Jesus was super friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and appropriately enthusiastic. He guided us through to payment at which pont we were passed to Jorge in finance. Jorge was personable and friendly and made the purchase process smooth and fun with great conversation (small world situation for me & him). I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is pretty particular about what they want, the staff is absolutely interested in you and your business. i look forward to doing business with them again.
Logistics - the driveway into the used section is a bit tight, and it's right on speedway so like pay attention to your gps about where to turn in and signal appropriately or risk the wrath of speedway drivers. there isnt a lot of parking over at the finance building, and be mindful of which entrance you went in because once inside it's super easy to get turned around and you get to go for a jaunt around the building. restrooms in both buildings are very well kempt.
Contacted and was told I would be given a
price out the door with transportation and was
never contacted again. Gave it a few days and
reached out again and still not contacted.
Seems shady and not willing to waste time or
money on a company who would not reply.

Horrible - made appointment- place is literally a zoo no employee to be found - called when we got there no one came for 30 plus minutes -
they did not describe trucks properly i.e.: stating interior/s had leather but were cloth. Very unprofessional no desire to step foot back on their

Advertised price was not the actual price they wanted. Bait and switch pricing gets my blood boiling and I did not deal with them any further when they qouted $8k over their advertised price. Will never go there again.

They followed up in a timely manner, but in a email they sent it mentioned the advertised price was for in house financing plus a trade in , neither which I was going to do, plus the doc fees were high, so basically add 4k to the price plus city sales tax, im done with dealerships, will only buy private party.

were en route to
look at it. When got
there one of the
sales
representatives
who did not even
introduce
themselves walked
us around the lot to
look at other cars
while we were
trying to find the
one we drove down
to see. My wife
asked the
salesman to push
the security button
on the key fob and
we we’re able to
locate the vehicle
finally. Shortly after
finding the vehicle
the salesman made
a call and informed
us the vehicle was
just sold. Total BS
and a bait and
switch tactic. I
would never do
business with this
dealer under any
circumstances in
the future. Total
scammers.
I had scheduled a test drive but when I got to the dealership, the salesperson had to look for the car for 10-15 minutes. They came back and said that the car was still in service waiting for parts and that I could not drive the car. I was told I'd be contacted when the car was available but had to follow up on my own, only to be informed that the car had sold. It was a waste of my time especially since I had been prepared to purchase with cash the day of the test drive.

Price listed was $3000 less than what actual cost was..after trade in the cost was over $5000 more..won’t go back there again
Dealer quoted me and out the door price over the phone, then once it was discovered that I had my own financing the dealer said I could not get the internet price and added over 6k to the original agreed upon OTD price. This Dealer is very unprofessional and untrustworthy I wouldn’t buy a soda from these guys much less a vehicle!

The advertised choice was Total BS
They are just liars. The price for the car out the door was $10,000 above the advertised price
Bait and switch sales tactics in full effect. Called before driving down from Phoenix and told three of the RAVs I was interested in were there. Upon arrival a few hours later, only one of the RAVs were on the lot. Not willing to negotiate for a car with four mismatched, worn tires and in need of a front end alignment. Buyer beware of this place.

Sale price shown on website was 39,122. That
price was not honored. This also was a cash
deal which they simply did not want.
Real price is 42,000 plus. Unprofessional and
unethical. Sale price not honored. Sales
persons also wanted to collect state and local
taxes Arizona even if I was shipping car out of
state directly from dealer. Arizona DMV clearly
state that if the vehicle is directly shipped from
dealer to other state ( not taken possession of
vehicle in Arizona) no state or local taxes are
collected. Sales manger and sales person
insist on collecting taxes.

Overall just jerks about this car. Didn’t answer questions I wanted to know and when asked about the price, the actual sale price was over $2000 more than on the website. Don’t waste your time with this dealership, or should I say stealership.

Bait and switch - make sure you read the fine print on their website, the price advertised is if you trade in a 2014 or newer AND finance through one of their lenders. I bought the car, the salesman was nice and responsive, the vehicle was filthy inside and tires weren’t great.

Took a long time to respond but were very nice
Price was listed about 14K on Cargurus,filled out the pre credit app (preapproved), drove 3 hours to get there for a test drive. There were
multiple things wrong with the vehicle. First, the wipers would not shut off, I had to pull the fuse to get them to stop). Did not squirt washer
fluid (yes, it was full) back wiper didn't work, turn signals did not work driver side plastic molding that holds the electronic seat adjustments
was broken and hanging there, multiple scratches, after that I was still willing to purchase the vehicle because the dealer said they would
replace the turn signal lever which controls most of the things I've just mentioned. So the salesman did his dance with his manager and
came back with a price of $18,000.00! I asked him why when it was listed for 14K? Then he shows me the fine print (1500.00 for a trade in
and another 1500.00 for financing thru them. Legalised bait & switch. 6 hours of my life wasted for an unscrupulous car dealer. BUYER

Found a used Cummins for a steal with the mileage for someone reached out to me talked to the guy was kind of rude so I was contacted by another gentleman Rafael he was very helpful filled out an application on line called him when I got pre approved and from there I got a good deal even though the truck wasn’t on sight they made it rite and within a couple of day they personally delivered it to me even though I was 2 hrs away from them. There sale team is awesome people very respectful everyone greeted you and made sure you were help
I asked for a car fax and they replied with an email asking for copy of DL, proof of insurance and
banking info! Replied with please send me car fax. They replied with the same requesting my personal
info, REALLY, I just want to see a car fax! Then I went to the meet the staff page on their website and
sent an email to the General Sales Manager with my request and then got a mail failure. Then I sent an
email to a salesman t
listed on their website asking for info on the truck and same thing, mail failure. I sent them a request on
another truck yesterday and had no reply. I don't feel like I need to fight with a dealer to get info. Also
their description from the dealer on Car Gurus says cloth seats and their pictures show leather..... Too
many dealers and cars in the world to play their games!!

Friendly staff, but i felt like they were trying to squeeze every dollar out of me. The payment they showed me didn't add up to my auto loan calculator. Their payment was $80 more than what it should have been.
I contacted this dealer a few times asking for pictures of the actual car. The ad simply had a stock photo of a blue hardtop Corvette. I asked them yesterday, now that the pictures are up, why there was a nearly $1500 increase in the price of the car. Today, I went to my saved list and now the car has gone from initially $14,826 to $18,539. I sent a message to the dealership asking how much I would need to put down to hold the car, until I could fly out and purchase the vehicle, and then drive it back to Omaha. The only thing I heard from the dealership was “thank you for your interest. Can we set up a test drive?” This seems to be just an automated message because when I asked for pictures of the actual car, this same message came up. I have now removed this vehicle from my saved list and will look at other Corvettes.
Dealer sent me a text asking me to come in and look at the truck. I asked for more pics before driving in to look at it. They did not respond to any of my questions. Based on other reviews I decided not to waste my time. I’ve never seen a dealer not send me pictures of a truck before to verify they have it still and condition.
Called about a Corvette listed online for a great price. Asked for a vehicle inspection report and the salesman said they couldn’t provide it because they don’t document the inspection results but I could trust that it does meet the state requirements. Seems shady to me. Asked for a walk around video of the vehicle and salesman said he might be able to get something put together the next day but he was very busy. No motivation to sell the vehicle after he found out I was 7 hours away. The reviews tell it all.

Not a very professional dealership. Was told one price over the phone and asked about their trade in offer because I was not trading in a vehicle. Was told multiple times on the phone ya the price is still 9,999. Once I get to the dealership I was told they couldn’t do the sale price without a trade. I told them I called to confirm it was the same price either way. Instead he tells no I can’t do that price (even though they advertised it on their dealer website). He then tells me “ya this happens all the time”. If it’s something that happens all the time you would think they would fix that or at least make sure employees working there know how to relay this information to a potential customer.
Don’t waste your time. I read the other bad reviews but found a truck I liked. So I thought I’d try them out. I was quoted $1200 less then the internet price, but apparently they just try to add it on somewhere else. I know why they have such bad reviews now, from first hand experience. I should have learned from the other bad reviews. Maybe you will.

Stay away from this dealer! First of all, I don't normally do reviews, but the experience I had with this dealer was very frustrated. It is incredible how they rip off costumers. I went to this place and I was very excited and ready to buy a vehicle. They wanted to add $1500 to the price of the vehicle if I didn’t finance through them and another $1500 if I didn’t have a trade in, besides that they wanted to charge the exaggerated amount of $699 for Doc. fees. plates and registration is only $126 for that vehicle, They wanted me to pay $388. VIN etching is something else they wanted me to pay, telling me that the finance institution would require it to finance the vehicle which is completely falce. I didn't want to see the other fees they had on the list and I decided to literally run away from that place. it's the worst dealer that exists here in Tucson! employees are ok, it's the system they have to rip off the customer.
I arranged to test drive this truck and another, called before leaving Mesa AZ and they confirmed that both were there and available for me to test drive. Drove in from Mesa AZ to find out the the 2500 wasn't what was advertised but another truck and the 3500HD wasn't there when I got there, heard 3 different excuses about it's location, to then be told it is sold but it's still listed for sale. I wouldn't have drove 2 hours to look at truck's that were not there. Friendly staff but what is listed or confirmed by staff has a 50/50 of being there on location.
I am really close to calling this dealer "shady". First, the price that they advertise is not the actual that you
will be dealing with. Second, they are really disorganized. Making an appointment is useless because the
guy that you talk to won't be there when you get there. You will have to wait until they find time for you. So
basically, it is just the same as walking in and wait for an available sales person to take care of you.
I actually called them a few times and asked them for the out the door price so that I knew what to expect
when I got there. Sadly I could never talk to someone that would give me a straight answer. After going to
their offices I found out that the vehicle I was interested was no longer available. I chose another but found
out that the advertised price actually reflects a "discount" that you get for financing with one of their
companies, and "discount" that you will get *IF* you have a trade-in and *IF* that trade in meets their needs.
My car salesman gave car salesmen a bad name. After the car was sold to me they did
nothing they said they were going to. Took me two days to clean my detailed car on the
inside alone. They never cleaned inside windows, couldn't take 2 minutes to reset tire
pressure system. Said they would give me mats for the car and when I was in financing
and I mentioned it, salesman looked at me like I was speaking French. Took the mats
out of my crashed Buick Lacrosse. (full of broken glass and threw them in the back seat
) I guess that's a solution. They had 12 days to get the car ready for me and did a
crappy job. You would think you spend 18,000 dollars on a used car they couldn't put
50.00 wort of mats in it to cover up the red wine spill on the back carpet. (never saw
that or I really would have raised hell) Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I'm 63
years old and I've bought a lot of cars in my day. The financing person was the only
good experience I had through the whole process.

Gr8 salesman, when it came time to do business the manager wasn’t having it. The had a few minor issues the needed to be addressed, which the salesman took my concerns to the manager. Once the manager assessed the situation the salesman then returned with a three thousand dollar cost for repairs and informed me that the dealership would deduct one thousand dollars from the cost of the vehicle. My response was let me pay the service department to do the repairs and the labor at no cost to me and let’s do business. The manager replied we won’t do that. Why not had the car listed as is, the it would’ve saved me some time by not contacting the sales department. Again all around gr8 salesman overall horrible experience was the manager got involved!!!
Bad business practices. I reached out about a car that was priced quite well. After mentioning that I am out of state they said the car sold. It is still listed to this day. IMO they posted that car with a low price just to drive people to their lot so they could try to sell similar cars at higher prices
Receptionist was rude first time around I called they answered but as soon as I started asking more questions and asked for a sales person I was hung up on. I called back and was sent to voicemail. Decided to call back later on and this time there was a new receptionist, a much nicer lady that was able to help and get me a sales person. Spoke to s sales person and it turns out the online add is very misleading in price and is actually much higher than what was posted. There are hidden fees in this dealership that are not told upfront until way later down the road.

Ghosted, talked to Luis Cruz who asked for the info on my possible trade Ins’s but sent me an email asking me to call him and when I did I got his overfill voice mail. Not a great way to build a relationship with possible customers. I’ve since not heard back and am taking my business elsewhere, o urge the same of others considering doing business with this outfit. Ghost town motors should be the name of their dealership!
The vehicle looked like it could be good, unfortunately the price was only valid if I
financed with them and had a 2010 or newer trade in. That was disclosed on the dealer
website, but it was difficult to see that because I had to turn off my ad blocker to get to
their site at all. I wouldn't have considered it at the price they really wanted.
My main issue was that they were showing a vehicle that had a big crack in the
windshield and were encouraging me to take a test drive in it, after I said that I wasn't
interested in doing that. They did say they would fix the issue but shouldn't have
suggested a test drive with a vehicle in that condition. There was also a cracked tail
light and they said they wouldn't fix that.
High pressure sales tactics were used and though they asked all the right questions they
didn't pay attention to the answers. I won't be doing business with them again.
Contacted right away, but the next day we drove 7 hours to go pick up the truck sales people were rude when we got there, truck was NOT even available for we can take it out. We tried to contact the person we been talking to and nothing.Just a horrible experience with them. Will not recommend them to anyone
We won't be back... For 2 weeks we were told by multiple sales employees this vehicle was available. The day we showed up to purchase we were excited due to a recent price drop (24 hours prior). We were greeted immediately and we showed the salesman the 2014 Sierra Denali they have advertised on cargurus and said that's what we came to purchase. It took them about 45 minutes to locate it, our sales guy was called into the office and they shut the door. Within minutes he came out and said it was no longer available. We asked why we were told otherwise on the phone that morning. He said the owner was unable to finish the deal. I don't understand why Quebedex still acts as if it's for sale they should remove the listing. I checked the VIN. 3 sales transactions since 2014, all Quebedex. Interesting isn't it...
I told the company I was driving over 2 hours to come look at the
truck over 24hours before the time of being there, and when I
arrived at the dealership I found out they let a customer take the
truck home as a loner and would not get it back in to let me test
drive it. very poor business practices.
Liars! Worst dealership EVER!! My husband is a vetran with PTSD and I also have C-PTSD so it's incredibly difficult to leave the house so I called in advance 3 or 4× to make sure the two cars we wanted were there and the woman said yes yes just come in and ask for so and so; when we got there those people were no where to be found, the guy that did help us embodied every bad cliche you've heard about used car sales people. He gave us the run around after we stated the two cars we wanted to purchase. He ignored those questions and just kept asking how much we can afford a month and finally I said none of your damn business just shows us the cars we had called about!! So after about 30 minutes of total B.S. he said well those cars aren't even here yet. I said no I had called a number of times requesting the cars we wanted and was assured they were ready, but it was all a lie to get us in. They put less expensive cars online to get you in but they are NEVER Available.
I called the dealer to make sure this car was in stock as I
had almost a 100 mile drive to get there. They made an
appointment for 2:30 that afternoon and when I got
there the car was gone and it had been gone for a
couple of days. These people are real jerks! Not only
that, the car is still listed on the website. Now doesn't
that sound like bait and switch? Don't deal with these
losers.

I was contacted very soon after I inquired. While I didn’t buy the truck I inquired about, I had several text exchanges with the dealer and found them to be very professional and helpful.
I reached out to this dealer, and I was prepared to pay
asking price for a truck advertised on the
website. After talking to an associate, I was told "this is
an internet price". You need to do this and
have that to get that price. what a crock of that is. DONT
ADVERTISE A PRICE IF THERE IS
STIPULATIONS THAT GO ALONG WITH IT. You may want
to show the true price with a "you can
save thousands if you have this and that" I'll take my
cash elsewhere thanks.

First they couldn't find the jeep.. Waiting over an hour and a half for them to look for it although I called an
hour and a half in advance to let them know I was on my way.
They ended up not being able to find it so I left. They called me 20 minutes later saying they located it and it
was in line to be detailed so it was dirty but that we could still look and test drive it.
I came over and they hadn't even moved the car out of line to be detailed and it was between a lot of cars so
it was very difficult to look at. The salesperson was so incredibly unprofessional and didn't offer to move it. I
then asked him to move it out of line and the battery was dead! lol.. We left again at that point.
What a waste of my Saturday!

Manager Ana Zuniga she so nice answer my email.But today I went to look at Toyota Tudndra 2015 and I thought I would do dell to replace my Toyota
Tandra selesme I think his name was Joe or something he was kind and showed me Truck but but his manager when We started to negotiate the price,
he was very arrogant and rude, I don't even remember his name because it's not worth remembering his name. So because of people like him, this
dealer has a bad ratingThatâs why I didnât take Truck because it didnât treat the customer properly
I had secured pre approved financing with a check payable to the dealer of my choosing for the vehicle of my choosing. I had opted to purchase the xB from this dealership because of the space inside and my test drive. I was at the salespersons desk and asked for a pencil sheet with the OTD price of the vehicle with TTL fees included. They told me the vehicle was close to 11k if I didn’t finance with them as I was structuring this as a cash deal. The manager wanted to ‘see what they could do’ and told me that they couldnt sell the vehicle for the price listed on CarGurus because of what I stated above. This dealer is very pushy and I would not recommend anyone buy from them. My interest rate from my bank is a 4.5% and they were trying to get me to sign at a 8%, just to line their pockets more. Stay away. Way to go, Quebedeaux.
Worst experience ever with a dealership!!!! I called on Saturday about a used vehicle that was
listed online, I was told they were closing and someone would call me first thing Monday
morning. Monday rolls around and no call, I call back again asking to speak with a saleman and
was told I had been assigned to a certain saleman and that they would have him call me, 4 hours
later, still nothing. I call back again asking to speak with ANY saleman, I was told that I couldn't
and was even told I couldn't speak with a manager! The last call, the receptionist hung up on me
because I got upset that no one had called me back.
I dont know what it takes to talk with a saleman at this dealership, but I've never had this much of
a problem trying to purchase a vehicle. You can't even get past the receptioist to speak with
anyone! I'm leaving this review in hopes that the management or the owner will reach out but I'm
not expecting much!
This dealer and the manager David Pesqueria is a joke! I read all the one star reviews and they are 100% correct. This dealer never answered my questions whether it is still available and what type of package it has. I am about to purchase a $100k Porsche Cayenne and the customer service is appalling. I got a robotic responses from this manager and never answered my questions. Not only that, I told him to stop emailing me if he is not going to answer my questions. He still emails me, emails me on Thanksgiving Day, and continues up to this day. One pesky man and car dealership! I do not recommend this business at all.

QBG Manager responded to my request for availability and test drive opportunity quickly. Same
manager was friendly and accommodating to my need to change time of arrival. I appreciate QBG's
online responses. I would definitely recommend the dealership if you are needing to update your
vehicle.

Although this Jeep is listed at $25,563, they are saying this jeep is $29k. It takes days for them to get back with you as well.
They sit outside like a bunch of construction workers checking out a hot girl, then the selected one
walks on over. I'm 53 and the kid treated me like it was my first rodeo. I attribute that to poor
managerial leadership. He also lost interest when he realized I wasn't going to purchase that day. It
would take a very special vehicle to make me go back and deal with this owners business.
Customer service was great but ensuring tge vehicle was available and accurate missed the mark. Made an appointment. Drove an hour to the dealership.. test drove the vehicle to find out that it was not serviceable, being sent back to the auction and should have been taken off the website. Not what I expected. Very disappointed at all levels
I looked at the car on the website on Monday then called Tuesday the price of the car had went up from the night before.. When I called they said the car is not fir sale.. The guy Don was very evasive.. I asked why is the car posted if its not for sale? He couldn't give me a answer. I then asked for his supervisor he refused to allow me to speak to the store supervisor... Clearly they are just greedy for as much money as they can get for the car..
I asked for photos to be emailed to me and information. Instead I was bombarded with text to my work phone (keep in mind, I purposely asked for an email contact and phone number was not provided) and
they just kept texting and texting. Not one email, my preferred choice of contact. I did not give the cell phone number so not sure how they even got a hold of it.
They don’t really care for costumer service. Misrepresent prices. I was told the vehicle was there I show up and it wasn’t there yet. Asked them to work my number while we wait so if I like it I can drive it away. They never care to work the numbers when they receive the vehicle the hiked the price up by 4k I won’t be buying from them

Quebedeaux totally misrepresented the price of the car. The online price was 13772,
but when I got to the dealership the price as 16772, because the website had no
indication that the price listed required a trade in and getting financing through
Quebedeaux's lender. It also took the salesperson at the dealership 45 minutes just to
find the car!
I pointed out to the salesperson that the car had obviously been in a flood - there was a
waterline stain on all of the seats and the jack in spare tire area was completely rusted.
Just out of interest I took the car for a test drive anyway in the block south of the
dealership and while we were on the test drive another salesperson from the dealership
was driving in the same area and nearly ran us off the road and made a rude gesture.
When we got back to the dealership he was there and tried to play it off as joking
around with the salesperson who was in the car with me, but that is certainly not how I
interpreted it!! Very rude.

I did not buy from this dealer but I was very impressed of their approach to provide me a vehicle
When I arrived at my appointment time I waited 10 minutes before being seen by anyone, even though plenty of workers walked past me. When I was finally shown the vehicle it wasn’t detailed inside and wasn’t even running. Then they proceeded to show me many other vehicles that were not detailed and had things wrong mechanically. Lastly, the salesman kept getting frustrated when I told him I couldn’t afford certain vehicles. Overall a terrible experience and a massive waste of time. Why show customers cars that either don’t work or have service lights on? Pathetic.

Shady!! Showed salesman the Cargurus add
online listing vehicle for 13,871. Tried
negotiating price, as had a similar one in Phoenix
for a few hundred cheaper at 13,400. Wouldn�t
move on price but promised no add on fees other
than tax title license. It�s important to note we
have been talking numbers from the start. I told
him no added fees other than tax title license, it�s
a deal. Sat down to fill out paperwork, the vehicle
price is now 17,871 before tax title license and

I asked for additional photos of the vehicle, they asked for my phone number. I responded that email works better for me & that was the last I heard from them.
Lol I should have read the reviews before hand. The price you see listed you are not able to get unless you trade in a 2010 or newer vehicle and finance with them. They informed me of the disclaimer on their website when I went to look at a Hummer H2 they had listed. I couldn't get the price listed because I was looking to pay cash. Also on their website, they informed me they can choose to markup the vehicle. I was still thinking of buying the vehicle since it was ok price with the markup but Im glad someone else bought it today. If they can do this type of practice with there pricing, what kind of practice could they be doing with their reconditioning process to get the vehicle ready to be sold
I was in contact with their "BDC Manager" and made the appointment. She told me that internet prices were negotiable and she will meet at the dealership. We went to the dealership and the person was not around and never picked up the phone when I called. And then I was met with an unpleasant salesperson and told me that the BDC Managers cannot negotiate prices and do not even come out to see clients. Let's say it was disappointing and will not do business with this dealership. And get this...another so called BDC Manager has been contacting me and sending me about their sales and how different their dealership ship is. And it was obvious that he doesn't even read my messages because he never directly replied to my complaints and inquiry. And also that person that made an appointment with me started contacting like nothing happened. I already blocked her and planning on blocking the dealership out of my feed.

Overall, the experience was good. We purchased the vehicle we contacted about. I do want to reiterate to anyone looking on CarGurus solely based on price. This is the online price and ONLY if you are financing through the dealership. We walked out paying quite a bit more because we financed with our bank. They did do everything they could to help get the price lower for us, which was very nice.
Be careful and read the fine print with microscope before reaching out to this dealership. Oh if you are looking to find a sales person that will answer your question accurately? I wish you all the luck try to find the right answer. A simple question of is the car available for sale might be a long journey.

This car dealership took a week to call me back. I had to keep calling to get information about the car. When I was finally able to talk to them, they were very sheisty and requested unnecessary information to negotiate the price of the car.
This was concerning the Red Dodge Dakota 4x4: the price of approximately $6,700 was deceptive, as I was told, that price was to get people in there! If you try to pay cash, and NOT finance thru them, using their financing, they may charge an additional $1,500! The Dakotas I looked at, had not been thru conditioning yet, I was told, I have to buy it first, then they would clean it, and get it ready. The Dark Granite Pearlcoat's oil was black, was filthy, and had a check engine light on. 1. Price advertised should reflect selling price, not games, and 2. Vehicles should not be advertised until they are ready to be shown, or cleaned up first. 3. If price is only good when financed, it needs to be clearly stated!
Got to the lot for a scheduled appointed 10 min early. Was then told the person I thought I was meeting only worked
internet sales and was supposed to have set up an appointment with an actual sales person. I then watched as they
scrambled to find someone. they must have pulled someone off break because he did NOT want to be there. He
reluctantly pulled around the car I asked to view. The car had been on the lot for 2 weeks and had yet to be serviced or
detailed. One of the seatbelts was broken. When I asked about it he said "I guess it'll probably be fixed if its a safety thing"
Sorry but I was under the assumption that working safety belts were a pretty basic safety feature. He then made zero effort
to tell me anything about the car or interact at all. I looked the car over checked tires and under the hood and told him I
was ready to talk offers. I got no response. Horrible overall experience.

Contacted them for pictures before driving in. Never sent them. They emailed to see if there was anything else I needed. I said “yes, really need pictures so I can decide if I want to drive 100 miles to buy the car”. No response from them for 2 days. Called again to request pics. They said “sorry you haven’t gotten that yet. We’ll get right on it”. A day later the listing was removed online.

I got voicemails and emails from this dealer. I called, texted and
emailed back multiple times with no response. But then I would get
more emails from them asking about my interest in the Jeep, even
though I had previously responded with no follow up response. I may
have been going back and forth with automated messages, I donâ??t
know. I have yet to connect with a real person there. I will not be
purchasing any vehicle from this dealership.
I tried twice to get someone to call me back, finally I called in and spoke to someone. Price on
Cargurus was not accurate, you had to look at their site to find out the dealership had discounts
built in to the price for financing through them and bringing in a trade 2010 and newer.
When I received deal from them the price was higher than it should have been adding back in the
discounts. Rep even sent me a picture of the price tag hanging in the truck and that price was
different than what I received.
Not bait and switch but not upfront and honest pricing. Will not do business with them.

Worst experience EVER!!! I talked to them about buying the truck put in my app and I thought everything was good. They told me the hood needed to be painted and they would call me when it was done. So I waited for about a week until they called me back. They messaged me in the morning when the truck was done so I called them back when I had a break at work only to find out they sold the truck to someone else. They then proceeded to try and sell my a chevy silverado which I said no to. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone they are VERY shady!

I had a good experience all around.
This place is shady. They post cars for sale at lower price points than they have available. I checked the the night before I went in if the vehicle was available. They said yes it was and they would have it ready for me to view. I checked the morning of to ensure it was available and they scheduled an appointment for me. I explained that I live very far away and have to schedule babysitting for my toddler so please don’t waste my time if it’s not. They assured me it was available. Got there, they claimed it had been sold the previous night. So to recap it had never been there any of the times I had called and requested confirmation. Bait and switch. Shady dealership.
Shady experience. They do a bait and switch. I went in to look at an 07 Jeep Wrangler with 70,000 that I verified was still on the lot. When I arrived I was informed the GM purchased the vehicle at an auction for a family member. They then wanted to sell me an 05 Wrangler with similar miles -- meaning 140,000 miles. Clearly our definition of "similar " is not the same.

The dealership called a few minutes after opening at 8 AM because I requested information in the evening the day prior. I said the only thing I need to
know before I purchase the vehicle is if it has captain chairs in the center or if it's a 60/40 split bench. I also asked for more pictures of the vehicle since
there was only one. They said they would get that information and call me back. I called back at 11:30 AM because nobody had called me back with
information or sent pictures. I asked again, and the new person that answered was able to pull up the information to confirm it, and then said that she
would have someone walk out to the car to facetime me (verified iPhone to iPhone). Finally at about 1 PM they sent a total of 5 pictures. 1 of the pictures
showed slight damage, so I asked if they could Facetime me like they offered. While going over the vehicle, they attempted to skip over the (multiple)
damaged areas. No response from the manager when I called and left a VM.
Got back right away. Followed through w/ polite emails. When I went there, they were very open and honest about everything. I was
able to take the car out for a long ride and every question I had with the car was answered. EJ the salesman was absolutely no
pressure, and the ride turned into cool "bro time". I wanted to buy him a beer at the end! Can't say enough about how nice it was to
not have someone try to beat you down and instead treat you respectfully and help you get straight what you need to know before
dropping a big chunk of change. Got everything I needed from that visit, and felt good about it afterwards.
Extremely disappointed. I live 90 miles from this dealership so I called to confirm that the vehicle I wanted was still on the lot before I made the 90 minute drive.
Made appointment and it was confirmed from dealership via text. I arrived only to be told that the car had been sold the day before ... “but we have others” . I just walked awAy. Not interested in dealing with bait and switch outfits.

First visit couldn’t get anyone to help out. I left and reached out via cargurus. Second visit I found a few gentleman standing out front. Couldn’t find vehicle but eventually located it hidden away waiting to get cleaned up. Salesman was nice but what I did not like was that they applied a website discount to price and assumed the me as a customer would have a trade in. I didn’t plan on trading in my vehicle so they would of tacked on an additional 1500 to cost. I ended up leaving and not purchasing my intended interest.

everyone at the dealership is friendly, but it unfortunately seems to end there. i came here to purchase my first own vehicle- it’s a big little deal. Samantha was my direct sales point and she was helpful in relying what information she had. Bobby was eager and straightforward.
here’s where my problems come in- the vehicle upon seeing for the first time to test drive had a headlight out. not a huge deal, but seems a bit unprofessional to have a car “ready to be bought and driven off the lot” not be in that condition. the vehicle was actually 3k higher when in store. this price is only valid if you traded in a 2010 or newer&financed. Bobby and i finally settled on a price and i purchased. i left it overnight to be cleaned. a day later i pickup and my check engine light is on. i bring it in, told can pickup the next day and theyre closed. then again. communication became poor as soon as the purchase was complete. hesitant about my vehicle.

If you like dealing with rude people, having a high pressure sale, botched rushed jobs sending the car through service...this is the dealer for you! I had said what I was willing to to spend made it to the point of purchase and had a night to think about it. I called them and told them Price was too much and thanks, but they reduced the price and quoted me based off interest, and warranty discussed and vetted. They then Called me 2 hours before meeting to say price over phone could not be honored. I decided to go anyway and see it after it was cleaned and a further look under the hood revealed EGRs disconnected after I had told them to be through with the truck, GPS was not operational, horrible “detail” work...what do you know a rushed botched job for a $52k truck. Literally go somewhere else and spend that kind of money on something clean, cared for and done right.

I think the people were very nice. However, the advertised price was not the real price. The
only way to get that price was to qualify for a $1,500 trade in (basically you get under paid for
one car to get credit on the second) and a $1,500 allowance to finance. So the price was
actually $3,000 more than advertised.

Dealer advertised one price on your site and then told me a higher price after I test drive the car. They wanted me to take financing and offer a trade in to match the original price. The salesman was friendly but only wore a mask half the time. Now I get form emails from them. Doubt I’ll go back there. Still looking for a newish Tacoma.
We set up an appointment to see the vehicle and one other. I had 9 emails/texts between myself and the dealership setting this up since I live nearly 2 hours away. My wife and I arrived to find out neither vehicle was even on the lot. They made up some story about having to send one back to auction and that the other would not be there until the next day. It was in transit from Texas and was delayed due to weather. We went there again late the next day and were walked around the entire complex looking for it, I continued to call asking about the truck until finally they said it was sold in transit....BS. We were passed around from salesman to salesman and given story after story on their obvious bait and switch scam. I will never do business with this dealership. I wish someone at GMC Corporate could come see what they are doing.

Wish I could give zero stars. All I wanted was interior pictures of the vehicle they posted and was put through the ringer and told their system “didn’t allow them to email” me the photos? So I had to give them my cellphone and then was asked if they could call instead and then never even got the pictures. Clearly they have no interest in getting vehicles off their lot. I personally have zero interest in ever visiting or buying from them it was just so unprofessional

The trucks we asked to look at weren’t available when we went to look at them & when I asked them to let us know when they were available we never heard back from them.
Ignore the fine print, because it doesn’t mean anything. They clearly state that all prices will be valid for cash offers but when you’re there, they say that’s wrong and you need to go to their website. It’s only valid if you have a trade-in AND plan to finance with them, even though it clearly says that’s not the case. I told them about this while sitting in front of them at the dealership and they still haven’t changed it. So word of warning that the car will jump up about 3k if you want to pay cash.

The dealer did not disclose that the price of the vehicle would change from the price we originally confirmed. The price increased by $1,500 the next day when I had planned to drive 160 miles to see the car. Seemed like a bait and switch routine. I declined any further communication with this dealership.

Great service. I drove the car home in two hours.
No big issue, personnel was courteous and knowledgeable, good service. But, the person I was talking to seemed to ignore what I was saying. I stated my budget and limit to the car value I wanted to purchase, I picked a car, and in the offer he showed me, I saw what the "dealer" price was, for that car and not the advertised "on-line" price, (those prices -on-line-, he said, were only a promotion to reward first responders, only.
They weren’t able give me anything on the car I was interested in. Very evasive. Said he would have a salesperson call me, the car hasn’t been through its inspection yet, etc... so I looked at the other reviews to find that this behavior isn’t out of the norm for this dealer. I ran and never looked back.

Unethical bait and switch methods used by this dealer. The car was advertised for 7300 equipped with high end radio electronics. Upon checking the vehicle out there was a big empty cavity, backdoor didn't open, check engine light was on. The explanation was that it would get fixed upon sale. The actual price was over 10000 after the test drive. Then other vehicle was pushed when i didn't agree with price. The initial price was supposed to be for first responders, active military cash paying customers. Doesn't say in car gurus only in their website in disclaimer small print. Found another vehicle elsewhere. Waste of time at this dealership.

I bought this vehicle. Quebedeaux GMC is a very good dealership with excellent customer service. As of now,
we are working on the details of delivering the vehicle to my home, a 3 hour drive from the dealership and
completing some minor repairs. The dealer is very cooperative and helpful.

times just to get the run around. I was told they
would call me back and never did. Was told they
would send more information and more pictures
but that never happen. The first salesman was
rude and did not seem interested at all in helping
me because I was not local.
I called the dealership to ask about this truck they couldn't find it they told me it must be in detailing I told him let me know 2 days later I go in looking for it they still can't find it now they can't find it on their books it's sold the day before not to happy with them. I found a way nicer truck with everything I could want at Car gurus Private seller With no extra tax from the dealers

First off, the vehicle is blue according to dealer. Pic on Car Guru is grey. Drove 30 miles one way to see the vehicle. They would not let me see it. Kept saying it was buried behind a bunch of vehicles in another lot. Highlander 2018 with 12,000 miles and posted for $27,000. My guess this vehicle doesnt exist, just a hook to get people onsite. Car dealers are some of the biggest snakes and scammers on the planet.

The salesman was personable. However, the Cargurus info about the car did not include the information that the stated price was only if you had a trade in & financed thru them. We intended to do neither, so we couldn't get the advertised price. While the "new" price was still a good deal, I showed up for an even better deal.
I later responded to the salesman's email with some questions. Never got a response. By the time a different salesperson contacted me I had decided not to purchase that car. It was a very frustrating experience for something that really should be quite simple.
The salesperson was excellent. We went back to look at
another car that I would have purchased But the price
on car gurus was 10,750 ish and the price actually on
the car was 5,000 more. When I asked about it she told
me that was the price for people who traded in a
vehicle, had a high credit rating and financed through

Two stars because the manager made it right after the used car sales manager and sales people put me through the classic rundown.
Showed up to look at a vehicle for the The price it was listed as on their website. I liked the truck, I liked the price. I let them take me inside and I immediately throw down some numbers that were $5000 more than the price on the sticker. Then they tell me the price is for law-enforcement and military only. So I kindly explain to them that I am both. Still no change in price, then they tell me well that is actually the cash price for cash buyers that are military and law-enforcement only. So I leave, and get the call back. Just know that the price they advertise is not the price they want to sell you the truck for. It’s purely to bait you in. They know that if they list a vehicle for a low price they are going to get people to come in especially since CarGurus says it’s a “great deal “ but in reality they are going to add $5000 And make it below avg.

They told me when I arrive there at the dealership that the truck will be there upon arrival sales people did not know anything about it they couldn’t find the truck and they told me they sold the truck.After I returned home I emailed capable and told them that they should at least let me know that they had sold the truck upon my arrival in and I wasted my gas the manager told me that they still had the truck and I could go see it I did not want to return to the dealership I believe it was a bait and switch
I did not like this dealer and would never go back. I talked to salesman there named Jesus TWICE before making
the trip to the dealership to confirm that the 2019 CR-V was there and to confirm the price of $22,000. When I
arrived there I was told that I wouldn't qualify for the $22,000 unless I was a first responder or a firefighter. To me,
that's dishonest - I should have been told that on the phone. Salesperson we worked with kept trying to get us to
test drive the best model of a GMC Terrain - a Denali - instead of the one (basic model) we were interested in.
We refused. We had to explain more than once that we only wanted to test drive the car we were actually
interested in buying. Told him we saw that they had basic models on the lot. So after insisting, he located the
basic model somewhere in the back and it took a bit of time to bring that car around to us. The models at the
front of the lot are all higher end and that is what they will aggressively try to sell you.

The truck was already sold and after telling the dealers contact to give me a call in a couple weeks he contacted me three times in three days.
I called several times and was told the vehicle was available but when I went down there they said it was sold. I was shown another vehicle but was unable to drive it because it was in the shop. The Dodge showed up again on their website with a price drop, was told ues it was available still when I went down for the second time, was told no it wasn't and that I could test drive the other car. They wanted me to put money down on a car that I had never driven and they didn't know what was wrong with it, then tried to sell a different vehicle. Price said $7098 but then when the numbers were ran, it jumped to $10999. I don't think I will ever go back there. I don't want the run around and that's all I got from them.

There were several red flags right away
like the mileage of the vehicle was
83,000 not the 75,000 advertised. The
dealer tried to add in an additional $286
for some nonsense charge that I
immediately told him not gonna happen.
Could not produce the car at the time I
was there for well over an hour. The
advertised price was much less then he
quoted me when I sat down and finally I
felt that I was being lied to from the get
go so therefore do not recommend
them and will never do business with a
company with that kind of deceptive
practices like I found while in the office
trying to inquire about the car!
The service dept is great! They have always treated me well. I have just made contact with sales through a gentleman named Pancho. He will send some additional photos of a Yukon that they have for sale. I will take note of how the sales process goes and send another review. So far so good. I have been either a service writer, service manager, or fixed operation manager for dealerships for 41 years. These guys are great!

I was interested in buying a vehicle that was listed for 6,780. I called to verify if the vehicle has not been sold and if the price was what showed on Cargurus. They told be it was not sold and that is the price they were asking for. I live out of town so I asked if they can give me the full price including taxes, registration, Warranty etc. The sales man Luis kept giving me the run around on the actual price and insisting I come in and assured me he can work with my budget. When I finally got him to give me the total price with taxes and all it went up to 9,300. They don’t seem to have the facts straight and just try and wing people in to make a sale and sweet talk you.

Communication was ok at best. Being a ways away I was doing it all over text and email. Price advertised wasn’t the price they wanted to sell it for. That was “special” price for certain people. But never said it was special price in ad. They honored the price after some back and forth. Then the tax amount didn’t match the rate. In the meantime the price of truck went down. When confronted they said the internet made a mistake. Then raised it higher than previous price. I back out at that point. I don’t deal with people like this. Watch your numbers that’s all I have to say.

Dealer did a bait an switch. Internet price was 12550 dealer raised price to 14550. I would not of gone to buy vehicle at 14550. Offered them 12550 -2500 trade and they would not lower price to 12550 their original car gurus asking price. No ethics

Please be aware that the prices on this website are not accurate, these prices are for first responders, military, and educators. There is a disclaimer on the dealership website. Save yourself the trouble and call for the real price.
This dealer responded with automated emails. When I replied, all I got was automated emails telling me to call and schedule an appt. I called multiple the phone rang and rang, never answered. Decided to call the dealer directly. Salesman took my info, said he would check on the availability of a vehicle and Never called me back. I did get more bot emails from them with different names, but again no response to my inquiries. I simply desired to interact with just the sales manager PERIOD, but he insisted on having one of
their sales persons contact me. For goodness sake, I'm doing this through the internet, cut to the
chase....sales manager, either accept my offer or not. I wanted to cut out the middle guy.
Went to check out a 2013 Nissan Altima one afternoon only to find out they sold it minutes prior to my visit. Fortunately enough though, they had another one exactly like the original I was looking at that was in line for detail services. Looked it over and ended up getting it that same day! They were very friendly and understanding, nothing bad to say about them! Absolutely loving my new car!!!

Contacted them about vehicle. Was told it was there. On Sunday I emailed I was coming in on Monday to see it.
On monday morning I was told it was there. When I got there, a salesman could not find it and the supervising
salesmanager said it had been sold on SATURDAY. Best way to describe this outfit is BAIT AND SWITCH....
The salesman I was dealing with on Monday I advised on Thursday I believe, that the dealership was advertising
the SAME VEHICLE AGAIN. SALESMAN NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I would give them a negative but there
is no negative star in this rating system.

They were very quick to answer my inquiry. After setting up and appointment at my convenience I saw the vehicle. It wasn't the same in the picture but still a great vehicle. I ultimately bought the vehicle and they have been very accommodating along the way. All their staff are great. I would come back to them for a future purchase and recommend them to others.

Rec'd a text from a rep quoting me a price for a Red AWD with the specs I wanted for a price under $19K. I knew this car did not exist, as I
have regularly followed the inventory on numerous sites, incl Quebedeaux. I requested confirmation that the car existed & got no response -
only pressure to schedule an appt that day (Saturday). I needed to test drive an Encore regardless, so I made an appt for Monday. I was
assigned to a very nice sales person (the only reason I'm rating this experience as high as I did)-he "checked with his manager" and found out
the car I came in for "sold on Saturday", which I know is not true because there was no inventory for that model. I did test drive an Encore
that was in a different color & trim, and the salesperson was knowledgeable & helpful. The price quoted for that model was decent, but once
the dealer realized I wasn't a pushover on an overpriced 2018 model, they stopped communicating with me.

Reasonable dealership with a big selection of cars. Made appointment via the web and worked with a good salesman. The process was smooth no pressure as I paid cash for the vehicle. An area of improvement would have been to detail the outside of the car better to remove wax or polish from edges of all the panels and pin striping. Had white residue all over the car despite my pointing it out it was not cleaned up.

I contacted Quebedeaux about the Honda Accord which was listed at 10,600. I went in to take a look at it with my mom and had a great
experience with the guy we met. We took it for a test drive and he was very helpful, we were ready to buy the car as it was everything I was
looking for. When we got back to the dealership my mom stepped outside to make a phone call to my dad to let him know we were going to
buy it. As I waited for my mom our dealer went to make copies of my ID and went to talk to his supervisor then came back.. He told me
before we got into the paperwork that he had to tell me the car was listed wrong on car gurus and was actually selling for 12,600. When my
mom came back in he told her the same thing and we had to reconsider if we wanted to buy it. My mom had this happen with her car she
bought and they honored the price on car gurus. She argued it was unfair and they refused to help us. Checking the next day the car was
now listed at 13,500. That is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service on the pre owned side, through the whole process I felt rushed and taken
advantage of because Im a young lady, they were also unprofessional when it came to documents, everything was taken as a picture from a phone rather than scanning all
the documents and emailing them where they needed to go. I will never go back to this dealership in the future nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Always got a good deal here
Great working with Quebedeaux and Jonny Kendall. He was outstanding! He knew the car well, had all the technical information in his head. There was minimal negotiating (thank you Jerry), and a deal was struck very quickly and I had a new car w/in a couple of hours. I really wasn't planning on buying immediately, but Jonny made it so easy I couldn't pass it up. Fernando (the closer) was likewise very knowledgeable and took care of the paperwork and signatures very efficiently. All staff were very pleasant and knew their jobs and I did not feel the "hard sales pitch." This was without a doubt my BEST car buying experience ever... and I do a lot of car trading. Thanks to everyone at Quebedeaux.

I had to contact the Steeler a couple of times there was two different salesman that contacted me but never followed through and finally I called management and the next salesman was really good when I finally did get there to look at the vehicle and have been sold

Very interested in this vehicle so I emailed and called . It said the interior was unknown so I asked for pictures . After obtaining pictures , I mentioned that the vehicle was priced very high, not wanting to waste anyone's time Id they couldn't come off that price, Albert explained he would take it to the manger and get back with me. A few minutes later Johnny text me and showed me Kelly blue book in a screen shot and suggested I wasn't comparing apple and oranges (something like that) as you can see in the add car gurus rates the vehicle almost 7k over price. I waited about 7 hours with no return phone call and finally reached back out . Immediately johnny text back and told me he had gotten a customer. I should understand . At which time I replied that a quick text message would have been nice . In the next breath he told me what he could do. Which was not much . In the meantime, Albert must have gotten a customer also and johnny knew right off when I text 7 hours later what they could do. Very poor customer service . Especially when someone has cash in hand and wants
A fair price. I've been shopping around for a specific vehicle for a couple weeks . Same vehicle , same specs, in Phoenix for fair price . Look around and give your business to someone who calls you back , even if you do have to drive a couple hours .
Most of all , do your research and don't pay over what the vehicles worth. This exact
Truck from a certified dealer in Phoenix. 37,800 .
And read reviews ... all of them . Some shady stuff and customers complaining about rude managers . Sad .

I dot like the fact that I called on a Jeep with no pic or no mention of the
trans. I was asked very agressivly for my phone and full name. I am like does
it have an Auto or a Stick ? Because I really do not want to give out my
number and e mail to you guys so I can get spammed non stop. They can
stick shift and bam its enough I needed to know. But they refused to give me
that basic info that should be in the ad.
And I am not you bro either.

The internet sales person contacted us and was super positive about the
vehicle. We went to see it after looking at several others in the area.
Based on what we say and evaluated we made and offer that was
accepted by the dealer. Throughout this experience everything was
positive and the people involved did an outstanding job. Our sales person
was superb and was very accessible throughout the entire process. My
only complaint would be that it always seems to take a long time to
purchase a vehicle. As my wife says it is a day long surgery. The
difference is that in surgery you are typically unconscious so you do not
know what is going on. Overall the experience was far better than most of
our past ones with buying a car.

Email response took 4 hours. By that time I was already at the car lot, because I had found out about it from other sources. The car was misrepresented. The salesman showed us the car behind the back fence.
When we started it up it billowed large clouds of smoke. The salesman showed us a red sticker on the front window and said Oh we are going to wholesale this out. I see the car is still being shown for sale a week later.

I am disabled and tried repeatedly to contact by emsil...they never
responded except to bombard me with robo calls. So did all the other
dealers. We did buy a used car from them. On the lot is was very low
key, no pressure, very casual, and a pretty easy process.
