The person I spoke with over the phone (I live in another state) Omar I believe was very open and honest about the truck. He took videos and provided me with pictures that showed EVERYTHING regarding the condition. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I wasn't able to purchase the vehicle but I would definitely buy from them in the future if they ever have something available that fits my needs.

I purchased a 2023 Fisker Ocean Extreme from RDU Auto the vehicle only had 57 miles on the odometer. They are located in Raleigh, NC, and I live in DE, the distance never came into play. Omar was my contact, and he excelled in all aspects of the transaction from start to finish he was amazing. The team at RDU goes above and beyond. Dealt with Omar over the phone, as his dealership was 250 miles away. We talked about the car, if the battery had been replaced with the newer 64kwh battery, (it was) and we did paperwork via next day FedEx. Everything went smoothly and my new Chevy Bolt is being delivered today. He even managed to get me a $4k gov't rebate. Great Experience all around.

Easy to work with, but very disappointed with the vehicle. They had us test drive the vehicle by ourselves and we found that the air conditioner didn't work and there was a large hole from a rock in the driver side front window. The vehicle was all scratched in the inside back. I know it was a used vehicle, but they could have done more to clean it up.

Great Experience. They are doing the car buying experience the right way. Given the online competition, they have the right environment to keep face to face buying going. The team is very professional, friendly and customer focuses. I looked at other minivans on the lot but wanted this one. My van was Hot. They called me back right away to say it was still available. They stayed late past closing so that I could get there from work and test drive and we made the deal. The fastest car buying experience. They delivered my minivan to my house. I will definitely be a repeat customer. This was easy and what car buying should be.

Ed was awesome. Not only did he get me the price I was wanting but it also included a warranty! He was able to even get me a good deal on my trade in truck. I had a 3.5 hr drive and it was definitely worth it. He had almost all the paperwork done when I arrived and it was a quick an easy transition. Would highly recommend them if you're in the area or able to get to them, make the drive!

I initially contacted Omar via email and he responded quickly to provide details about the car I was interested in. Later, when I was viewing the RDU Auto web site and had a follow up question, I began a chat with Lily, who was also very helpful. I like the fact that they communicate promptly via the customer’s preferred mechanism — email, text, or voice. Ultimately, I did not purchase the car, not due to RDU Auto but instead because my wife changed her mind regarding the vehicle she wanted, but I would recommend RDU Auto and will continue to monitor their inventory as I resume the search for my wife’s next car.

I reached out with interest in a vehicle on their lot. They were quick to respond letting me know the status. I notified them I’d come out the next day for a test drive. After taking the car for a drive and a very easy and hassle-feee process I walked away a bit later with signed papers having purchased the car. Great customer service. I've been looking for a used EV for the past couple months. As opposed to the other dealers, used and new, RDU had taken the time to understand EVs and could intelligently answer questions comparing the Bolt to other EVs, its advantages and disadvantages, and also discuss the health of the battery pack on this particular car, a topic that other dealers just wanted to avoid. The car was already reasonably priced (below blue book value) was in good shape and fully charged when we arrived to look at it. There was no haggling over price, but also no pressure.

My car just like this was totaled last week. They had an exact copy and worked with me to get all my bank needed to get me in this car. Bryce was very helpful and patient. With a stay at home culture it was fast easy and they were friendly and respectful. One guy even offered to bring the car to me, in Holly Springs, if I needed it . They are super nice and have great inventory.

Very pleasant salesman demeanor. Vehicles are clean and appear to be in great shape. The 2 vehicles were present and shown with a knowledgeable manner. I did not purchase either at the time of this writing. I rated 4 because they do not IN HOUSE finance and I can't verify the mechanical veracity.

I had a response from the dealer. I then emailed back that evening saying I can be there in 2 days because of in incoming hurricane. The following day I was notified by Car Guru that the vehicle was sold the previous day. Dealer rep never responded to advise me of that. That info saved me from making a wasted 2 hour drive. I have to surmise that is a reflection of the customer relations they employ.

The car was in horrible shape. Passenger window did not work. You'd think they would fix it before putting it on the lot. The trunk was all torn up from previous owners. Again, I thought they would fix it. Other than that, pretty good customer service. Easy to test drive a vehicle. Give them your license to make a copy, fill out paperwork, and you're good to test drive. I applaud them for putting 2 front tires on the vehicle, but the rear ones needed them as well. So there are pros and cons about this dealership. I was able to get a cheaper deal for the same car at another dealership for 2K less.

They were very helpful. I called set up a time to test drive they weren't pushy at all. Took the car to a mechanic they said it was in good condition. I went back told them I wanted the car. I needed to get my finances straight they would only hold the car with a deposit. I took my chances, called back the next day and it was sold! I will be on the look out for another one. Horrible service. Walked around lot for about 10 to 15 mins looking at several cars especially the 2011 CLS550, Some gentleman walked by me several times and never even acknowledge that I was even there. So I left the car lot and Raleigh and purchased a CLS550 from a car lot in Fayetteville the same day. 4/8/16

There was a couple who bought a car and could not get off the lot with it while I was there because it wouldn't stay started. The Lincoln I test drove seemed to have electrical issues. I was also told don't be mad if the car was not on the lot the next day and the car had already been on the lot for 88 days. Bad experience.

The RDU auto staff were laid back, friendly, and straight forward with every part of the process. I mean they have a ping pong table in the lobby...haha. They go off market prices and give you the lowest, fair price they can give you right off the bat so theres no haggling. They will give you what your trade in is worth, no questions. Very smooth experience and I LOVE my new car. Two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

I was told they were closing early (for the slightest bit of snow) the day I was going to look at a car I was really interested in. It was going to take me probably an hour and a half to get there so I decided to go another day. The car was sold either the same day I was originally going to look at it or the very next day. So I would have the car I wanted right now if businesses like this didn't close early for a little rain.

Quick response online. Over the phone gave me details about the car and explained process. They won't budge on price but I looked through their inventory on gurus majority were great deals. Would recommend these guys for a good deal and a quick easy transaction.

This dealer is awesome. The staff treated me like royalty, they even fed me. The staff knows their "stuff". They walked me through all the paperwork with ease. I was from out of town and they made the financial transfer happen even when they were against it. I think his name is dave. Ex military guy. Anyway I would recommend the pope to RDU. When I buy again, RDU is my 1st choice.

I inquired online, the next day I went to test drive the car and it was everything as they described. Unfortunately I wasn't approved at my bank for the finance, and RDU doesn't finance. So i tried with state employees credit union and got approved! if your bank doesnt approve you try SECU Theyre awesome. The way RDU priced their cars I was able to pick and choose which car I wanted because they were all priced below NADA value. The have a ping pong table and cool cats. Really great place.
