Richard at RLB Sales was the most helpful and easiest salesperson I’ve ever dealt with when buying a car. The vehicle was just what was described. He was honest, did exactly what he said he was going to do and the transaction took less than 24 hours to complete. The vehicle was delivered to my door! I loved this experience and will return to RLB Sales and Leasing next tine I am in the market for another vehicle.

Dealer is really far out of town, close to 300 miles. Steve walked me thru the entire process of how I could purchase the vehicle once my money’s right. Very courteous and professional. If I lived in his area, I would most definitely consider buying a vehicle from him.

Everything was as described, friendly service with no issues.
I should've believed the other reviews.
Attempted contact through CarGurus no
response. Contacted them through their
website and a Jason contacted me. I asked
a few questions about the truck and if they
could ballpark trade value. He said sure
and I sent him the requested pics. A few
hours go by and no response so I reach
back out to him and he tells me waiting on
the owner. Then sends a text shortly after
asking me what I think my trade is worth.
Still no response and it's going on day 2.
Not my idea of business practices. Just
seems like they don't care to much for
perspective customers. Will shop
elsewhere.

John at RLB reached out to me and we set a time for me to visit. Car was ready to drive when I arrived. Took copy of my license and put
dealer tag on car. I test drove the car by myself and left my car for appraisal. Upon returning, we discussed trade value and possible finance
terms. Since I have been in the car business a long time, my experience can be described as "by the book". Nothing questionable. I am still
shopping around for the right vehicle and would recommend RLB without hesitation.

We take a deposit and the vehicles stay online until they are paid for, therefore there could be many that are sold that still appear pending final payment. Once we receive final payment they are removed immediately. We take great pride in keeping our site up to date throughout the day.

I liked their promptness and would love to buy tis T-Bird; Unfortunately, I don't like driving in traffic in unknown places. So I will not drive almost 50 mi. to the dealer to see this beautiful T-Bird. Our adult children all live out of state so I have no one that can get me there.

We bought the truck and they sold it at a lower price too! Ken was our salesman and was very nice. We picked up the truck and when we left the check engine light came on. We immediately went back to the dealership and they corrected the problem. We picked our truck up the next day all fixed! Very satisfied with dealership.

I had a few mostly yes/no questions.
Instead of answers I received an excessive almost 200 words comprising
reply explaining how extraordinary the car would be.
Plus: "I receive over 2,000 emails daily and simply cannot get into extended
replies." At least I received a Carfax link where I found some answers.

Contacted dealer to inquire about auto. Was told car was still available and made arrangements to see car after work. Got a call back with some story about car being sent to some type of auction and if I was interested I could put a 500.00 deposit down, mind you it's not refundable. My reply "Ummm NO! I haven't seen the car. " I was also told regardless of what happens with the car they would keep me updated as to what happened, of course they didn't. Really didn't care if they called back because that conversation made me lose all interest. My first and last experience with this dealer.

not because I couldn't afford the car.

We refer to our website because we have larger more complete photos as well as a copy of the window sticker as well as the NADA Guide Values for all of our vehicles. Our prices are primary dealer wholesale and most all are the lowest anywhere in the nation as evidenced by the CarGurus pricing that is on every CarGurus listing. We go to great lengths to explain this and are never rude at all with anyone seeking information.

They had ad on website and did not even have van on lot. Once I emailed in through car gurus they did respond and brought van back from Auction so I could look at it. Sales guy was nice and professional. Whole experience just a little goofy.
