Initially I would have rated my experience 4 stars however when it got to the finance portion of the transaction I was very disappointed. When my family went for the test drive one of the power doors was not operational and with having kids who cannot open the doors themselves that is a HUGE negative. I told them because the fuel door was broken it was likely the cause and asked that it be looked at. A week went by before I heard back and the salesperson confirmed that it was the fuel door. He told me I could purchase a new one for $30-70. We decided to move forward with the financing. I asked several times for a break down of the pricing because it did not seem to add up to me. When I received it they were charging an almost $2000 reconditioning fee! This changed the purchase price from $9,999 to nearly $12,000 (outside of our $10,000 budge). They then claimed it was because of the asked them to fix so many things and they OF COURSE we should expect to pay for it!

They were really good at responding quickly. However, when they gave a final quote, it was raised about $500 the day all the paperwork was signed and they change words from cal to call on the paperwork and price.

I was disappointed. The car was running when we arrived. We went for a drive. Had a flat within 2 blocks and when we got back and turned off the car it would not start again. I felt deceived.

Ad didn't disclose contact information. I thought this strange. Then after an email I called and found out location. A couple of days later we went to look at a car. Lot was locked up and no answer on either phone number listed on sign. Pretty much a waste of time.
