Great experience at Prime Galleria in Fredericksburg. From the moment I walked in, the team made the process smooth and straightforward. My sales rep Sean was professional, patient, and answered all my questions without any pressure. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything about the vehicle and financing.
Also shout out to Apollo and Sam for helping everything move quickly and smoothly. The whole team worked together to make the process easy and stress-free.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They lied to me 2 or 3 times from the beginning. So that's not good business. There not friendly or respectful. The vehicle was good I guess but I guess my $10,000 dollar down payment wasn't green enough for them so I would recommend this place to anyone. Not good communication because I could not get them to call me back and when they did only call me back they lied and they only called me back so I can to take down a bad feedback for another truck. another truck. And that's the only reason they called me back for. So do no take ur business there cause they r only worried about their image their ratings and their business image and not worried about their customers

I do love this car
Though they were very friendly, I did an out of state purchase. When I received the vehicle, it was dirty inside and out, oil needed changed, three chips in the windshield, break light was not working, one of the dvd players also does not work, black paint or tar splatter, I was up-charged 2k (thinking it was for my taxes on the car, because that’s what was stated) and tank was empty. All things they said was taken care of. They clearly do the bare minimum to their vehicles before reselling. Let’s hope this car last toting my many kiddos!!

I contacted them 4 or 5 times and each time they simple refused to answer a simple question. What is your out the
door price ? Seems really strait forward and simple right ? They refuse to answer the question and want your cell
number and for you to call them. Go else where and don't was your time with these guys.

Very responsive friendly
This company sold me the car there was a
horrible paint job done to it . When I complained
they said all sales final. The paint was bad and at
this point they said it was like that before I bought
it. Iâm very sad I was hopeful to get a good deal.

This dealership is a scam. The sales person was extremely unprofessional, rude and combative. The car was riddled with issues and the salesperson refused to take the car on the highway for a test drive - his reason was he’s the only one at the dealership and couldn’t leave the dealership without coverage. Then yelled at me to suggest if I wanted a highway test drive I should have mentioned it. This is a scam scam scam place. Stay away!

The vehicles that the dealer had were nice, it’s just the vehicle I was interested in was sold out and the other vehicles on the lot were either out of my price range or the vehicle had high mileage. I would say that the frequent contact is a little too much for me. If I’m interested I would reach out.

I found my Mazda CX5 on this site, but it's no longer listed here. I purchased it online & had it
delivered from VA to DE.
Price was excellent & worked w/ my budget. Delivered from Virginia to Delaware - purchased
based on photos &description, knowing I was buying it as is. I felt comfortable because the car
had literally just passed Virginia inspection & was listed on several reputable car sites.
It arrived w/:
1. An awful smell
2. Crack in the windshiel
3. Tire pressure warning, light on. 1 of the tires has a leaking valve stem. The tire went flat as
soon as I attempted to fill it.
4. Sideview passenger mirror does not move - canât be adjusted
5.Passenger seat - stuck in semi reclining position
6. Pressured to sign forms that you saw the car & test drove it is in good condition before
delivery AND pre-sign the Delivery Checklist.
7. Sporadic responsiveness made me wonder if the car would show up
