I first inquired online for the vehicle and received an email that it was no longer available. I continued to see it posted available and a few weeks later, received an "automated" email that it was available but the price had increased. After quite a bit of back/forth with the sales rep, the manager approved selling to me at the originally published rate. I completed application online and was in the store for 90 minutes total to finalize everything. Overall, I would say satisfactory experience. If I had to pick a dealership, this would not be my first choice.

This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a vehicle. Went down the first time and the vehicle was not there. Waited almost a week and they said the vehicle was ready but after 3+ hours waiting to test drive they still couldn’t locate the keys. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My salesman miles was amazing absolute wonderful person He did his best to try to make a sale, but the sales manager would not move on his price and then they lower the price three days after I go and look at it if they would’ve done the value of what the car is supposed to be they would’ve had a sale right away, but it’s just too high for the miles and the damage that is on the car I estimate the value to be around 14 to 16,000.. They’re still too high now even after lowering the price to $18,685.

Told them I was going to look at a few cars but they were trying to rush me into number crunching and pressuring to get the sale done. Little bit uncomfortable. But the guy I test drove with was cool.

It was New Years Eve and I was just going to look at the car but unfortunately I ended up buying it. Some Customer service was nice but the experience was lacking common courtesy, they were rushing, forgetting things, non knowledgable of the vehicle and not focus on the buyer and I was willing to come back. Overall I wanted the vehicle since it was a great deal but my experience was not great.

At first everything seemed in order, when it came time to sign the deal the salesperson tried to sell us an absurd amount of add on he called accessories nearly doubling the initial cost of the used vehicle while using a very high pressure approach, when I called him out on all these items he had added he blamed management for making this tactic part of every deal, along with his manager repeatedly telling me how confused I was we finally ran for the door without the used vehicle we wanted to buy suffering a hard pull on our credit for basically nothing but entertaining a circus led by salesperson Bobby and unnamed lady manager. A great gentleman named Nick did reach out to us apologies were offered and reassurance was offered that if we were to ever consider Radids Honda again he would see to it we were treated better than the first visit.

The dealer sent me a text and an email saying the car was available and ready for a test drive.I left work early to test drive the car.When I got there the salesman informed me that in fact it was in their shop have work done on a door. I have yet to hear back from them,Wether the car is finished or not.

No pictures of SUV went in and talk to sales dept Myles was there right away and hooked it up to view test drive as it was coming out of inspection/ was what I wanted and needed in SUV everything explained in add it was and then some / filled out all paperwork and bought SUV that day / great dealership and great sales team if u are in need of a great vehicle and dealership Rapid Honda is my new #1 and Myles is my new go to guy and I would do the same thanks again I love the pilot

Extremely pushy. I explained in the beginning that I was looking at several cars that day amongst several dealerships and I wouldn't be making a decision until later. After test driving with the main sales guy who was overall polite I stated that I liked it but I still wanted to see my other options. He brought over the manager like he was a child in trouble and the manager ended up grilling and scolding me on why I wouldn't buy a car that I "loved", and that nobody ever does that. When, in fact, right as we got there, we had to wait to test drive since it was being considered by another couple for about an hour that they ended up NOT purchasing . Not only have I and others I know, wait to make decisions, it clearly happens all the time. Sitting there with the manager, the pressure and rudeness really made me NEVER want to return to this dealer again. Regardless of their inventory. I would not suggest doing business with them unless you come with your mind already made up.

I honestly don't know why there are bad reviews for this place. I was skeptical because of it but I had nothing but a great experience with them. Got the exact car I wanted and didn't have to wait any longer than a usual car buying experience. Would very much recommend this place if they have the car you want. They will obviously try to get you to buy all the extras but you can always say no.

Horrible experience save your time & don’t go to this dealership. They didn’t have the car ready for me like usual. Sales person told us a nice price but at the end it was all horrible she didn’t tell us the final price, went to the finance person and when straight to signing papers, he was in a rush to go home to his kids that’s what’s he told us. Don’t get me wrong family comes first but pls be professional and treat your customers right. I had to ask him what the final price was & it wasn’t what we agreed with the sales person they added 7,000 more to the loan & I right away said I don’t want the car. He got all upset & started to say u need this in ur car & blah blah. First of all it’s not my first time buying a car & u don’t have to pay the offer fees & if they don’t take the extra fees get out of that dealership it’s a joke.So I said no thank you. Trust me all these ppl that write “good reviews” are all payed or fake reviews! Please be careful!!

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived the car wasn't ready and they acted very put out that I was there. It would've been easy for someone to call and tell me not to come to my scheduled appointment before I wasted my time driving an hour to get there. They told me it'd be a day or two before the car was ready and that they'd give me a call when it was. That was a week ago now and I still haven't heard from them. The general manager was rude and dismissive as well. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed all around.

The customer service response was good but there were some glitch's trying to get information for 3 days on a vehicle I found on line, that had not been delivered to their location. My the time it was available to see photo's of it was already sold sight unseeen and thought it might get into a bidding war due to the "Great Value" price liste that seem to change from what was initially found on line to what the dealership listed it for when it arrive, nearly $500 over the on line price found.

All in all, there is a certain level of professionalism you expect when you are about to lay down thousands of dollars on a vehicle. That professionalism is not something I found at Rapid Honda and if the vehicle was not the exact one I was looking for I would have not made a purchase otherwise. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Rapid Honda to any friends or family due to many many issues I’ve had with this dealership.

Price fluctuation each week. I found a vehicle on Wednesday and went out to the dealership on Friday the vehicle price was increased 800 dollars. I was told they would be losing money on the vehicle if they were to sell it for that price and that the “price fluctuates due to demand”. Their sales tactics are straight from a script and I was told their is not a better deal within 100 miles. I showed the sales manager 3 vehicles that I seen that actually were better deals to which I was told “why didn’t you buy it then” so I left and bought another vehicle somewhere else. The following week the vehicle I wanted was 1000 less than the sale price I offered them and the vehicle is still on the lot 30 days later.

Found 2 different vehicles online st this dealership. Insured about 1 of the vehicles through CarGurus and got a response fairly quick. We made a trip to the dealership on a Saturday and took a look at it. All the cars were clean and displayed in pleasant open and drivable layout. Jolene and Natalie were very helpful. My job is late night so the txt and emails were my preferred communications and they always responded back. Though I never stepped foot inside the physical store I have no problem recommending them. Unfortunately I just could not quite get the numbers to work for me on the vehicle I was looking at and our search continued.

Sales people are nice. I purchases a car here. Near the end of the negotiation i was let aware that $1000 worth of useless extras were pre installed on the car. Infact every care has it. Some windshield protecting stuff that doesnt work and paint protection. Not worth $1000 at all.

Did not end up getting the CRV but we did end up with a vehicle from them. We felt like family the entire time we were there. They threw in some things for no extra cost or extended things for no extra cost. Highly recommend.

The car was ready for inspection when I arrived. The agreeing to purchase was fairly easy, but after that things got too dragged out. Finance was determined to sell add on packages, some of which had already been added on I later determined. Some are good to have, some aren't really necessary, but they bundle all the add ons into one package to entice purchasing all. This took longer than I was comfortable with. I made my feelings known. I was finally allowed to go to the payment desk where I could wrap up the deal and leave.

This dealer was very helpful right from the start. It took a week to see the car because I was sick and the kept me up to date. While there, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased the vehicle and they made it so easy. We are very happy and will recommend them to others.

This was an online deal. Good response early on, less response when the sales person gave more attention to those on the lot than calling me at the promised time, even less response once the deal was done and it was time to ship my vehicle to me. Overall, not an absolutely horrible experience, but not one in which I felt valued either. Still awaiting the title 2 weeks later. Promised to arrive today via overnight delivery, yet no tracking # provided and still is not here. Disappointing and frustrating as I continue to re-schedule appointments to get licensing completed in my home state. My recommendation: If you're going to do internet business, treat internet customers with the same degree of care that you treat customers on the lot.

Ryan M. and the staff were great. They got me a lower rate on a loan from another local bank than what I showed up with. They let me take my time to go through all the paperwork with many changes by me before signing. All dealerships want to upsell other stuff so I had assumed that before going in. They were always cordial and nice.

From my initial interaction with Amanda to the financial paperwork with Nick, this was a very pleasant experience. While the RAV 4 was not what I wanted, Dhylan asked some questions about what I was looking for and found another candidate. He was very knowledgeable about the car and 2 hours after arriving in the store, my car was in my driveway. PERFECT!
