Kept trying to pressure and force me into a deal when I wasn’t looking to purchase just exploring also was told 30 times test drive it right now. Poor management and customer service in my opinion

There is no need to call if you prefer not to. We suspect this may be a fake review or from a competitor. We would be happy to provide you with the out-the-door price.

Although the car was not purchased the sales dept was excellent. The
communication was great and all questions addressed. They bent
over backwards to address all issues and based upon their
interactions would highly recommend them to all buyers.

Dealer was very friendly and responsive. This is a New Jersey dealer and I live in Baltimore. I ordered the car directly online and everything was swiftly handled digitally. The car came delivered in perfect condition, no surprise dents or flaws and drives excellent. This dealer is trustworthy for those who want to find a good car but don’t have the time to do any in-person visits and test driving, etc.
Very disappointed with this dealer. After an application was summited through CarGurus and approved they stated that they never got it and sent us a new form. After submitting that new form the price was totally different from what was online, they also said that the bank was requiring a down payment. So we ended up canceling the purchase.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in our dealership. I'm sorry, but the price you see online does not include taxes or plates/registration. In addition, all the banks that we work with require a down payment, so you were not approved. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
After confirming the price for a used Acura with the dealership (for $7450), I had got Lemon Squad check the car. I had made up my mind to buy the car. But after the check I found that the price got jacked up by $1,345 (paperwork+shipment). BTW i bought my Tesla from NJ amd paperwork cost me just above$500 and shipment was $125.
So I would suggest everyone to check/ confirm the full out of the door cost with this dealer on record ahead before paying mechanic/ lemon squad to check the car.

Hello. We are very transparent with our pricing. Our documentation fee is the same across the board for all of our cars, unless you are a dealer. We have no control over shipping costs, so we always recommend that you get your own shipping and your own inspection. You wanted a discount of over 1,000 dollars on a used car that is already a Great deal(7,500 price online) we just can't do it.

A+++++ This place is absolutely amazing, Christian and Antonio in financing had all the documents and tags on the vehicle before I got there. I was literally in
the office for 10 minutes. I inspected the vehicle and did a test drive without being rushed. This was the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever
experience. The vehicle is Perfect. A+++++ I will spread the word.

About the dealership... the cars on the lot look like they are all handpicked, I know mine was. Prices are reasonable or good deals as rated in websites like
CarGurus. Not much wiggle room for negotiation, but ok given their prices.
