Absolutely wonderful experience. No pressure of any type. Provided me the key to look and then walked away and let me look on my own. I asked to test drive. Copy of my DL and insurance later, he let me drive off the lot without being accompanied. I really appreciated that. No haggling back and forth. I ended up purchasing this vehicle. Would go back again!!!

Dealer did not email me back. I stopped in on a Sat morning. Dealer was swamped with lookers/buyers. Guy was all alone so i didn't get to talk. He was friendly and handed me the keys to look at the vehicle. It looked clean, but I could tell the faint hint of cigg smoke under the cleaners used. Small lot, but that many people looking makes me think he's decent to work with. Has to be from word of mouth from previous customers.

Cars are at a fair price. The car we came to look at was a little misrepresented because the photos on the website looked really good, but right off the bat, I saw missing trimming, peeling paint and the car smelled like cigarette smoke, even though the reviews said owner was a non-smoker. Scott was very nice and pointed out another vehicle for the same price. We purchased it for our daughter and she loves it. The car drives really good and was well maintained by previous owner. Thanks Scott!

I bought a 2012 Volvo XC90, car was in exceptional condition and runs smooth, just as advertised. Great buying experience, there was no pressure to buy and I was able to test drive the car for as long as I liked. If you know what you are looking for and are confident about buying a vehicle ‘as is’, then these guys have a great selection.

Contact was swift but no details about financing or that the vehicle I wanted to look at had some problems. They did have pretty broad selection but financing is pretty much your problem not theirs.

Very professional dealership, let you try the cars and don't try to talk you into buying. The personnel is very friendly and helpful and finally the cars make a very good impression.

Nice car! But they could not take my car in on trade said it was to new. Being a 2016 sonata hybrid, wish it could have worked out. The person that answered the phone was super honest and respectful. If I didn't have a trade in I would have bought from them.

I thought they understood that I wanted the car, I already got financed threw USAA and got full insurance on it from Geico. But they sold it, I may not have been clear. I had to wait until my husband got home so he could go with me to drive one of the cars home. I should have been more clear, but when your just texting, it’s hard to get across sometimes what your intent is. Wish we had spoken on phone.

I asked about the price. They responded in less than 24 hours.

Dealer responded quickly and answered all my questions about the car..very good prices for there cars.

I spend a lot of time researching vehicles before I purchase one. I spend days checking prices, condition of vehicles and service records if available. This dealership prices their cars to sale. If you want to haggle and fight over the price go somewhere else. If you know what you are looking for this is the place to purchase your vehicle. No pressure sales and honest answers about the vehicles. I drive 2 hours because I have never felt like I got a bad deal from this dealership. We have bought from here before and QVAS is on the top of a short list when my wife and I go to buy again. In closing I received a fast response on my inquiry on this car. The lot manager answered all my questions and was very professional. The process takes little time because they are not trying to up sale you anything or fighting over the price.

The sales people of this company were beyond helpful. They were very responsive to my inquiries & was very knowledgeable of this vehicle. I would definitely talk to them in the future if I am ever looking for another vehicle. Recommend them to you.

Great communication from the online inquiry. The office had a little to be desired. The test drive of the car resulted in walking away due to basic essentials not working. Obviously it was one car and one visit so take the feedback for was it is.

Did not feel attended well, but the vehicle was a great deal

The car is in pretty good condition, the price was fair enough. The dealer wasn't pushy. But the warranty they offer is pretty bad. The company they use for the warranty has a terrible reputation. So the warranty is almost worthless if you need to use it. I don't know why they even want to be associated with a warranty company with such a terrible reputation.
