Contacted this dealer and made an appointment to go test drive this van. They called the morning of to verify I was still coming. Drove 30 minutes and wasted all that gas for the sales guy to tell me the car was in the mechanics bay with the entire engine out. Now that they screwed up and had to make expensive repairs they jacked up the price to cover the cost of repairs. Told me there was no room to discount the price back to the original price I wanted to buy it for. days later they told me it sold, but the listing is still up on their website. I just think they know they’ll have we to reduce the price and I’m the only buyer and know what games they are playing

This dealership helped me get the car of my dreams, they had a different sticker price but I showed them the online price from car gurus and changed the price and they just worked really hard to get me into the car.

They sold the car to another person while I was in the middle of negotiations they didn't like dining with the internet price so they sold it to someone else for more. Bait and switch car dealership

Terrible experience. I went there after being called concerning a used vehicle I was in the market for. After making the 25 min trip out there. I was walked around the entire lot to find out that the car had been sold the prior day. And the sales men kept trying to sell me onto another vehicle. He also kept directing to my brother and did not acknowledge me (female) until the end of my time there. I was the purchaser and clarified that twice. I will say the original salesman I had dealt with by phone was apologetic after my experience with his teammate but the negative experience totally made my decision in purchasing elsewhere. Got a much better deal buying brand new somewhere else. Will not be doing business there.

Terrible customer service. This place looks like a cheap, busted old cars. The original car we looked at didn't work out so they just moved on without offering to show us anythig else.

Lied about it being manual transmission. I drove a hundred miles for nothing.

They were very friendly and willing to fix things that were working properly. I would highly recommend them for buying a new or used car.
