Too many dealership gams. “Let me talk to my
manager” for every question. I called four dealerships
that night and asked them all the same question. I
wanted to know the additional cost associated with
buying the vehicle, specifically the documentation fee
because I know it varies from dealership to
dealership. The three other dealerships I called that
night all provided me with that information right over
the phone. For whatever reason, this specific
dealership had me talk to a manager first, and when I
asked the manager the same question he said he
would have to get back to me. For me, that is a red
flag of lack of transparency. It should be the same fee
across the board like the other dealerships.

Worst experience ever. Total scam. Drove 90
minutes out to the dealership immediately
after confirming with the dealer on the phone
that the used car was available to see and all
set up- ready for us to test drive. When we
got there, it was as if we had wandered in off
the street to randomly look at cars. They
looked on their computer, told us the car was
not there and it must have been sold, but they
had plenty of other cars to show us. We
walked out. Would never trust this dealer.

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. Van was not even at their location, despite multiple calls and texts from them to “come in for a test drive.” I live out of the area and had a friend who was nearby go take a look. He set up an appointment to take a test drive and the vehicle was not even on site. Afterwards, they continued to tried to get me to come in and “take a look”. I requested photos a dozen times all while representatives continued to invite me in to take a look. When the van finally arrived, one lazy employee said it was covered in snow and would not be able to provide photos until the snow was gone. That same day, one moderately helpful employee did send photos (which revealed no snow on the vehicle and less than an inch of snow on the ground), but neglected to send photos of the interior. After another attempt to get photos, which was ignored by them, I gave up. Don’t waste your time. Amateurs.
The car was in terrible condition. Inside of the Tesla Model X was DIRTY! Grease stains from them touching the interior with dirty/mechanic hands. The cars battery was at 6 percent so I would only do e it around the corner & the pictures posted of the car purposely angled them so you couldn’t see the real condition of the car.

Stay Away – Dishonest, and a Complete Waste of Time
I want to strongly warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership. I took a full day off work and drove 5 hours each way after
being repeatedly reassured that a specific Ford Transit was available and ready to drive home that same day. I confirmed several times,
including the morning of my trip, and was told it would be ready.
When I arrived, I was blindsided. The vehicle was not on the lot it was “at the auto shop” for pre-certification. I was pushed to look at other
vehicles. Only after pressing them did they FaceTime me from the shop to show the van even existed. At that point, I had already invested
so much time and effort that I proceeded with the transit under their assurances even with them adding 3k on top. After all that they say they
can't honor the deal and it is going back to auction!
Yet over a week later, the same Transit is still listed as available, showing this was nothing more than a bait-and-switch

Made an appointment ahead of time to look at a van. drove two hours to the dealership from New Jersey and when I get there the van wasn’t at the lot and was being repaired at another location. I called before leaving my house and It was confirmed the van wasn’t the dealer which it wasn’t total waste of my time.

It's mostly been a weird interaction. I spent the weekend chasing this dealer trying to get in front of a
sales person. My texts have been responded to kindly and fast by people who were anything but sales,
that assured me that I will very soon hear back. I never did. Either the car was sold, or the business it
presents is not interesting, but I've been left hanging and have practically wasted a precious weekend.
I'm NOT saying these guys are not nice or honest. I'm saying that they simply do not provide service.
Interestingly, I see they always respond to reviews, expressing sadness that the complainer
complained, so here's the deal, Pristine Mitsubishi -- unless you are in this business purely for the
social media, I suggest that instead of writing a counter to this feedback, why not use the same time to
call me and possible sell a car...

It's the worst dealership i have dealt with. The salesperson stopped communicating after 3 text messages. I filled out the credit app only to find out after numerous calls to the dealership they did not receive it. Since my salesperson left for the day, which i did not know, I spoke to the sales manager and told him the vehicle i was interested in, and if would resend the app. I called the following day to ask the sales manager why he never sent the app over as promised, the receptionist told me the car was sold 4 days prior. The salesperson was trying to sell me a car that was sold. My suggestion to the dealership is to hire competent staff and teach them about customer service. I have yet to speak to the GM because the receptionist clearly knows my phone number and without a greeting she transfers me to a voice mail box.
I'm thinking that the vehicle was a bait and switch. Be aware of this dealership.

Mixed experience. I scheduled an appointment to see a specific car and drove over an hour to get to the dealership. Unfortunately, by the time
I arrived, I was told the car had just been sold. The following day, I even received a message asking if I was still interested in that same
vehicle, which was a bit confusing. The staff was polite, but the communication could have been better.

The worst dealer ever! I had clear communication with the Assistant named Estefany and she assured me that i would be able to trade in my car alongside my pre approved loan for this tesla. I called multiple times to make sure i dont waste time driving there and back home. She confirmed it, so i went there (4h30m) drive to find out the car comes with a rebate of 6,000$ and they asked me if i wanted to get a new loan? Like seriously, we confirmed everything before i even decided to drive down there.
Overall, it was a wasted trip, 10h in total driving for absolutely nothing but waste of gas and time. If i could 0 Stars i would!

Overall experience is horrible.
Contacted them on 4/5/25 regarding a specific car and their price advertised. It turned out to be
a bait and switch as they indicted the car needed to be priced a few thousand dollars
($2,500-$3,000) more than advertised.
In calling and writing to them for clarification which they promised would follow in a week, they
never returned my request with any communication in the full week that followed.

The other reviews aren't lying. I tried my lock ignoring all the "bait and switch scam" reviews
warning me to stay away from this place and it's appealing prices. I drove two hours, test drove
the car, and when it was time to take it home the dealer had added around 7-8,000 dollars of
dealer fees. The car went from 13,995 to 21,750. I sat there in disbelief and then went home.
However, I was told that maybe they could've lowered the price for me so I stayed in touch with
Oliver or at least I tried. He was very hard to communicate with, did not answer any calls, did
not answer any texts, didn't stick to his own appointments, etc. I tried my luck and ignored all
the other reviews which accurately predicted the experience. If anyone is buying a car I
recommend staying away from New York and New Jersey because bait and switch scams are
legal there. I could place I would recommend for someone buying a car would be Connecticut.
Also, the manager fakes "apologies" on bad reviews.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I scheduled a FaceTime showing to buy a car at 11 AM, but no one called me. I tried reaching out six times, and each time, the receptionist assured me someone would follow up—yet no one did, even after two days. It seems like they either don’t want to sell cars or need to hire someone who understands basic customer service. Absolutely terrible experience.

It was horrible. Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve been buying cars for myself for over 30 years.
I got hit with tons of text messages from them. The text messages appeared not to be a bot.
I said specific things that I was looking for and specific things that I needed and I also gave some background history and they told me that I should come in everything would be worked out.
They said that they had the vehicle at the dealership.
I get there and no one has any clue about anythinthat I spoke to in the chat, although it was definitely their chat and they verified it.
None of them appeared to know anything about any of the questions I ask or the needs that I had.
Then to top it all off the van that I was going to look at was miles away in a holding lot.
So they wanted me to ride with them, which was three men and me by myself a female to this holding lot.
Then they wanted a $500 deposit for a credit check. The general manager said no deal without

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.....I rented a car to drive 2.5 hours from Connecticut with insurance card and bank check for deposit for a vehicle after confirming I was in route to make it happen. I get there through tolls, traffic and BS to walk in and be told they took a deposit the night before and wanted to show me other cars......I was pissed because I knew what they did, they price online cheap, tack on fees and "certification" fees and then tell people to come, just to get them in the door. I hope I can save someone even if oy one, from going through what i did! The General Manager Ron actually told me when asked what I could of done to prevent this, said "I should of purchased a car in CT!" This after they told me how many people they get from New Jersey and Connecticut because their plan is low priced calls, get people to travel far and be already invested in time when they tack on fees on top fees.......RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY.

I was interested in this car, I even called in the morning before going to confirm availability and they confirmed that the car was at the dealership, then when I got there they told me that they had already taken the car. I didn't like this and they showed me another car and I didn't even qualify for that car. I felt really bad because I wanted the car I was interested in, so I don't see this dealership as very good.

I called this dealership to get some answers regarding Kia certification of the EV. The only phone receptionist was not able to clearly answer the questions so rather than transfer my call to someone who could, she “ Dayanna” hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up on me and she did it again. I would not do any business with this dealership solely based on this first impression!!

"Cash" price isn't really a cash price. Lower prices are shown as false advertisement and misleading consumers. Questionable business practices as best by puring potential buyers in then adding a slew of fees to make up for the low price. Very unprofessional.

Very bad experience with this place. The price of the car was $25,000 on the web, and when I went there, he added $16,000 to the price of the car. Yes, $16,000,000. Yes, you read the number correctly. Of them, $3,000 is a dealer fee, in addition to $4,000.
He said it was for approval of the loan from the bank & $3000 he said for pass inspection I don't know what's means that and many other items. The total was $16,000, meaning the car was worth $25,800. It now costs $42,000. You will lose your time and if you go to this place

I’m currently in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, coming from Massachusetts. So far they have been responsive, friendly and gone above and beyond to accommodate me. The sales associate, Andrew has answered all my questions and is keeping in touch with me with every detail. So far, they are making this sale very simple and painless so when I make the 4.5 drive there .. everything will be all set and good to go! Looking forward to seeing my new car!

The price is not right. They add extra $4000 with the asking price
and adding delivery charge $995 with the used car which is not right.

I called dealer in advance the told me car was available, when I got there it was magically sold . They showed me another car an quoted me a price 3k higher then they advertised . After adding a ton of other fees the total was 38k on a car with 40k on it . They also low balled the trade . All I can say is make sure you as the buyer do your research know everything before you go to a dealership if they can scam you they will.

IF I was able I wouldn’t give any stars. .Horrible drove over an hour in the rain when I arrived for my scheduled appointment car couldn’t be located then after 15 minutes was told the battery was dead so I couldn’t test drive .
And they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to purchase the vehicle???????
Stay away !!! Very unprofessional

worst ever with dealership experience. I travelled in heavy traffic for 1 hour 45 minutes to the dealership and
after the test drive the vehicle and showed the sales manager the px the vehicle advertised on internet, they
told me the vehicle is already to another customer half hour before I test drive the vehicle. I called 3 days later
and inquired about the same vehicle with a different sales rep. I was told the vehicle was still available and
booked appt with for a test

once you go to this dealership, the actually this vehicle which is 20k would become 25k plus taxes and dmv fees! they have tons of hidden charges, and unprofessional employees!

Don’t waste your time. As soon as I get there they tell me I’ll have to pay more than the advertised price if I pay cash which was what I planned on doing. Then after walking away with my license the salesperson returns to tell me the car was sold. I told them that morning I was coming in for that specific vehicle & was never it was no longer available. Also the salesperson didn’t seem to care much about the inconvenience they caused me. I should’ve taken this dealer’s negative reviews more seriously.

salesperson that was also the price I was
quoted when I wanted to discuss finale
numbers I was told I would have to speak to
the manager I was informed that certified

Such a headache trying to get in touch with someone there. Finally did, set up an
appointment for the following day, drove an hour and a half to see the car and there
was a deposit on the vehicle so I couldn't purchase. I had the first appointment of the
day and when I asked to at least see the car if the deposit didnt go through they told
me whoever had the key for the safe wasn't there... so they set up an appointment time
for me without even having the keys for the car available. Then the car went through an
inspection where they had to fix a few things, plus they had it shipped from Florida to
New York so their 38k car became 43k, not including the added taxes / dealer fees etc.
Seems like they bait you in with a cheap car just to add on thousands of expenses
once you're in the dealership.its not my problem you had to ship the car or fix things,
make the price 43k then to cover your expenses so i know what to expect. Lastly, Iwas
told they'd call and update me never even responded

Liars !!!! I drove 60 miles to this location they didn’t even have the car on the lot they lie so much I called to ask if the car was on the lot and they lied can’t believe they wasted my time then we started talking numbers and they add a warrant to the car and say you have to buy the warrant or we don’t sell you the car. If I can give them 0 stars I would they are such liars.

I was contacted by the dealer after posting my leased 2020 HONDA SUBARU on CARFAX to get some idea of a
trade-in / buy out. I made an appointment with Ron M.; waited for about 15 minutes and spent about a half-hour
discussing prospects. I was running late for another appointment so I politely asked him if he'd be kind enough to put
together some (finance) numbers and email them to me. Never happened, and that after many e-mails requesting
such nor return mails. Finally he wrote to me saying that he had a "family emergency" and would get the numbers to
me the following day : never happened, so I wrote again . NO RESPONSE !! NOTHING !! Totally discourteous.

Mike was very kind and knowledgeable. The only downside for me was that I got a different price at the dealership then the one advertised on the website. The price advertised $28,995 and the price at the dealership $34,000. I was told the increased is based on the dealership warranty on the vehicle. If I would’ve known this before hand, it would’ve save me two hours traveling time.
