Thought it was going to be a great experience until I found mold under the back seat, taillights started turning on by themselves, there was standing water in the hatch, a headlight blew out, the indicator light for the tire pressure kept coming on and the spare tire was garbage. I called Quattro one week after I bought the car to tell them what I discovered so they would know what they were selling. Was told to bring the car in the next day to be put on a computer to check for electrical issues and to be taken to their detailer to be cleaned. After driving just over an hour to get there and waiting over two hours for them to check the car when they brought it back nothing much had been done. They gave me a better spare and sprayed bleach on the mold. When I asked about the electrical issues I was told they would have to put it on the computer, which is what I was told was going to be done to begin with. When I asked about the tire pressure light I was told a tire must be leaking, which none of them are, or a censor was bad, which sounded plausible. I took the car to a tire shop when I got back and was told all the rims are bent, one tire has a broken belt, and that someone removed the censors. I felt lied too and felt like they treated me like I was stupid. It wasn't a good experience and would not recommend them.

The people that works there dont really care for you what seems like. The car i was looking at had a recall issue and it wasnt repair before selling. This place is a B lot (used car dealer). There cars were auctioned, nothing wrong or bad but if they want your business they should work much harder to trying to sell you there cars....

Service was prompt and professional. No problem. I didn't make a purchase this time but would feel comfortable working with them at some point in the future.

This car was NASTY! How dare they ask that price! It wasn't worth $500.00! Plus, my husband drove an hour and a half to look at that junk! How misleading this dealership is! I wouldn,t even give it one star!
