Dealer Ben bent over backwards for us to stay 4 hours after hours to get us this truck. Drove it 45 mins to where we were. The truck has been great so far. We went to purchase a 2012 Honda Civic LX, and when discovered that there were multiple issues under the hood that weren't disclosed (broken latch hood was the dealbreaker), I requested to test drive a Malibu on the same lot that appealed to me. The dealer got nasty with me, telling me I'm wasting his time and that because I'm no longer committed to the Civic, I am not allowed to purchase or drive any other vehicles on his lot. "Remarkable" service, for sure. Save your time and money.

He said the information on the advertising dome of it wasn't correct. He was honest about it. I appreciated that information

Ray in sales was AMAZING!!!! He was very personable and attentive to my requests. He worked late to send me photos of a vehicle he just got in and may not have know all the information on it, but was very quick to find out for us. He made the purchase very easy and made us feel as though we were family. I would refer all my friends and family to him. He even came in on his day off on his birthday to give us an update on our vehicle when it was going through service. He went above and beyond!!! Ask for Ray!!!

When I showed up for a test drive the truck looked very clean and was more than ready to come home with me haha. Mark was very polite and informative. I would recommend this dealership to any and all my friends/ family!

The dealer was responsive to my questions regarding the Tundra and promptly offered to allow me to drive the truck. The only downside was the truck was not ready to be test driven as the battery was dead. After jump starting it the truck died during the test drive. The dealer was very apologetic and quick to remedy the situation.
