The process was easy! Once approved, I was able to have my car delivered to me within 24 hours. I've had my vehicle for two weeks and have not encountered any issues with the way "she" drives, although there are minor detailing issues I wish I would have been able to see in photos, I am overall happy with my buying experience.

I had a very bad experience with this dealer after reaching an agreement to go pick up the car with a $500 deposit and committed to it to be there in the morning Which I did I was there at opening hour I drove over 60 miles when I arrived there. He told me he sold it last night. I told him why you didn’t call me after yesterday’s talk and committing to me coming up to pick up the car he said I forgot I’m too busy he mentioned that he sold it at 7 PM. He could’ve called me very unprofessional , poor communication , did not commit to his listing and his word and it’s been 4 days now since he sold the car, the car still for sale on car Gurus and his own web site ? I believe this guy is a scam he told me you should of Zelle the money $500 yesterday but how can I do that I don’t know them he refused a check but I don’t have a proof with Zelle and if I would’ve done it & sold the car i don’t know how to get a Zelle money back ? terrible impression. I don’t recommend this dealer at all !

I found the perfect Chevy pickup . Great shape and a good price obviously well maintained like the address . The salesman Tim is an exceptionally nice man who really knows the business well. It was not their fault that I could not purchase the truck that I looked at I just did not have the credit needed to make the payment affordable for me. They have some really nice Vehicles here and actually have really good deals. If I had better credit there were a few different vehicles I would have chosen from better luck for me next time! And thanks again Tim, you're awesome at your job!

Tim at Reliable was great to work with. He did everything he said he would and even beyond. I purchased online and had to get the vehicle delivered. He helped with a transportation company and I had asked for a walk around video of the vehicle too. He gladly did it and never was anything but positive. Give these guys a chance!

I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey from reliable Auto source, working with the sales rep named Tim. We had buyers remorse the next day and return the vehicle to Ruben. Both sales reps were courteous and friendly and returned her down payment without a fuss. There was a $500 restocking fee, but we felt this was fair. I will return in the future should they have a car that fits my needs. They do sell on consignment also, so I may sell my Mazda Miata at that dealership in the future.

I contacted the Dealer, set up an appointment to get the Truck, I had to Drive over 300 miles to Arrive at Reliable Auto Source, After I arrived, I asked to speak with Ruben, he came to meet with me just to tell me that He SOLD the Truck that I drove over 300 miles to Buy.

I really liked the service that I got. it was very professional. I liked communication with the dealer( some how I felt secured that he will not sell me something unexpected) . and most of all I got the car that was priced right. we need more dealerships like that.

I had a car lined up and just needed my mechanic to look at it. As I told him on Sunday I would need it looked at Friday due to having curb damage and tire sidewall missing with extra color painted bolts on the bumper. While I was waiting the ad was taken down so I messaged Tony. After seeing my message was read I decided to cal him and was told by another co worker the car was sold. Tony later messaged me about three hours after he read the message sorry the car has sold, is there anything else I’d be interested in. I understand you are a dealership but when you have a car lined up and don’t update the customer that is just poor customer appreciation. Why would I want to buy another car from you if you sold the car I wanted right from underneath me?!

I received a call the same evening after I sent my initial inquiry. Mr. Anatoli Cioban was the gentleman who called. He was extremely nice, and very helpful. He had EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE of the particular car I was interested in. I live in Arizona, and with the health scare due to Corona Virus, I asked if his company could arrange a vehicle transport. He said that he would be glad to set that up. I gave him a credit card number to hold the vehicle. Due to Mr. Cioban's professionalism, knowledge and great personality, I felt very comfortable in purchasing the car sight unseen. It is exactly the car I need. I went to see the car. It was in HORRIBLE shape. The pix on car gurus must be stock. The driver interior was severely torn, there was extreme damage on both doors and the top by the windows. I wouldn't pay 4k for that junky looking car!!!

not very customer friendly.. despite telling him that car was involved in 3 accidents on the carfax, his response was that was the past and will not bring the price down. so pretty rude tone and not really wanting to sell a car i guess. i rather keep it with big dealerships then these small places.
