I setup an appointment the day before because I was coming from an hour and a half away. When I got there the car was blocked in by about 20 cars. The car had panels coming off the side that wasn’t disclosed in the photos or the listing as well as being in much worse condition. The topper is when the salesman had to get the jump box to start the car. I left and drove another 45 minutes to Norm Reeves Honda where they had a 2012 Fit with 75k miles, in excellent condition for $2,500 less. I would not recommend this dealership.

Dealer did not have the van onsite, it was down the street in another yard (no big deal), they had the wrong van listed , the van needs work and they would not even make a counter offer. Van was on E so we had to go get gas before I could even test drive it. The van was pretty dirty. Overall a solid 1.5 stars. My salesguy was great but the owner was trying to say the price was wholesale which it was not.. If they would have countered at $1000 less I would have taken it on the spot but the van needs ball joints... over an hour drive one way...total waste of time :(

Very unprofessional people to deal with. One woman who answers online questions is nice but limited in what she can do. This dealership doesn’t seem to be interested in selling vehicles, choosing to let them sit on the lot and gather dust, dirt, grime and sun damage.

I did not buy a truck from them do to distance. However I found them to be up front about price, condition and such. However I found one closer with less miles.

I didn’t like the service. I got a price for delivery. Then I spoke to someone else cause I was being ignored for a while, and said no the delivery price is wrong. Do I have cash to buy the car. You know what? Good bye. Thank you but I’ll look elsewhere. So I found another dealer closer to me and bought the similar car.

The team at QnQ was extremely responsive/helpful and while the Sequoia was available, I've found one a little closer so didn't pursue the one associated with this request. Thank you.

Horrible service Elizabeth constantly pressured me to apply and never reached out after i applied to see what i qualified for. Its like they just wanted my information and didnt even help me with the vehicle purchase and when I reached out I got ignored. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SELLER!

I recently purchased a used van from this dealership and was a bit disappointed. This was my first time not receiving any flexibility on the price, but since I urgently needed the van, I accepted the high price with no room for negotiation. The paperwork experience was also disappointing. I was charged a $350 doc fee, which I later learned is unusually high for California. This felt misleading and left me with the impression that transparency was not a priority. On top of that, I still have to go to the DMV to register the van myself and pay additional fees. I understand that some doc fees are expected, but why charge so much if I’m handling the registration on my own? The staff were polite, but the owner was adamant about charging these high fees, which made the buying experience frustrating. I recommend that future customers avoid purchasing a vehicle under similar circumstances and make sure to get a firm, bottom-line price before completing the purchase.

Terrible they don't even try negotiating at all its like they don't want to sell which makes sense knowing how caked in dust many of their cars are in don't bother coming here take your money somewhere else.

Vehicle was as described, no additional mark ups or anything like that , I will say only reason for a not perfect score is the that the vehicle was very dirty, and didn’t even full up the gas fully. Other than that though this is your best bet as far as used cars places go. A good detail and a full tank of gas is a lot cheaper that hidden and expensive dealer fees. All in all I’d come back
