Jerry the owner is such a great person, not many people interact with the actual owners when buying a car, this actually enforces the customer buying experience and the trust in the vehicle your buying. I called village auto to come check out this 2013 wrangler the staff was very nice and the owner Jerry was nice to deal with. I asked Jerry if he would bring it down to my mechanics to check out and he did the next day for me. He took care of the couple of issues we found and had the jeep ready very promptly. Overall I had a very good experience with them and would definitely do business in the future with them.

I didn’t make an appointment to meet the dealer; but part of the reason I was attractive to this suv is because of the reviews. Someone eventually love the suv and had a good experience; because the car isn’t their anymore. Passing positive vibes!

I chanced upon what appeared to be a well maintained truck on one of the various websites that dealerships/individuals can list vehicles for sale. I was initially hesitant because I don't live very close to Attleboro, but I'm glad I made the journey. The dealership was extremely well reviewed on all the usual sources, which is one thing I based my decision on to check out their inventory to begin with. Every positive review is well earned and well deserved. I spoke with Gerry on the phone and casually set a time to come take a look at the vehicle I was interested in. I arrived and met him while he was out on the lot. The moment you meet Gerry you will be taken by how genuine and friendly he is. I'm a professional salesperson myself so I tend to be, if not distant, then certainly guarded during sales interactions when I'm on the other side of the desk. In this particular case however I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable and it was apparent there was a mutual interest in symbiosis. I test drove the truck and it was in excellent condition both mechanically and visually. I believe I mentioned driving the vehicle was analogous to slipping on your favorite pair of sneakers- I was as comfortable driving the truck as I was talking to the staff. Gerry and I came to an accord (ha) on price and set a date for me to retrieve the vehicle. Based on my schedule I actually called to change the date somewhat last minute to a day earlier- at that point, mere hours notice, and Judy, an extremely capable and helpful person, was able to not only accommodate this request, but go above and beyond what would be expected in every regard. I had the truck inspected at a local (to me) shop and it was in and out in hardly a few minutes with no problems, just as both Judy and Gerry had promised. Frankly, as a person that is also in the sales/service industry it was not only impressive, but inspirational. You don't need to take my word for it though- Just go visit. You will understand. If you see this identical review posted elsewhere it is because I want to give them as much credit as I can, so I will likely copy/paste it to another site.

Amazingly good experience. I bought this car for my son, a new driver. The car is everything advertised--in perfect condition. Village Auto Sales were extremely helpful in every way from checking out the car and making all needed repairs to making extra keys to answering my many questions as the new owner of this beautiful older car. It is worth driving out of your way to visit this Dealership with a very large inventory of great cars and exceptionally professional service provided by Gerry, the owner, and a small friendly and helpful staff.
