Leo and Brent both did a great job answering all my questions. The Buick Verano was in great shape and priced well for the miles and the condition. Only one small issue: both keys had one or two functions not working properly. Brent made sure I had a fully functioning 3rd key/remote and did not charge (much) extra for it. Very good, honest dealer. The other inventory I saw was also much cleaner than what you might normally see on lots filled with cars that are old and have higher mileage.

Salesman was very nice and not pushy. Let us look around without following us. Once we got home I did have a couple of issues with the vehicle. I called the salesman to tell him, he was very apologetic. He was unaware of the issues I addressed with him.

Gent was very polite, but could not even confirm whether vehicle had a 6 or 8 cylinder engine, on the phone. I went to the lot = no one was there !

I called the dealer and informed the person who answered the phone that I was interested in the vehicle. I was informed that the regular sales person was off. I repeated my interest in the vehicle and made a reasonable offer to purchase the vehicle pending a test drive. I left my contact information and never heard back from the dealership.

Ended up leaving because while test driving vehicles he had me waiting while he test drove vehicles with someone else. By the time he noticed I had left, I made it to another lot, test drove 3 vehicles, and started the paperwork to buy one. The vehicles he did show me that he claimed were “great well kept cars” were not. One had obviously been sitting a VERY long time considering the length of time since the break tag had expired and the fact that the car I actually test drove was pulling hard and died every time you turned it off/ restarted it. And then every time I’d point out an issue with a car he’d say “oh you can get that fixed for about 100 bucks”. That’s not well maintained... that’s falling apart. Idk why you would lie about something so obvious. Edit: below you will see Rob say I’m mistaken. I’m not. I actually was working with rob himself. Dishonest people
