We bought the 2007 Prius. The process went very smoothly and the car was priced very reasonably as it had been well maintained by the previous owner and dealership had replaced the hybrid battery after obtaining the vehicle as a trade in. Will most likely work with this dealership again in the future.

Very helpful. Quickly responded to my e-mails regarding the car before I came out to look. Brought the car right out for me to look at so I didn't have to walk around. The car was clean and exactly as described. Ultimately the car wasn't quite what I was looking for, but I was very pleased with their service and would recommend Reynolds Automotive to others.

Responded quickly, very accommodating. My wife and I spent a while looking at and test driving a couple vehicles. They provided AutoCheck history on the vehicles and additional service history. Cars were clean and ready to buy. We really appreciated the no-pressure, knowledgeable staff. We ultimately didn't find the options and color we were looking for, but Reynolds will be at the top of our list next time we're looking for a vehicle.

Super friendly people. The negotiation process was quick and fair. Didn't try to force anything on us. It probably took about 35 minutes after agreeing on a price to drive off in our Highlander. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had!

Great business - super selection of late model Odysseys and other family haulers. Selection of vehicles is mainly mininvans and SUVs, but a great approach for those in this market. Todd, Scott and Brian were very earnest and helpful - as their selection is priced fair and competitively. Strongly recommend them.

I didn’t get the car because the dealer was honest about past work required. They offered a 6month 6,000mile warranty on work they did which is usually unseen. I didn’t like the car, but the dealer was great.

I would award more than 5 stars if I could. The staff at Reynolds did a great job. Positive and professional throughout the process. Upon arrival, Brian found the van I was seeking, answered all questions with patience, arranged a test ride. Worked with Todd directly to finalize a deal. So nice to not have to pass through a series of managers and finance staff to finish a deal. The whole purchase process took all of 20 minutes and we were driving off the lot. If you are in the market for a used van,as we were, you will have 20 or more to consider. Great guys, great vans, and an exemplary business model.Do yourself a favor and go see the team at Reynolds.

We recently bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey from Reynolds. We were really happy with our experience working with both Todd and Scott. We stopped by once to take a van for a spin but decided it wasn’t quite the right one for us. They handled us walking away with professionalism and class and even sent an email the next day to follow up on our experience at their dealership. We headed back a couple days later and found the van that was just right for us. We worked with Scott directly to finalize the deal and it was a great experience. He was professional but personable throughout the process. I would highly recommend anyone to check out Reynolds, especially if you are looking at an Odyssey. They had a great selection of competitively priced vans and were constantly getting new ones in stock.

Reynolds automotive is a family owned dealership and they were great. I had OK credit and Scott did everything in his power to get me approved without a co-signer and with a low monthly payment. Scott was very down to earth and did not pressure me or call/email me 10 times a day. When I came in to sign the paperwork he was very straight forward and explained every detail to me and his dad who works their part time was pretty funny also. So as a first time car buyer I would rate me experience as GREAT. If you are looking for a honest dealership I would recommend Reynolds Automotive.
