Before driving 90 minutes to this dealership to test drive and, hopefully, buy this car, I asked if the interior had any imperfections and was told it had none- “no scratches, rips, tears.” In reality this car had horribly repaired damage to the passenger side door. Terrible paint job to mask the bad repair. Inside there’s was a 2-3” long chunk missing from the dashboard, covers missing from chargers, holes in the passenger seat, scapes along the door, and pieces of plastic interior trim completely missing. We test drove it, even though it was at 3% battery charge, and returned to tell the sales person we weren’t interested. That’s when he angrily told us “it’s below market price for a reason!” That was the extent of our interaction with him- not exactly pushing sales that way. One hour later we were in a different dealership and purchasing the same model for less and in beautifully detailed condition.

I had been helping my sister find/buy a van for the last two weeks. I looked at a lot of misrepresented, inferior vehicles and talked to more than my share of shifty salespeople. Dealer responded and answered all my questions. They gave helpful information and even send me videos I requested. Have not purchased yet but i definitely will!
