all our concerns. Dealer installed New Bridgestone tires, adjusted the parking brake, and changed the oil. We came in to purchase the truck, but the general manager decided to increase the price by $2500.00, citing new tires and "Dealer prep ". Very disappointing.

Slow to get back to me, had to keep calling several times. Also tacked on a $1500 “reconditioning” fee right before the purchase. Spoke with general manager and did not get any resolution. I would have bought the car had they not thrown in that fake fee at the last minute. Go sucker someone else, I wasn’t born yesterday and you give car dealers their bad rap

It looks like the only way to buy this 1975 El amino for $14,424 is to pay the hole amount out of pocket, I was going to put $8,000 down but i was told from the dealer that there bank might not finance the balance for such a small about and if they did the interest could be as high as 8% to 12% and that's with excellent credit, I don't get it ?

Contacted me right away and were all over me for the sale. I purchased the vehicle and some work is needed and of course no one calls and the one time I spoke to someone in person my slow start issue wont be covered under warranty even though I had the vehicle less then 24hrs...
