I write this after doing business with one dealership for 25 years and sadly they closed their doors and I was forced to find another small town type dealership … I found one ! Reeder on Clinton Highway is a Great dealership ! Old school “ NO PRESSURE” sale. Knowledgeable about the car . Had everything prepared quickly for the sale. Brian in sales was awesome , Eslie was awesome in the business office he made me aware of products but did not pressure acceptance . Great conversations with both . The GM thank me for my business upon leaving .. Will do business here again.

Contacted dealer about this red service truck with crane before driving 300 miles only to find out the truck was actually a white flatbed with no toolboxes or crane. I will give Johnathon props for taking the time to go out and get pictures for us. But still very dissapointed.

Very friendly people. Finance guy is full of crap but that was to be expected.
Very easy to work with being a long distance out of state customer.
Also didn't push for all the add-on sales and ESPs. Only discussed
what you were interested in, which is a huge plus to me. Took good
care of me, and had a majority of the work already completed to cut
down on time needed to be at the dealership.

Very honest
The worse car buying experience I have had in my life. I bought it as is but was told it was throually checked out. After test drive is seemed. In good condition. However aftter purchase several defects were incounrered. Itook it to the dealership and told them of the defects. As I entered the dealership the vehicle was boiling over. After a couple days.I picked up my car. Three of the. Problems were fixed but they didn't fix my AC or my cruise control . Turned out a fair deal went sour for me !

Traveled three hours too look at a Jeep after calling and making an
appointment to test drive it only to find out after I arrived that the Wrangler
was no longer this. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

I would say it was a good experience. Although the car was
made in 2011 was sold in 2012 left me with little bit of less
warranty. I did not not realize there was a 850.00 docking fee.

Got a good deal and a fair trade in price. The vehicle I purchased
was not even washed or detailed on the outside and the work
crew had left for the day. Really disappointing.

Thought I had made a deal on a 2007 corvette. Drove 4 hours, one way, only to find the auto had been sold. I didn't mind the car being sold. However, I feel I could have been notified prior to my trip.
