I contacted the dealer to reconcile a difference between the text and pictures in the listing. The dealer both called and emailed me to quickly resolve my question. While the dealer was very responsive my inquiry would not have been necessary had the listing been accurate to begin with. Note: the text identified the truck as having a manual transmission while the picture showed an automatic transmission.

They took 30 minutes to locate the vehicle. Then the employee wanted accompany me on the test drive. Then when I told him that I didn't need or want him to accompany on the test drive he asked for my insurance card, which is an asinine request because the dealer is responsible for the vehicle until it is purchased. I declined and left without test driving the vehicle.

We almost bought this very reasonably priced 2011 KIA SOUL + and dealt with an exceptionally nice salesman named Austin. However, at the last minute, we were contacted about another vehicle of primary interest, that we had thought beyond our reach, on our way to purchase this one. Though we did end up buying a different vehicle - we would not hesitate in the future to buy here.
