As you can see they listed the truck for $35,693 but when contacted it was $40,000. So they lied or, to be nicer, they misled. Wont do business with ANY company that does that.

I was contacted by Alex Lim in the internet department regarding my inquiry on a new camry. He was very helpful and kind. He responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Although I ended up purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at another dealership he was still the most professional person to contact me in my vehicle search and I was genuinely sad I couldn't give him my business because he earned it.

Dealership was friendly, didn't try to upsell too aggressively. Biggest problem, the battery was dead, car was still under warranty so it was easy to fix.

Upon multiple discussions with the Fleet Manager, I was informed that the price quotes I was given were too good to be true when it is much lower than what he is willing to offer. A screen shot of an offer quote was provided in reference to the specific vehicle inquired yet, he was unable to match or beat the offer. The dealership advertising states that they will match and or beat other competitors. Rule on the sales and trade, Do not bad mouth other competitors when a much better deal cannot be met or be beaten.

The sales man told me that the car was sold to another buyer when we drove 20 miles to get there. I called before I started off. He should have notified me of its sale.

After coming to a verbal agreement with one sales rep and making an appointment, when I showed up, the rep was not there and the car had been marked up $2,000 with dealer options. They were unwilling to sell the car at the price I had agreed to.

My experience wit James was great the car unfortunately got sold to someone else since i couldn't make it certain day but the price was amazing & james was professional & communicated great with me so I would try again,

I just get questions by email as well had his answer by email so far . I haven't seen car in person yet. The dealer was attentive. And so keeps in touch by email ( what I need for now!)

internet manager quote price on a 2017 tacoma limited, said since your driving so far will give you a great deal. i liked the price said will be there tomorrow morning. Five to ten minutes later he calls and says made a mistake and now wants to charge me $4,000 more same vehicle.

Our experience was almost but not quite perfect. Excellent...Ron followed up with our internet inquiry and called me back as requested after I came back from out of town. However, we did not receive the car facts as was promised. Robert Navarro was a wonderful internet sales person. He was courteous, polite, patient, accommodating, pleasant, responsive and came through with everything we asked for within his ability. He responded to my phone and text communications promptly. We purchased a used 2013 vehicle. When we went there to pick up the vehicle, he had it ready as he had promised. We were extremely pleased with his service. The final paper work part of the process also went well. The finance manager was efficient, pleasant, courteous and thorough. The only less than pleasant experience had to do with the price negotiation. The price that was offered to us by Robert's business manager was much higher than the asking price of the car plus tax. The negotiation was therefore not entirely honest, courteous and friendly. This is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars.

Very competitive prices and great service. They have a large inventory, which is great. I have purchased before from this dealer. Make sure you budget for an extended warranty or be prepared to negotiate this because they will try and sell it to you. I did get an extended warranty for my van, which covers all non-routine maintenance (standard wear and tear items and regular maintenance items not included). My extended warranty covers me up to 7yrs/100K, which is nice for peace of mind. However, as this is a Toyota, I don't expect to have to use the extended warranty much, if at all. Just make sure you know what the warranty and peace of mind is worth. I would purchase from this Dealer again, and they are on my short list.
