The dealer was very welcoming but the finance cost me the vehicle after being approved for $500 down and 317 a month the finance company changed and wanted $3,200 down

Dealer is Dishonest. Dealer knowingly sold me damaged product w/o disclosing real issues. Do not buy from here! I purchased Jaguar F- Pace. I test drove vehicle and noticed a rubbing sound from tires. The sells person informed me that the rubbing sound was from tires were due to tire size and newness. I purchased vehicle with limited warranty which only covered motor and transmission. I took car to mechanic who informed informed me that the rubbing noise is in fact the both front tire bearings which is a $2000 dollar repair. I contacted Ramirez and explained situation which I am certain they were already aware of. I was informed by sells person that he would check warranty to see if it’s covered after he finished lunch. I expressed that I am aware that this issue is not covered by warranty. My issue is that you sold me the vehicle under false pretense. Lesson learned Don’t trust them.

This tahoe is nothing like listed. Passenger side damage was extreme. Alot of paint and body damage including the leather seat was damaged . He offered a few hundred off. And that wouldn't cover the scratches I drove 2 hrs to purchase this truck and waisted my time and money .

I bought a jeep was told no issues. I can tell all they do is clean the vehicle not inspect. I spent 16,000 at this dealership. I asked about the lights specifically they said they worked. When I left. Noticed the key fob didn’t work, lights didn’t work, fog lights didn’t work, the hood shock needs replaced. Nice people but not honest

We inspect every vehicle before we put on the lot before selling it. I don't know how the lights were missed as they are part of NC state inspection, there's no excuse for that. However, we like to resolve any issues if not 100 satisfied.

I showed up on a Saturday, driving all the way from Fayetteville with my entire family, to have him not there and no one else there. The number offered is the dealership number no answer all day.
