Was told vehicle was out not at service or detail. Left name and number, called several times same response. Maybe it was a blessing, could only imagine the problems dealing with them going forward.

I contacted this dealership to see if a car was still available. They tell me yes it is available. I proceeded to ask if I need to make an appointment to come look at the vehicle or anything and the salesman says no. I tell them I will be up there the next day to look at it. When I arrived they inform me that they took a deposit on it that morning. Keep in mind the day prior the salesman NEVER said that I could put a deposit to make sure it was it was there for me to look at. After I specifically asked if I needed to do anything before I came to look at it. So after driving 3 and half hours to look at the vehicle and being made feel like it was completely my fault for the car not being available I left. I would NOT recommend this dealership at all!

Whenever I've contacted the dealership via email they're fairly quick to respond firing off a reply sometime in the afternoon. The only thing is that the responses are incredibly brief and sometimes not even full sentences. I don't get the feeling that they're interested in trying to make a potential sale, because they offer no follow-up questions and aren't very accommodating to people who don't live in the immediate area.

They sold me a rusted out truck for $7500!! The truck listed had extensive rust damage to the point that I had to buy another frame in order to restore it. A total rip off!!!!!

They contacted me but weather has been to bad for me to go and look at the car!

Drive over an hour to see what I was told was a clean truck. When I got there I realised why the passenger side photos were blurry. It wasn't on accident. The whole side of the truck was bubbled and rusty. The aftermarket cladding was used to hide the metal falling off in the wheel wells. The sales person told me "really clean truck". It maybe clean for him but not worth 12k or an hour of my wasted time.

Awesome experience. Nothing like what the others stated. I had a very good experience with that dealer. I would shop there again if I needed too.

These guys never really put any pressure on you to make a decision. Take your time on the test drive and we will talk when you come back. Gave me a reason able price on my trade. Had called them 3 times before making the 110 mile trip to visit them and they answered all my questions every time.

Can't Finance people outside of their town. I call about the Z-4 BMW as I ask question about the finance I would have to have financings of my own. They don't finance people out side there town.

RJ Motors responded very timely to my email with a number to contact them - even though the Vehicle was sold the night before, the person I spoke with was extremely nice and still took time to chat with me about the vehicle. He also let me know that there were similar options if I was interested. Very polite, personable, and had a great sense of humor . . . kind of sorry I missed the Vehicle as I believe they would have been great people to work with - 5 Star customer service!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. I emailed them for info and got no response. So i stopped in when i was passing the place on my way home. The car was not there so i asked where it was and the guy said its out for detailing. So i gave him my info to contact me when it gets returned that was two to three weeks ago. And the vehicles is overpriced

They didn't reply to my email. So, I drove 23 miles to see the car. Car salesmen stayed in building while I looked at car. Had to pull any information about the car from the salesman sitting on his @## in the same chair when I arrived. The car did'nt show well and the salesman was even worse. I decided not to even continue any effort toward getting a car there! Based on this trip, I will not waist any time with dealers/sellers that don't give mileage, options or price!
