The salesman was nice he wasn't pushy. I test drove the truck it wasn't quite what we where looking for .
I contacted Raptor Automotive over the phone and spoke to John Conklin regarding a VW Passat. I asked if I could hold the car with a deposit since I am 2 hours away and I didn't want it to sell before I could come test drive it.
John took my deposit and agreed to hold the car for me.
When I arrived, I was quickly greeted by John. He copied my license, got a plate on the car and off I went on a test drive. The car was super clean, very sound mechanically and with amazingly low miles.
John and rhe entire staff were very low pressure and AMAZING to worth with through the entire buying process! They even shared their wonderful Indian food with us! We will be returing to look for a car for my nephew in the near future! Five star service for sure!!!

Great experience dealt with a salemans via text which I preferred. Although I did not buy the truck he was very easy to talk to answered my questions and had an overall non pressured experience.

The entire staff was totally awesome and very welcoming. I dealt mostly with Rob and Sean and don't remember everyone else's names, but they all were fantastic to deal with!

Been trying to work with this dealership for months made two trips almost 3 hours away finally admitted car has some issues they have not been able to solve willing to discount but done trying to solve
This dealer was upfront and honest showing us the Carfax. It showed that the 2014 Dodge Durango was clean at the time of there purchase. But, then a few months later an update showed that the vehicle was a total lost due to an accident it had sustained in January of 2016. This kind of honesty would make me want to go back and purchase a vehicle from them. And it should make anyone else want to purchase one from them as we'll.
