They followed up but screwed me out of a car purchase. They had a great deal but the finance manager couldn’t be bothered to hold the car for me for like an hour. He was very cavalier. Me and wife jumped in the car to come immediately on a 40 minute drive to come buy the vehicle. 10 minutes from the dealership he calls and says someone else is on the lot to look at at it. Fair enough but I wouldn’t piss on this place if it was on fire. Obviously no comprehension of service.

They just gave me one remote control and is not authentic. I called a week later and they told me they would call me back but they haven't called me back. They were going to check if they find the other original remote control..

This is a stealership, not a dealership. Insane
markups on their trucks and they act like this is
totally normal. I contacted them about a truck
just to find out they want $65000 OVER the
sticker price. Avoid doing business with these
people!

Horrible experience. When it came to signing papers, the dealer had already added on unnecessary add ons like paint protection, ceramic coating and a Low Jack. I told them I don’t need any of them but then told me that they couldn’t remove it because it was already on the car. To remove the low Jack was going to cost about $2k. So pretty much the price of the car isn’t the price of the car because they add on these extra things and force you to buy them. I didn’t even get a discount. I would not buy from here again.

I called and came to an agreed upon price with a salesperson. They called me the next morning to confirm that I was going to come in and I said yes, but it’s a 4 hour drive for me and they said that’s fine. Well, 2 hours into the drive the sales person texts me, doesn’t even call me, and says the truck I had agreed to buy was sold to someone else that morning. He then tries to sell me another truck for more money and does everything in his power to get me to go into the dealership when I explicitly stated I was driving 4 hours to be there. I told him I wasn’t going in unless I could get a firm price with no games. He continues to play the “let me talk to my manager game, he’s in a meeting, and says he’ll call me back in 5 minutes. He never calls me back, I have to call, waited an hour on the side of the road. Refused to let me talk to the manager and then screened my phone calls afterwards. Never deal with Puente Hills Ford. NEVER!

Incredibly, no one at the dealership knew the person I had talked to on the phone about the used BMW. He gave us the address and a dealership phone number.
The initial price of the car was incredibly low, but add-ons raised the cost considerably.
All in all it was a very, very frustrating experience. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. We had driven 100 miles from home to see this car.

I would give this dealership a 0 star rating if I could. They do nothing but lie and try to cheat us and change the financial figures once we are ready to sign the final paperwork to buy a new truck. They said that the interest rate had to go up because that's what Ford requested when we have an excellent credit rating. Their sales men Michael Aragon is the Internet manager and just did nothing but lie and try to cheat us because we're an elderly couple. He kept saying at the truck we wanted was a bait and switch and he did not want to sell it to us because it was such a low price. Lies lies lies.

I was in the car business for 6 years I know my stuff and they offered me $4,000 less then the trade in value of my truck and on top of that the way the General manager talked to me was disrespectful I would never buy anything from them for any reason

I purchased a new truck from the dealer and it was a good experience
Karen was nice and low pressure. I prearranged to see 2 used trucks and when I got there 1 was literally sold out from under me as they brought it out for me to view. Big trucks are priced wel, and dealer doesn't discount much at all. Second truck smelled horribly of cigarettes, still no discount. I didn't stick around to see if their assurance they could remove the smell was correct.

Initial car offered had repaired body
damage in excess of $500 and CarFax has
shows
this report. I did not want a new car that
already had car fax issues. Initially on line
they offered one price and then when I
came in it was nearly $10,000 more
because of
rebates I did not qualify for.... that is
ridiculous. Too much wheeling and dealing
nonsense. I just wanted to buy a car and
all the smoke and mirrors with payment
options is unnecessary. Just negotiate to a
PRICE on the car and stop offering monthly
payment amounts. No one can tell what
they are actually PAYING FOR A CAR when
you just quote monthly payment amounts.

The initial experience with the online sales staff was pleasant. Tania did a good job with staying in contact with us and answering our questions. Although she messed up scheduling our appointment, she made it right and ensured that everything was ready for our visit. She is the reason for the one star. Otherwise, I would give them zero stars if possible. We went to the dealership with every intention of purchasing this vehicle at the online advertised price of $16,900. At first they tried to sell it to us at sticker price $23,000 so I showed them the online advertised price. Then they tried to get fancy with their financing. We had arranged financing through our credit union and had a convenience check ready to go. In the end, they raised the price of the car, and refused to sell us the car unless we used their financing, even though we had cash in hand. In the end, this worked in our favor because we ended up purchasing a better vehicle at a lower price elsewhere.

You wanted to pay us with a check from a bank which we do not do business with directly. Unfortunately we cannot accept 3rd party checks without a back up contract. It is very possible that you preferred the financing options with your own bank better than our financing options.
Found via CarFax that the dealer was misrepresenting the car as
new, when it had been previously leased and titled. Had
salespeople at the dealership refuse to provide straightforward
information regarding pricing, and try to add multiple add-ons
costing thousands of dollars. Price represented in the listing is
very misleading. If you want the worst in high pressure tactics,
come here,

This dealer dos a great job trying to get you to go to there establishment but unfortunately the big issue I had whit them is that the price they advertise on this web is not correct they try to push an aftermarket alarm for about $2000 which it will race the price for what you will get it anyware alse , this is normally a new upsale all the dealers are trying be careful, ask for a breakdown before you make the drive to the dealer

Terrible experience as a woman. I went to go drive the car and they had sold the night before and never told me
Knowing ones driving from 40 miles away. Also lied about being a part of another dealership that ones going to fonder next. They were trying to push a different car on me. No respect for me taking the day off work to see the car. Stay away from this dealership. Too bad I had to give them one star

Their price is not what it shows , Went to dealership they claimed they installed some kind of protection against stains on all car seats and they installed a protection film around all doors , these two added up to almost 2k and you don't have the option say no because it comes standard on all their vehicles unless you don't want the vehicle. I arrived there as soon as they open, they took four long hrs to finalize everything.....never again .

Emails back and forth, car was sold and was not notified, had to send email
to find if vehicle was still available.
I had a nice conversation with the salesperson initially. I explained that I was leaving town to visit family for a week and then having surgery. I asked her to give me a call after my surgery and arranged a specific date to speak with her. She then called me at least every other day from that point on. This was disrespectful of my time with my family and my recovery time from surgery. This is not the type of salesperson that I will be dealing with.

Horrible experience. Called the dealer before to confirm the price, mileage and car details. They confirmed all the information, when I got there I did the test drive and everything was going well, when we started to talk about the price they increased the price in $2k pushing me to buy additional services for the car protection and parts, I went there to buy a car and not insurance. Bottom line the price in the website is not what you will pay, 10% price increase minimum, lost 2h of my time trying to make them honor their price in CarGurus which did not happen. Go do business elsewhere.

When you walk into a dealer and tell them you want a PO for a
vehicle because you will be financed through a credit union
there is no reason a salesperson (Debbie) should ask you for
your S.S. #. When I asked her why she gave a ridiculous answer
by saying we have to know who you are. I told her you have
made copies of D.L. that is sufficient. But because I walked
away and left my senior parents alone with her she convinced
them to sign. Unbeknownst to me. So they ran my parents
credit. What for I asked since they were not applying for their
credit. Again no good answer, she says just making sure they
are who they say they are. Finally get to finance and (Felipe)
didn't like me questioning anything especially since they ran my
parents credit scores, wanted the sheet signed and I told him
anything you want signed my parents are to receive a copy of.
He proceeded to tell me "oh no they don't get one it's against the
law". We wound up in a shouting match, he brought salesperson
(debbie) and the other guy from the front (window cage) very
thick Spanish accent and they proceeded to tell me we don't
need your business you can take back your check. So after all
that then Felipe got highly upset when he told us we had to sign
a english/Spanish waiver. I said for what we are not from
mexico we need everything in ENGLISH. he tried to throw me out
of his office and I didn't leave was not about to throw my
parents to the wolves. Also one final note our 1st sales rep was
Ryan he pawned us off on Debbie and both never acknowledged
us when we approached. Ryan could've said look I'm sorry but I
had an appt walk in and someone will be with you. Not until I
went to the glass cage to get some help did he come over to us
but never apologized for seeing us and not acknowledging us.
The only reason I put up with their unprofessionalism is because
I work full time, had to take a day off to help my parents and
didn't have anymore time to seek another dealer. Parents got
their car but buyer beware! Especially if you're not a savvy car
buyer! In the end I did get a copy of their credit score which by
law you are to receive.
