Worst experience ever at this dealership they do not honor the Internet price that is listed. They will then change it to a price they feel like to increase the payment of the financing. They always try to add the safety package which is around $2500 to also increase the payment. I’ve seen them lose multiple deals right in front of me as I was sitting down at the table, I would never recommend this dealership for any trade-ins or any new vehicles.

Never responded with photos, had numerous people email and text me to set up a meeting--I live 3 states away and wanted photos first.
Pushing sales guy, I sent him a link of another car that I was looking at that was lower in price
and lower mileage. He replied, How can you compare if you haven't seen mine. Why don't you
come in & we can talk."
Every email, he was pushy and kepting telling me I had to go visit in order to talk to him.
I snapped back telling him I don't have to do anything, especially if I'm being talked down to. He
was horrible. That was that.

Requested several times that they let me know if the vehicle I was interested in my budget was feasible, they told me twice that it would be.
After driving an hour and a half, they wanted me to finance the difference between what I had and what they were willing to sell the car for.
Complete waste of time.
They put cars online that they don't have at good prices make appointments when you show they try to sell another car never go there again waste of time

It seemed to be a fish and bait scheme my husband and I inquired about this van and we planned a trip to Clermont to see it. Upon arrival we were greeted by the rep (I spoke to her a couple times before the visit) & We were not informed that the vehicle wasn’t available to see We were told it was being a trade and it wasn’t at the property because the previous owner still had possession (because they were waiting for the new cargo van they purchased) My husband and I agreed to look at other vehicles (they were out of our budget) Our salesman then proceeded to get his manager “just to talk numbers”. Of course the conversation took turns down every road, but speaking numbers. He was very insulting saying things like if you can’t afford the prices then we should leave a deposit( for the van that wasn’t available. Lol he even preceded to say things like I had an attitude and he didn’t want to argue with me (As I was thanking him for his time). I was ready to leave.
Drove over an hour away on a time crunch as I was rushed into making a decision on the day to come in by the salesman. Come to find out after working very late the night before I get up early to go check this truck out and I text the salesman and he said to be careful I texted him an update at 30 minutes and then as soon as we get on the lot we see the truck in the front and we check it out just for the manager to walk out and say it was sold 20 minutes ago?? You could’ve texted me and told me that prior to me driving that far, and then they had a different salesman I talked to who kept pushing and pushing me to get a vehicle $7k above my budget and then a different finance manager came over trying to push it through too. Greedy and shady dealer

The advertised vehicle was not available. The dealer says that the vehicle that I am interested in is a lower trim model and about $4000.00 higher that what was listed in CarGurus. The dealer says that the info on "her website" shows the car as the lower model.
This dealer clearly deals with the Bait and Switch mentality. I will never go back to this dealer and I would suggest that you stay away from them as well. I rated this as a one star only because I can't select anything lower.

After searching on CarGurus for a few days I found a car that I liked at Reed Nissan Clermont. An email was sent and I received a response almost immediately stating the car was available and to schedule a day/time to come check it out. I went the same day. Service was great from start to finish. I purchased the car and we Love it! I would definitely recommend Reed Nissan Clermont if you’re in the market for a new/used car.

I was contacted by someone over the phone and when I asked to speak to a salesperson, she assured
me that she is one. I communicated my desire to do as many details over the phone as possible,
because it would be a long drive for me and I did not want to waste my time. We arranged what
seemed an agreeable deal over the phone and then I left for the dealership. After leaving, I was called
by someone else to let me know that he would be meeting with me instead. When I got there, he knew
none of the details of the deal we had arranged, nothing had been communicated to him, and I had to
start completely over again. After that, we could not even come close to terms on a car deal. It was a
complete waste of time and a very dishonest process. I also felt bad for the salesman I ended up
working with, because his co-workers essentially set him up for failure. What started seeming like a
pleasant experience went south very quickly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership to
anyone.

Photo in the ad was not the actual truck that was for sale. I called 3 days in a row trying to get pictures. Once I was told that it was up on a lift in the service department and they could not get photos. The other 2 times I was told that it was being kept off sight but it I came in they could show it to me. I explained that I was over 80 miles away and did not want to make the trip without seeing the truck first. Never heard back from them after that, typical bait and switch.

Very professional, timely response.
I was contacted promptly the following morning about my inquiry. The representative was very helpful and friendly. However, the car had been sold the previous morning. She then offered to send me their current inventory to see if I might be interested in anything else. After I found nothing I wanted she respectfully invited me to check back another time and did not continue to hound me. So the only thing I'd suggest is for Reed Nissan of Clermont and other dealers to update or remove listings on CarGurus and/or other sites the day of sale. Otherwise my experience was great and I'd recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle from Reed Nissan of Clermont, FL.

Working with Reed Nissan was a flawless and amazing experience! But it’s especially because on our salesman Mike Jacovsky (hopefully that’s how’s his name was spelt). My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and he was very quick to contact us from when we first showed interest and was with us every step of the way. EVEN ON HIS DAY OFF!! We will be in the market soon for another car and because him and the rest of the team at Reed Nissan Clermont, we definitely know where we’ll be going!

Don't deal with these people. I made a "confirmed" agreement with them at
5:30 in the afternoon for a specific price, arrangements to drive over 100
miles to pay cash for the car at a specific drive-out price, only to have
someone call and say sorry, they had just sold the car. I asked about our
agreement and they said, well, sorry, we didn't have a deposit from you
(one was never requested) so they didn't consider it to be a contract. Be very careful with dealing with these people. It is evident they
don't honor commitments.

Car was rough looking. Absolutely no attempt to budge $1 on price . Somehow turned a 7,900 car into over 14,000 by the time we were done, and that was with me putting over half down!

Good customer service!
Robert ( used car manager ) started on the phone super pushy , super aggressive. I had a number I wanted to hit — and he could of respected that or moved on. I was told in order to hit my number I had to come in and do their financing ; for my same exact bank that I had already arranged financing with. I had the bank check ready! I said whatever let me see the car.
I get there and the car looks bad, scratches across the lower bumper onto the head light, the emblem had a chip and warp on the inside, the scratches continued onto the outside review mirror, some on the rear bumper, faded paint along the gas cover, and after a second look this major dent along the upper door fin. They tried to get me agree to another price while knowing about the second dent; that really irked me.
Lexus RC350– take a look at the pictures and you can clearly see some of these damages.
There is a manager who has a manager who has a manager. You have to play the I’m gonna walk game and magically; an extra 1000 for my trade, magically another 500 off for the damages. Which were “ all easy fixes “ according to the sales guys manager. I was told it’s a 3 year old car, if I want a perfect car, buy new and they’ll get some guys on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s is there to fix them. So you know that’s the lowest cost possible. Let me tell you—- 2015, 3 years old— a car should not look like this. It was the worst RC350 I’ve seen and it’s a joke for them to attempt to sell it like that. But I’m sure their counting on someone making an emotional decision and take it as is.
The funny thing is— before I said I’d walk after their low ball on my trade and adding in their $800 dealer fee and taxes; the sales guy’s 1st manager— has no clue or intention to fix the damages on the car. They’ve got a big lot, they’ve got a lot of cars— but who are you to tell me what the cars worth and how great the car is and you haven’t even been in the car for a test drive; let alone actually seen it. I’m know he didn’t see it.
They pulled out the NADA print out for me showing the original MSRP and TMV of the car somewhere around $35,500; yet they’ve had it listed for $30,000. I know my stuff and I know this car very well— as if consumers don’t have smart phones and car look up the NADA prior to shopping.
for them to even consider this car to be “ clean “ retail they’re crazy. It’s BARLEY AVERAGE at best. TMV ... maybe $30K at best. CARFAX is clean; that’s all I kept hearing, but this car absolutely tells another story. This wasn’t about the money— it was about trying to be sold something that truly wasn’t, the car wasn’t for me, I told them that.
The sales guy Jose was call. His manager, kept sizing me up or something, I didn’t get it— it felt like a completion at some point.
The managers manager ( Robert ) , came off ... okay ...when I told him I would walk, we shook hands ,but I just got this feeling like I was a “ crazy person “; but don’t fight your instincts folks and rush to a decision.

The ad on the internet said the car had navigation I made and an appointment to buy the car. I traveled 78 miles one way to find out it did not I was told it could be added then waited more than 30 mins for the sales manager to tell me I would have to pay for a new nav system and insinuated I had changed the internet ad I had with me I did not buy the car. I will never do business with dealer again.

THE CARS THEY POST ARE BAIT!! I went to go see a specific car and when I went the pictures were from a completely different car lot AND the guy didn’t know any of the prices or down payments. He even said that a Toyota Camry gets 50 miles to the gallon, I mean come on. All the cars there are also over $10,00. Don’t get me wrong they are brand new and barely used but you might as well go to a dealership if you’re going to pay the same price.

After calling the dealer and asking about the vehicule in the add, the ask me put a credit application on line and after 2 hours I called the dealer to ask about the crefit tobsee if they received it and to schedule a test drive, at that moment another person picked up the phone to inform me that they sold the vehicule the day before.
What really bothers me is the fact that they did not check if the thruck was still there before they ran my credit. Bad business. Very disappointed cause that was another unnecessary inquire in my credit.

Staff was very friendly, store was really busy when I got there. I had requested through their dealership to schedule a test drive. Car was not ready. Sales person not assigned, and the managers that contacted me, and I with them were not available for me to meet or speak to. Interest rate, not discussed until I met with finance manager. I was lead to believe my credit was not that good. The buying experience took way to long, with back and forth. Could only get the internet price by using their lender. Gap insurance was needed and they charged me 4 times what gap insurance cost. I did opt. in for a warrantee that could not be discounted. Dealership just wanted to tell me, and not really work with me. Sales guy was really nice but didn't know much about the car. Every question I asked about the car had a vague answer. They did say they would get me another remote for the car because it only had 1. We will see if that happens. I will let you know.
When I went to see the car the car was more expensive than the listed price.
They did not even know the details in full about the car. When I asked them
what happened with the price they representative told me " I don't know
someone should have made a mistake". I was also thinking about trading in a
vehicle but the value they gave me for it was way too low. Thought I was
going to have a good experience since it was a big dealer, but all I did was
waste my time.

Horrible experience not professional texting during test drive. Begging to use there finance and offered less than half what another dealer offered on trade in. Rude acting like we were stupid. Not fully answering any questions that we had. Had an appointment and the vehicle wasn't ready, plus it was dirty. Salesman forgot the apt. To begin with. And a whole other list that I am to polite to distribute amongst the web. All in all I will never send anyone there to do business.

When I saw this car and I contacted the dealership right away, the manager Alexandra responded immediately, and when I asked the otd price and we agreed, I told my husband to go and check car out to test drive, the car is nice and comfortable very quite. The sales staff David was a great guy he was very helpful. The negotiations was very easy, thanks to Alexandra. Overall it was a good experience though we waited for couple hours but its worth it. We ended up buying the car for a good deal. Thanks everyone who helped us, I really like it. I recommend Reed Nissan Clermont to anybody .

The response was great Laura sent a text and called right away . I explained to her I was a hour and a half away, she assured me the truck that I was interested in was still available. I texted her when I was heading her way and she said I will pull it up front for you to test drive. When I arrived she had already left and supposedly the truck had sold the day before . She out and out lied to get me to the dealership. I text her back to see what was going on and she still hasn't responded back a week later . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
This reached out to me after I sent interest through car guru and set up an appointment at the location, however the car was not available to be looked at and to to sell and we live in central orlando and Clermont is far. I told them I was only interested in this car only and wanted to help me look for another car but I made clear I was only interested in this car. They wanted to talk numbers on financing only through them but that did not say anything about that requirement online. I simply wanted cost and to look at the vehicle but they wanted more details. They wanted me to spend the whole entire looking at cars and I don't think they realize people have others things to do rather then walk with them and look for other cars. It was suppose to be simple and easy but obviously they are sales persons... disappointed.

Although I was told that the vehicle would be ready to test drive when I
arrived at my appointment, I was informed when I arrived that it was actually
at their other store in Orlando. Then they tried to sell it to me without test
driving or actually seeing it. Also, the added fees charged appear to be
overly done. Very unpleasant experience.
People at Dealership are Nice - especially the Service Department. But Don't expect to "get a deal" from the Sales Force - they want HUGE profits. When we first saw this vehicle on-line - the price was listed as $29,998 - we called the dealership to make certain it was still available (they told us it was) but when we drove over to see it, they
had raised the price ($1,000) to $30,998 and then, after we test drove it and told the salesman we liked it, they raised the on-line price again (another $1,000) and it is now listed as $31,998. Furthermore, the Carfax report shows that this car was "part of a fleet of rental cars" when it was initially titled and registered in this country. So, while the people at the dealership were cordial and very nice... the price of the car keeps escalating (it would appear that the escalation in price was directly proportional to our expressing interest in buying it) ?? We realize that auto dealerships are in business to make a profit but this dealership seems to want to carry this to an extreme.

decided to purchase it, but when they found out that I was going to pay
cash, they told me that the price of the car would be $2,000 more than the
advertised price due to a cash purchase. He referred to the small print, and
when I asked him to show it to me, he said he didn't have time, and this
came from the Finance Manager to say the least. What a waste of my time
and energy.

They were AMAZING!!!!! They made you feel like family! I wasn't able to get this particular car but they made sure to give me other options. If I didn't like it they gave me something better to look it:) I have poor credit but they were able to work magic and got me in a 2016 with monthly payments I wanted! I will definitely be back in the future :)

set appointment after five minutes of contacting them. drove to dealer informed it was sold all within 1 1/2 hours of first contact.
no one called to let me know it was sold so drove there for nothing,
Went again to see 2015 BRZ misinformed of Type of BRZ, car has cracked windshield and numerous chips overpriced by over $5000.00 dollars manager was upset with my analysis. got loud so I left

I tried to come in to purchase a vehicle and the internet service manager
was very rude. He also never responded to my email when he stated that
he would reach back out to me. I ultimately decided not to do business with

Most terrible experience I ever had with a car dealer. Came from Jacksonville with my family and was in time for our appointment, waited for an hour and never saw the car I came for. It was on another lot but nobody bothered to get it for us. We did not even get an address for the other lot to see the car other than 10 miles this direction. Cannot recommend this dealer at all.

Terrible !! I drive 4 hours to go see a car I was interested in for 2 weeks the sales rep knew I was going in that day which she sold the vehicle the same morning she knew I was arriving. With no call or anything letting me know it was sold. When I arrived she was no where be found, must of been hiding !

I purchased a pre owned GMC truck. I originally found this vehicle on Carguru. This dealership was on the ball. I had a trade in which we negotiated the price without it being at the dealership.
