Picked up a 2011 Dodge Charger from this dealer, and my overall experience was great!! Everyone was super nice, and had me and my wife in and out very quickly. There were a couple of things that I identified and they too and had no problem making it right before I drove off the lot. Honestly I was a little skeptical about this dealership, but glad I made this leap of faith.

My experience with Primetime Motors was excellent! There was no pressure at all. We called ahead and David has the car ready when we got there for the test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. He was personable and professional. He introduced me to Dylan, the finance manager. At that point, dealers usually want your social security number right away to run your credit. Dylan was different. He asked questions to understand my personal situation, he listened patiently, gave me a range of potential interest rates up front. I felt informed submitting my application. First thing the next day, everything was approved at a lower than expected interest rate and the car was ready, with a full tank of gas when we arrived. The paperwork was easy. Dylan exceeded my expectations. I love the car and will definitely check with Primetime Motors of Garner first when I am in the market for my next car.
