this car sales dealer was very impressive . i believe his name was Mohammed . he knows his product vert well. I'd strongly recommend them . I've never experienced a sales men put his coat on and go out in freezing weather , facetime my phone and show me every detail about the Mercedes van . I'm impressed . I'm still thinking about buying that truck , but I'm 68 years old and wanting to retire not spend $60,000. but i like that gray van ...his presentation was awesome.

I put a 500-dollar deposit on it. A day later Carlos called me up and told me the car wasn't for sale. Supposedly the owner reneged said it was his wife's car, and she decided to keep it. This really upset me because I really wanted this vehicle. (2011 Cadillac SRX)

on line purchase. Vehicle description was garbage... so many things deficient and shady. would have never purchased in person and paper work was sketchy at best.

I emailed the dealer to see if the 2025 Highlander Hybrid with low mileage was still available. The response was not a "Yes" or "No", but rather "Call me"

Bought the car and they had it shipped from NY to Maryland! Tony was a great help with the whole transaction. Everything worked out great and it was basically 5 days from start to finish to buy the car and take delivery! Good car, good deal and good service. I would deal with Queens Vans again in the future. Would recommend.

The person was very rude and unprofessional. Told Him about my financial situation and low credit, judging. Me without knowing me. Very unprofessiona, l hung up the phone and bought a car elsewhere

Watched a Traverse for a while and the price dropped consistently. It was at a very good price and I spoke to them about making a deal and I was supposed to text them some info later that night. But….. Two hours after me showing my interest, I got a text from somebody else from them just flatly saying “No… we can’t help you!!!”. After reading that, I looked at the price and it had miraculously been taken back up by $4000!!! Bad faith tactics at its finest.
