Worst experience ever I drove an hour to look at a truck when I got there the truck has three different tires the rims are faded the truck was scratched on one side like if he went through the bushes I called him a few times and they told me the truck was in perfect condition when I talk to the sales guy he thought it was funny so I just walked away I will never go back this place is no good

I called made a offer on their Boss 302 for $28,800.00. In a nut shell I called 5 times on the same day. Everytime I spoke with Michael or his partner I was told they would call me back in 10-15 Minutes. Not once did I get called back. I told them each time I called I have 10k deposit and I filled out their app on line. These guys have me the run around, never called me back and literally laughed when I called them and to state so. The deal on the car was good but I refuse to by from these incompetent people. They do not know how to run a business. I will by second Boss from someone else. They must have friends writing their reviews. Go ahead and call them and listen to the lack of knowledge and forget about follow up. Their is much more to tell about how awful they are but I you can find out for yourself when you call them. They are also rude and short. You guys loss a 100% certain buyer. Adios

Had an appointment to go test drive the car got about half way there and called to check in and the car had sold the day prior. I was bummed but that’s how used cars go. They responded quickly and were nice

The salesperson (Richard) was not prepared for my appointment when I arrived. The vehicle was in the lot, and I was not offered a test drive- only to open the doors and look in. The listing price was increased to $15 when I asked how much was the vehicle was, even though the website has it listed $15 cheaper. The salesperson could not tell me about any of the features. When I told him what I wanted my monthly payments, I was told to put down more money, yet the day before I visited another dealership same year/make/model, and the payments were around what I wanted them to be. Needless to say, I won’t be back!

I've leased 5 vehicles and purchased 2 from dealers in my lifetime, so I'm no stranger to the way dealers operate. This dealer, although small, is definitely one of my better experiences. Richard, David, and Michael were very transparent and straight forward. They were patient and easy to talk to, even when my credit wasn't the best, they were able to work with me. They gave me the terms and final price clear in writing which I took home to think over my options. I then went back a few days later and decided to purchase the car. Easy and smooth experience all the way.

one of the best car inventory I have seen compared to at least 20 lots I have shopped around looking for a car for wifey the sales staff and the main man took real good care of my needs honest and sincere. I did buy a great MB ML 350 that was so clean and ran so well I was amazed I did my research and I got a great price after a few minutes I was signing the paper in less than an hour I was driving my ML350 home with a happy wifey smiling her way home thank guys mike and mac we love you

Car had an exhaust leak and was misfiring on the test drive. Tire pressure sensor light popped on on the test drive. Staff was nice enough, but not the car I was looking for.

vehicle was rough. had dents and scratches, but the worst thing was the tires. All 3 tires had 10% of thread left. car ran perfect but they did not want to negotiate on price and they did not want to replace tires.

After being allowed a very brief test drive, I had the vehicle checked by local mechanic. The Corvette is leaking Oil from its Engine's Main Seal, Brakes at 50%, multiple engine misfires, patched tires,ect. 120.00 well spent.

Not willing to deal at all. Maybe its just there protocol. Just very short and sweet not willing to work on price even though your nowhere close to dealership. They offered delivery but never stated a cost to do so.

'Salesman' was uninviting. He knew nothing about the car. This Subaru isn't worth the price. There's scratches all over car some that they TRIED to cover with paint and the front was hanging by a zip tie. Also, the inside isn't all that great either. Also, the engine is leaking something

They replied when I inquired about the car and I went to their website to fill out an application and I have not been contacted and it’s been a week.

I went to Regency and the guys there were super helpful I was able to trade my truck and we made a good deal on my new truck they have an amazing selection of cars and trucks

Car had clearly been in an accident though they claimed otherwise, and was missing all wheel caps, and despite being 4000 above market price the seller refused to negotiate to a reasonable price

I was interested in the 2013 Nissan Quest and bought it mainly because of its very low mileage, the color and the dvd player. I went to the dealer and Gus greeted us and was honest in answering our questions something I was looking for before getting the van. My sister and I asked many questions and they were answered to our satisfaction. If we felt they were lying to us or were being pushy trying to sell us the van, we would not have bought it. There was no pressure from Gus or from any of the other people who work there. The paper work was easy my needs were met. My sister and I were very impressed with the customer service provided by Gus and others.

after filling out the application online i contacted several times and told the sales rep i was really interested in the car and to pls give me all my available options, I never heard from him and he was not honest about what i would need or what I could do based on what he saw on the application, he just ignored me, said he had a busy day, and that he actually ended up selling the car to someone else. I actually went to see what else was on the lot and the salesman was standing right there and i wasnt even helped or greeted just ignored.

Car was sold...they didn't answer my call when I left them a message that I was going to pick it up, wasted my time and their time for no reason...but where helpful in a similar model just a year older which was nice but I wasn't going for that one

This dealer responded to my inquiry asking if I was still interested. I emailed back saying yes but I had some questions. I proceeded to email back the questions to a person named Tonee. I have Never heard back. Apparently they do not want to sell this or any vehicle. I have moved on to other dealers who will treat a customer with some respect.

I had a bit of a drive to get to their dealership and did not want to waste my time. The car looked even better than the pics. They were very straight forward and made the financing as easy as possible. My wife loves the car.

I really wanted to purchase this car, but I sent my credit info and told them how much I could afford for a down payment, and they didnt even try to help me after that...was really dissapointed because I wanted it real bad..Wish they would have worked with me as it is a very old car with alot of miles

I was communicating through text with the owner. He was describing exactly what I was looking for in his text only to get me down there. I pack up my 3 small kids under 5 years old and their car seats in a cab to buy "that" car, only to find out that the car does not exist. Than he claims that he taught that I meant "another car" while I had everything black on white on my phone. DISHONEST and hakf a day plus $120 down the drain
