John at Radical Auto Deal made the transaction quick and made me welcomed. Though it was raining heavy he had the vehicle ready and even stayed after hours awaiting my arrival. John was great to deal with, going out of his way to open the dealership on a Sunday so we can do the deal.

Went to test drive a vehicle with a salesperson, came back from the test drive another salesperson flagged us down to tell us rudely that you need to exit the vehicle it has been sold and the credit card has been ran, just to see him and the other buyers get in the vehicle and test drive it. Mind you that I’ve been waiting for this vehicle for a week now and another buyer walks into my deal without an appointment. I guess the other salesperson was desperate for the sale and commission. Salesperson has no respect for other customers that are trying to purchase the vehicle. Just remember not to judge a book by its cover and always treat customers with respect, and stop racial profiling others.

Let me start off by saying these guys are wizards and made magic happen. I had my eye on an A7 on their lot that was slightly out of reach when crunching the numbers in my head. I made the call anyway and went in to see the car. Not only were they able to get me the payment I was looking for, they were able to 1) include a 2yr bumper to bumper warranty 2) include GAP insurance 3) get me a rate of 3.9% on a 2012 vehicle, without having to submit my credit to 10 different banks like the competitors usually do. Along with making magic happen, they were very welcoming with low pressure on the sales side. They really make you feel like part of family when purchasing a car through them. I inquired of this dealer if they had knew which Lexus dealer in town maintained the vehicle, so I could review the scheduled maintenance records. They wrote back that they did not. I inquired of this dealer if they could show me the CARFAX report. They did. I reviewed it. The vehicle has been in an accident. From my perspective, that disqualifies the vehicle for possible purchase.

I gave this dealership 3stars bcuz I felt that the asking price for the vehicle, being a 2003, was a lil high considering the mileage and although they did come down a lil it wasnt enough for me.
